As one of the very first users, I've used moto z for a while and I'm glad to share with you:
Moto Z's Bootanimation & Ringtones
View attachment 3791188These files are extracted from /system/media.
Here's a Quick Guide:
To use these files, you must have a rooted and compatible device, then replace your /system/media with this folder. The permission of these files should be rw-r-r. To do this quickly, you can download Terminal Emulator from Google Play Store, then type:

# cd /system
# chmod -R 644 ./meida
# exit
$ exit
My Experience on Test Build
My test phone is a black version, using China's ROM (without Google Play Store. The global versions will have GMS, no need to worry.). What is different from the photos on the Internet is that, my device does NOT have a "moto" label between the screen and fingerprint sensor.
Here's a few pictures of moto z.
(Note: because of the confidential agreement, I cannot upload photos of my phone. The photos are from the Internet, and they look the same as my phone. Consider these files as a leak.)

If you don't want to fiddle with this, I discovered the problem with too big "steps" in volume can be fixed by adding a replay gain. So that your normal listening volume isn't at step say 2-4 or so but at around 8-12 (there are 16). This way the steps become smaller and it's easier to get the volume just right.
The DSPmanager of CM should be able to do this, or any other EQ.

Confirmed. Doesn't work on Razr.Bootloop.
Though works perfectly on defy+.
Will look into the script and see if I can make it work on Razr too.

Installation Guide
1. Make sure your device is Rooted http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/development/root-root-lg-g3-easily-purpledrake-lite-t2821000
2. Install Xposed framework http://repo.xposed.info/module/de.robv.android.xposed.installer
3. Download http://dl-xda.xposed.info/modules/de.bigboot.qcthemer_v3_08f693.apk Credits of this app go to BigBoot93
4. Install Quick Circle Themer, and make sure to enable it in xposed.
5. Restart your phone.
6. Open Quick Circle Themer and import the Moto360 or any other QuickCircle skin
7. click On Apply, restart and ENJOY

Sorry for the confusion, the download named "moto360" is the skin for the G3, I just gave it a confusing name. As soon as I arrive home I'll change the name:good:

Ok well the preview says moto but after you apply and reboot the watch face does say G3..

EDIT: Fixed it!
Only flaw I see are the borders. There are some areas thinner than others and a few gaps. Otherwise its exactly what Ive been looking for. Thank you.

I recently found out about custom android animations, and after browsing a couple ones I immediately fell in love with the BIOS boot ones.
I then got sad because I could not find one made specially for our device.
So I made one! This took me a couple of hours but I'm happy with the result, so I wanted to share it with the world!
I have successfully tested it with Boot Animation Factory and afterwards in my actual device. The exact model I got is the D2303 one.
As for actual specs in the animation, I used my own, 2GB sd card, running on a rooted android 4.3. If someone really wants to have a different specs one I'll be glad to change it.

It's Bootanimation not OS, and it should work on any ROM.
Xperia M2 D2303 on K.K. 4.4.4

I would like to share with you a bootanimation made for LG G2. This is the DOS BIOS Bootanimation ported for LG G2 and for Stock Kitkat ROM only.
@NFS_FM is the original creator of the work for xperia devices; so due credit to him. His work is Found HERE .
@wulsic made it for the G2 for Lollipop. His work for LP is found HERE
Ok, so I made some amends and sharing my version for those on Kitkat..... I wont repeat anything . Its the same as @wulsic made, but with reference to Kitkat 4.4.2, changed kernel and I removed Root Access Prompt.....I don't like the bootnaimation to show that my phone is rooted.
Installation: Flash in Recovery::: DOWNLOAD

Just tried the zip but it won't flash in the recovery. Maybe something is missing?

I'm using kitkat ported roms thats why i need this zip file to work.

I don't think you'll find this wallpaper on Internet now.
You you'll likely find it in the system. Here is the stock rom for the phone. Ulefone Mix Stock ROM
If you really want the wallpaper, you can download the firmware, unpack system.img and look for the default wallpapers (usually in one of the folders in etc folder).
Note: There is ABSOLUTELY no guarantee that the picture you saw on the public poster is the an actual wallpaper in the phone!!! Sometimes, the visuals are made to attract the consumer
