pleeez can anyone answer me i have my phone note4 exnyos upgraded to 6.0.1 and after that i make a reset from recovery now when i open my phone i find that i have to put samsung account and pass when i put them i have a message that processing failed even the pass and the email are correct ... would someone help

I try rooted my device using supersu root procceed to odin mode but prossessing failed then im stock to green screen read An error occurred function while updating software procceed to emergency recovery smart switch PC software..
but i can stil goto odin download mode so my problems how to go back same normaly function? plaese help help.. feedback please

Hi everyone I have a Samsung duos witch model number is sm-g7102, it have pornclub malware I have already reset the mobile from manufacturing but the malware still there. It's not removing, every time I open playstore it does not work it crash any help to solve this problem once for all.

I bought a lg optimus zone 3 off ebay.. the seller forgot to delete the google account so when i try to set up the phone it wants the info for the account that was on it before... the seller changed his password then gave me the info to get in the phone but everytime i put the info in it reset back to needing the email and password again.. heres what it says:
This device was reset.. To continue , sign in whte a google account that was previously synced on this device..
is there anyway to just bypass this or some how delete the google account from the phone ?
