Hello
Thanks for using XDA Assist.
XDA does not host a FlashTool development thread and, as so, I can suggest you to contact the developer that holds the knowledge necessary to support your question.
Nevertheless, some device forums contain very detailed thread on how to use FlashTool but, given your report, we could not determine the Manufacturer & Model of your device in order to better approach your issue.
I will have to ask you to create a new Thread where you could be as detailed as possible regarding your devices information and issue and therefore we would be able to direct you to our experts.
Nice regards and good luck.

So all we would have done here is move your thread to the correct device forum so you could be helped by those folks with the most experience with your device. Seeing as you already have a thread in the correct place, and it logs as though you're being helped there, we'll leave that one active and close this one.
Good luck with your phone!

Hi,
The purpose of XDA Assist is to help newbies navigate the site, it is not a help desk. I couldn't find much information about this ETS but if you give me some more detail about your issue and what you are trying to achieve then I might be able to point you in the right direction.

Ok I had another look and I couldn't find anything helpful. Try asking in the general thread here:
Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Maybe someone that has it can help.
