Auto software update stuck in the middle and now it is not working how to recover the phone back to its status as things has to be simple steps.

Hello everyone! I have a zte s8q and before booting into android, it says encryption failed. I hit the reset button but i cant even do factory reset or anything...

I was Running kit Kat on it and apps started stop working and I reset the phone and all I keep seeing is a blue and black screen and the custom ROM and I can't select the restore directory

i tried all methods posted in all forums and no one worked
1. igot permanently blackscreen no lifesign from my handy
2.recovery or bootloader etc. dont work
if want to connenct the phone on my computer it connect 2 secs later disconnnect ,then connect ,disconnect (it does that all the time i let it connected on the cable.
so thats my problem ,any idea what i can do now,please help me

To all brilliant minds here, I need your assistance. I tried to spoofed my HTC Desire 700 Dual Sim phone into a Samsung Galaxy S5 using the Device Spoofer. What it does was change the prop.build on my phone's /system and after I restart my phone stuck in this unlimited black screen. my mistake was, I did not nandroid backup and use this application.
I tried to fix the problem using several forum similar problem and solutions but still not yet solved. The main thing I'm having issues is my phone cannot connect to my laptop even though I tried ADB and fastboot installation procedures and still the same problem.
This is the error:
HTC MTP Device failed to install and This device failed to start (code 10).
If I could have connect my phone I can start following procedures from forum.
