I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (GT-P3100). I decided to use Slimkat Custom Rom (Slim-4.4.4.build.9.0-OFFICIAL-8293) in June 2015.
Everything was working nicely (just say at this point my tab is in "z setting"), until one day. My tab suddenly rebooted. I thought, I just accidentally pressed the power button. After rebooted I changed some settings, just small changes, like: rotating my screen upside down. Then, I used my tab normally. 30 minutes later, my tab suddenly rebooted again and the settings were back to the "z setting". The screen wasn't rotated. All the settings as well, nothing changed. Then, I turned my tab's wifi on. My tab suddenly rebooted again, and back to the "z setting" again. I tried to uninstall some apps, and then my tab rebooted again and back to the "z setting" again.
I've tried factory reset, then rebooted, but my tab was back to the "z setting" again. I've tried wipe cache, wipe data, re-flash to official room through download mode using odin3 v1.85, then rebooted...........yup, my tab was back to the "z setting". Every time I reboot my tab, my tab is back to the "z setting".
Does anyone know what kind of trouble this is? and How to solve this? Please, I would appreciate it if someone could help me :good:.
Thank you
Anyone? Please, help me.

Device : TAB 7.7 P6800

Ok so I wake up yesterday to found out that my Whatsapp suddenly fc. And when i open it back, it shows that my chat backup are messed up and i need to restore it.
And while doing that, it started to reboot by itself.
I thought it will be okay after that.
It not.
Reboot, power on, Dropbox fc. Few seconds after that, reboot again.
power on, another apps fc. after few seconds, reboot again.
It keeps rebooting into the same state when i woke up that morning. Wifi turned on, few notifications on panel, (thou i keep clearing it everytime when it power on)
Now ive tried wipe data , wipe cache, everything in CWM. but it keeps rebooting into the same state!
Ive also tried flash with stock rom via ODIN.
Guess what?
It appear PASS on ODIN, but when the tab powered on, is still went back to the previous same state.
Ive google around and some said it is the sign of memory flash fail or smthing.
anyone maybe could help me out?
im on dead end.
Need suggestions for this.
A few weeks ago I rooted my phone to remove some apps that I never used. I just kept using my phone as always and did nothing special except removing those apps. Today I decided to unroot my phone because I felt it would be safer in case anything should happen to it (HOW IRONIC). It's only 3 months old and I didn't want to loose my warranty. I opened the SuperUser app and clicked full unroot and clicked continue. My phone instantly returned to the home screen and then powered off. Then it turned on again, but now the message "Samsung Galaxy S7 powered by Android" keeps flashing on the screen. I went into recovery mode and tried wiping the cache first, but nothing changed. Then I wiped all my data and did a factory reset, but my phone keeps flashing and won't turn on. I'm really desperate and don't know what to do because I'm afraid I can't take it to my retailer because my phone is rooted (if it still is rooted, but I have no idea). What should I do?

Hi mate
I would reflash again with odin using home csc instead of CSC so you do not loose your data and settings......
Edit : once it has been rooted the knox bit is set , there is no way back
Hi all. Hoping someone can finally help me get my Galaxy Tab 2 working again.
A few years ago I decided to root it and install CyanoGenMod. It worked much faster after that and everything was fine. Then one day out of the blue I turned the tablet on and it eventually loaded to the home screen but it was messed up. A few seconds later the Tab 2 reboots itself and this just repeats over and over.
If I go into recovery mode I get the message "installing system update" for less than a second and then it changes to "no command" and eventually a message loads:-
# MANUAL MODE #
-- Appling Multi-CSC ...
Applied the CSC-code : BTU
did not match sized '/system/csc/common/system/csc/others.xml (No Data Available)"
If I try selecting the wipe cache partition option, it will try for a second or two and then shows error and reboots.
If I try the wipe data/factory reset option, it says the data has been wiped but the Android logo in the background changes to say 'error' underneath it. It then powers itself off. Turning it on brings up the boot loop as before with the messed up home screen appearing for a few seconds before it reboots. So it doesn't appear to be wiping any data at all.
Can anyone offer any assistance on how to get this working again please? I would be forever grateful.

See the best way to get out of this is to install the stock Samsung firmware using the ODIN tool.
Then if you ever wish to install a custom rom again you can do as you like. Hope this helps. If you are require assistance, feel free to reply to this conversation.
I have tried a few times to flash the stock firmware with ODIN but it would either install the whole thing but it actually didn't work, or the install would crash part way through.
Unless there is some error with the stock firmware I've found online, is there a link to the proper one that I can download from somewhere? Or a specific version of ODIN that is needed for it to work?
I have this SM-T110R Samsung Tab 3 with TWRP installed, whenever I turn off the tablet and turn it back on it goes back to the data when I first turned on the tablet and doesn't save any of my data at all, it used to boot loop but doesn't anymore.
My suspection is that it was when I factory resetted everything from TWRP which caused it and I even tried reflashing the stock rom but nothing works.
What can I do?
