[Q] HTC Desire x not booting

Dear Frnds,
This is my 1st post in XDA, Need help,
Using HTC desire x.
Yesterday I selcted to upgrade my OS from ICS to JB, the download was successful, and started to install.
1st the Red triangle symbol appeared and then the HTC boot screen, Nothing further. U left the phone for a long time thinking the new OS is getting booted. Then realised got stuck up in updation. The phone doesnt boot,
I have tried Hard reset- not happening.it again comes back to boot screen and stucks.
Recovery- Not happening.
With addition to above, there is one more prob- I cant switch on when its connected to charger, i need to disconnect charge to switch it on.
Nor when its on if i connect charger it doesnt charge.
Note- When i mentioned device on, it implies only only boot screen.
The device is still under warranty, should i take it to service for flash? Or do i have any other solutions for this.?
This is an unrooted device
Kindly help.

HY,i had this problem ,here is how you can solve it .If you can ,enter the phones stock recovery(volume up+power) and go into bootloader mode ,then open cmd on your computer and tipe this fastboot flash recovery recovery-clockwork-touch-5.8.2.7-endeavoru.img ,this worked for me.This might have happened when you flashed the boot.img that was not installed correctly.if you need more information just tell.

i had been dere and also seen the msg in my device as usb boot mode,
but wen i entered in cmd it says not recognised by internal or external command. operable batch file.
whats this about.
should i jus type "(fastboot flash recovery recovery-clockwork-touch-5.8.2.7-endeavoru.img)
does this required and special characters ?
The syn drivers are been installed
Plz suggest m not dat good in softwares.

HY,are you rooted,because this is the only way you can do this what io told you previously.If you just updated the device software trough an official htc update,the thing that might cause this should be the hard reset you did.TRY to power down the device completly,and restart it,if it doesnt boot and works ,it means that you have no recovery installed on your device,i solved that by typing this in cwm fastboot erase cache but again i did this because i am rooted,also if thye first one didnt work you needed to tipe into cmd before that comand fastboot devices,to be sure your device is connected.SO IF YOU did what i told you before adn it didnt work even if you redo it ,try to change the RUU of your device (ROM UPDATE UTILITY),OR you can do this if you are rooted you are now in recovery(red triangle) where you should press volume up + power and you will get a small menu that says clockworkmode update.zip ,and you should press that.

[Q] Soft bricked A200

Do not see a section for the A200..... Someone in A100 said I'd have better luck here.....
OK, so I soft bricked my A200 and need to USB connect to it, so I can use fastboot or some other recovery tool.
Problem is that when I plug the A200 into my computer, it grinds away for a bit then gives a driver failed to install red "X" message.
I've reloaded the Acer USB drivers a couple of time, but no joy there. I've tried two different computers, I've tried XP and W7, nothing seems to help. Looking in the device manager shows an error 10 (device can't start).
Since the PC at least recognizes the A200 when plugging in, I think if I can get the USB talking I can easily unbrick the A200.
When I power it on, it boots to the IconiaTab screen, but no further. It's been rooted and bootloader unlocked using HBWelch's Simple Tool. I can get into fastboot mode by using a convoluted (to me, at least) procedure, that takes 6 fingers to accomplish.
After rooting and UL'ing BL it worked fine for over 6 months. Tried to flash back to stock over the weekend, and that's when I bricked it.
I posted this same message over on Acertabletforums, but so far no response's. Moderator, if you don't mind, please merge my other thread over in the A100 section with this thread.

Do you know if CWM is available for your A200 ?
If your bootloader is unlocked, i think you can flash a boot or recovery via Fastboot

Fastboot appears to need a working USB connection (thru drivers). When I run it on the PC, it hangs with the message "waiting for USB connection". This is with the tablet booted in "fastboot" mode.
I CAN get it to read from update.zip on the SD card. The update.zip I'm using is the completely stock firmware (ROM, recovery, etc).
It starts the update (Android with spinning wire frame ball), gets about 25% done and then the update fails with the "dead android" symbol.

Everything did work fine for a day. Now I cannot enter recovery using the hardware buttons.
Using an APK called "Quick Boot" I can easily boot into CWM from the home screen and everything is fine. Root is fine, bootloader unlocked properly, etc.
Everything acting as I would expect.... BUT....
Unfortunately, not being able to enter recovery from HARD boot pretty much makes any recovery worthless, right??
Anything besides hardware that could be causing this?? The volume rockers work just fine as volume controls.

PLEASE HELP ME with galaxy S2 SHW-M250K Boot problem

Please guys, my galaxy S2 SHW-M20K (Korean) is in trouble.
I bought it from a 2nd hand shop , and it was runing Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean (rooted stock rom). I had no problem with it till today when I tried to install "CWM Recovery", After searching the web i found a post with two files that supposedly could do the task. These files are:
1. CWM_KT_M250K.tar
2. Tegrak-Kernel-Build-39-for-SHW-M250K-UE18.tar
Using Odin, I triedd the first file but it couldn't work, and the phone could not boot so i downloaded the "rooted factory firmware" and flashed the phone. Everything was ok. Later I tried the second file. Again the phone could not boot and stuck at the logo with a yellow triangle. After waiting for about 5 minutes I tried to shut it down by pressing the power button it did'nt respond. (Now this is a point that I regret), I removed the battery as a way of forcing to turn it off.
Now my phone cannot boot. It doesn't respond to power button, neither does it allow me to enter recovery mode nor download mode. But When i connect to the charger or pc, it start charging and keeps cutting off the charging frequently. But it only allows me to enter download mode when connected to pc. When I tried to flash the "rooted factory firmware", again, the flashing goes smoothly but when the phone starts rebooting it fails as if there is a power cut. Is my battery damaged? Can someone give me a guide on how to fix it?
I need your help gus, I am not an expert in the rootings and roms,

As u mentioned, I think that your phone has gone to a Soft Brick. I don't know much about the Korean build, so Google it to solve the Soft Brick. Try flashing the stock rom via odin but I don't recommend it since it may cause your phone to be hard bricked if not done properly.
So go to the service centre, you'll get more help there

I thank you sir for responding to this. From what you have said, I think the best decision is to take it to Samsung service center. (For I have tried to google it but I couldn't get a solution). I would also like to know if it is repairable, and about the cost, is it worth repairing or should I think of buying a new phone?

Download stock firmware (like xxxx.tar.md5 full Odin package) of ur device ,enter into Download mode of ur device & flash stock firmware with Odin.

boot loop and no command found !

so the problem started like this
i had my nexus 5 rooted and it was good
then i decided to unroot the device , so i searched i found this kingo root app , and by mistake tried to root my device
it did not work as the app said , so i ignored the app , and kept using my phone like normal , but then my phone shuts down cuz of battery
no problem , i connected it to the charger , but then it keeps on boot loop , it wont boot , and i tried to flash it but i cant
also when i go to bootloader and then recovery mode , it says no command found
PS : the only time my PC can see my nexus in USB debugging mode is when its in boot loop​

How are you trying to flash your phone? Is it through the factory images here: https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images ? This is usually the easiest way to flash the factory images, but your phone may not work with these in the state it is right now.
As for the "no command found", that is normal behavior for stock recovery. In fact, there isn't much you can do with the stock recovery and you may be used to a custom recovery like TWRP or CWM.
What I would try is to enter recovery mode, where the dead Android appears. Then, hold the volume up and power button for about three seconds. After this, you can let go of the volume up, while still holding the power button. After a while, commands should appear and you can try a factory reset, or maybe a simple cache wipe might work for you.
If that still doesn't work, flash the factory images from the link I sent while on the "no command page". In that state, your phone should be recognized by the computer and you should be able to flash properly. You may have to install adb on you computer and drivers if that isn't already done.

GM-6920F Stock Rom & Bootloop Issue

Had an ongoing problem which i've tried and havent been able to solve. My phone died a week ago, to my surprise it seemed to be unable to power on. After trying more simpler methods, i figured my phone was bricked, as it is unable to boot into recovery mode regardless of what input or method i use. I have tried all sorts of broken data tools .ect. before i tried flashing a Stock Rom onto the device, as i have lots of pictures on the phone i seriously don't want to lose.
I tried installing TWRP onto the phone, no luck as it couldnt boot into recovery mode regardless of what i tried. It will just display the Samsung logo still. I've now tried to flash stock firmware onto the device using Odin which gave me a "FAIL!", "complete(write) operation failed". I've tried flashing a recovery.tar file as it's been suggested, as well as things like firewall and Usb cables but nothing seems to work. Literally nothing. Seems that being unable to get the phone into recovery mode at any point is the sole issues of all of these fixes.
Maybe someone with better knowledge can advise. I'm not bothered what happens to the phone, the photos/data on it are far more important but running out of hope to be honest.

Yeah i can, but not recovery mode even with recovery programs being installed through Odin.
