Israel way to root a T-Mobile gs6 on marshmallow without a computer

Hello if anyone could point me in the right direction, it would be appreciated.
Basically I unlocked an At&t s5 900a to Metro pcs yesterday, everything seems like it's working but the phone is still on the 4.4.4 stock At&t rom, can I root / put a different rom on it being that it's originally from the At&t network / phone? If so, would I need to put a metro pcs rom on it or at&t rom? I really just want to de-bloat the at&t apps and have it rooted so i can tether it. Anyone have any insight on this?
I'm not sure if this is meant to be posted here, but I had the LG G Flex 2 H950 for about a week now and found out about the 5.1.1 update shortly after I bought it. Thing is, I bought it unlocked, so I'm not sure if I'm able to update it as OTA notifications do not show up and I'm not using the AT&T carrier (I'm not even sure if that matters).
Anyways, is there a way to update an unlocked H950? I have a Rogers plan in Canada that I am using currently with the phone.
If you are not using ATT and are not in USA, you will never get the OTA to update to 5.1.1
You must use a TOT or KDZ to upgrade the device to 5.1.1 Lollipop, here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/g-flex2/general/guide-lg-g-flex-2-stock-firmware-to-t3037593
You could use an att gophone sim to try and get the update. Gophones have roaming in Canada and mexico, so it should be possible.
I own an unlocked Samsung G920A which I actually flashed to a G920AZ (Cricket Wireless (who is owned by AT&T)). I now want to flash to T-Mobile as I want to be able to 1. get Marshmallow. Cricket may never. 2. Be able to use WiFi calling and you can only do that with the TMO image (from what I read). I downloaded the G920TUVU3EPD1_G920TTMB3EPD1_G920TUVU3EPD1_HOME.tar and using Odin tried, but it fails.
Is it possible to flash to the T-Mobile firmware/ROM ?
If it is impossible, then I think I would want to go to the G920A again to get Marshmallow 6.0.1, then simply pop the T-Mobile SIM in, update APN, etc. Unfortunate though as the LTE bands all work. Seems sh***y it wouldn't work to use their firmware.
I have the Galaxy S7 (SM-G930P) from sprint, but im not currently living in the USA and i don't get the updates (plus the hands free activation doesn't work) can i update to the latest version G930PVPS2APG1 without problems? while keeping the phone unlocked to work in my country?
I've checked the file in sammobile but im not sure if its safe to install.
Also, if i update and i have problems, can i go back to the previous version to fix it? thanks.

I just recently purchased a Verizon S7 (SM-G930V). I also just recently found out that VZ doesn't push updates to non VZnetwork phones. I am using the phone with T-Mobile and I was wondering if it was possible to flash the T-Mobile stock rom without tripping Knox or anything of that sort.
