I was Running kit Kat on it and apps started stop working and I reset the phone and all I keep seeing is a blue and black screen and the custom ROM and I can't select the restore directory

i have an alcatel 7047(one touch pop c9). It cannot be turn on as when i press the power button it only show the logo of alcatel. Please help me .

Auto software update stuck in the middle and now it is not working how to recover the phone back to its status as things has to be simple steps.
