I'm on H950kdz and this morning I wake up to a new software update from at&t. I did not install it because my phone is rooted and I want to keep root. Did anyone else with at&t get this update?
Yeah. Could just be the security update
It was 100mb so I'm not gna get my hopes up
Also AT&T's g flex 2 updates page doesn't even list it
According to that page the last update was on September 2nd 2015 for 5.1.1

I updated to that by tot... just security update
Is there a KDZ/TOT for this particular update, because I have this phone but am on Cricket. AT&T does what AT&T does, so I cannot receive OTAs for this phone.

I think that it's too early to dissapoint at this time for H950 users... AT&T has delayed software update profile (3~4 months) than that of korean variant.
We may wait until october

didnt see anything about OTA's yet which is really why i wasted 10 seconds of everyone's life by posting.
yeah, kernel and cam are a bummer. newer baseband a plus at least.
and dammit, my screen still bleeds.. haha

The last part isn't correct. The phone continue to have issues with Sleep of Death and random reboots. Camera Software sucks now. This is hald baked update...i am switching to another phone and never coming back to LG product!
Do I have to recovery stock? or can I just restore my stock ROM and leave CW? Anyone can help me out here?

I have an OTA waiting for install that I've been pushing off. I'm using it for Perk TV, but don't want to upgrade if Perk is working fine. Unless I decide to root and go with a ROM, I don't see any benefit to the OTA.
If someone can tell me how to determine what version the OTA is for, I'll do that when I get home tonight.

The simplest way is to unlock the bootloader and pull the file from /cache with CWM. Or you can also temproot and pull it, as it works up to 4.4.3.
I also have a XT1031 for the same reasons, and you can unlock/root it if you want to do that.

I'll can't say for sure. I forgot to check it, sorry. If you want the update, why not do a manual check for updates?
Hi guys, here is the latest update for the Moto Z, I have the RETMX version, you can try pushing the OTA via adb sideload and see if it works, you don't need root or TWRP.

Sorry I haven't see it. This is the US version although I am using RETMX. I upload the OTA as soon I receive it, the previous version, the 13, I uploaded on day one. Next time I will be more fast uploading them.

Power Off. Quit the simcard from the phone. Power on. Search updates from settings. Retry.

Following this. I just recently changed my firmware to U1, and changed my csc as well since I've not beem getting OTA for months now and it's always manual updates for me. Hoping I'll stsrt receiving OTA updates after I changed my FW and CSC

No still T-Mobile locked. SM-G996U not 996U1.
Finally got mine last evening, Nov 30th.They did say '...before December...', so cuttin' it close. All is there except no 'Users' in Settings>Accounts. Wish more various conditions were allowed for making 'Modes' activate. Full stock phone on Big Red.

Just downloaded and installed G996USQU5DVK9 with Android 13 and One UI 5.0 on my AT&T S21+
And a week later, another update. I think this one is just the November security update which wasn't in the One UI 5 update last week.
