Did you try running the motochopper or the Xperia_L_Root script again?
Delete SuperSU and maybe try again. And please tell if any errors occurred during the running of the script(s).

I did root once again using Xperia_L_Root script and before doing that I had uninstalled SuperSU.
Also, there was a problem while rooting. The script said 'Failure' somewhere but still it continued and also said the Exploits were pushed successfully

Have u tried using motochopper only?
Update SU from play store (don't open yet) and install Busybox. After installing busybox, open SU. SU will recognize busybox and install the binaries!
If this dosen't work then use motochopper again.
I just ran that script once again, it works now. Thanks
Use Backup TA

Hey Navneet thanx,,,,,, The problem is solved.... Here are the steps that i followed
uninstalled super user from my device
rooted the phone with motochooper
Installed superSu (when you root with motochopper you will already have super user installed on your device but the binaries were not installed so instead what i did was installed SuperSu of chanfire so that i will get a conflict message and the chainfire will unstall the default super user and update the binaries for me.
And Bingo! Luckily it worked...............

Welcome glad to help
Almost the same problem as above but not really
Hello guys! My name is Vlad, this is my first post here and this is my first time trying to root a phone. I got a little problem so I would really appreciate if you could guide me a bit step by step out of it.
I have a Sony Xperia L phone and I have tried to root it using an app that uses Motochopper exploit, downloaded from this link:
htt p:// ww w.4shared.com/zip/6WyYYjpCce/Xperia_L_ROOT .html
delete the spaces in order for the link to work. Sorry for not respecting the rule but there would be no other way to show what I used
It seems to work but I have an error that occurs at the end:
"Rooting phone...
This may take a few minutes.
Failure.
Cleaning up...
Exploit complete.
Press enter to reboot and exit."
I have tried the ideas mentioned until now: reboot, reinstall, update, etc. but nothing seems to work. Any idea to help me please?
P.S. I am not trying to offend anyone by saying this but if I need to use some program to install something complicate please explain me as I am a beginner into this.
Thank you!

There is no way you can get back TA partition if you lost the backup too. But its just for some warranty and DRM purposes. It shouldn't affect the user experience in general. As for Whatsapp and other updates, its completely unrelated to rooting or TA partition.

I just bought this phone and it proves unrootable. Any help in allowing root on this model would be greatly appreciated.
Already tried with vroot, doesn't work since phone restarts again and again until I disconnect USB
I need root for low - scalle modding it for my taste and deleting unnecesarry bloatware.
Anyone with any advice, help or guide, please help
Regards
Its very simple..just go shuame.com.
Then ckick green android logo ..and download the app..run it on your device ..it should work..But im not shure..
shuame.com not do it.
It would be great if we could ask some senior member to see what's needed for this model to be rooted. It's relatively new device and it isn't unrootable, just no one with enough knowledge of rooting didn't get it yet....I hope root method will appear soon...and this thread won't die...
EDIT:
Rooted with vroot.apk
googled it, d-led, installed and it worked
used it for debloating my phone and then deleted, because AFAIK it's not safe and is treated as malware
so if you need workaround and root for this model just google this apk and use it
regards

Are you positive that you can't grant root access to an app and that there is no new programme installed in your app drawer?
Anyway, I'll try to compile CWM for our model so we can flash update.zip with supersu and binaries in a week or two. I have exams this week so I can't do it now...

Thx! I menaged with Vroot,it worked and now I'm searching for some ROM-s
KingRoot for Android (APK) worked great for me on:
Code:
Brand Name: Gigabyte GSmart Arty A3
AP/BP: Mediatek MT6582
Android OS: KitKat 4.4.2
Kernel: 3.4.67
Baseband FW: Modem_Arty_A3_V0.20.01 @Gsmart
Build: Arty_A3_V1.27.10 @Gsmart
The other ones where a real PITA to use, all in Chinese...
...wanting to run windows exe's and loading bloat.
...and finally didn't work anyway.

If you are still in urge of root go to shuame.com, dload an chineese apk, install, run, click something with ROOT written amongst some chineese letters, when it's done in your app drawer will appear an app called Kinguser, then you delete chineese app dloaded from this site, reboot your phone and yor Arty is rooted!
*NOTE* you go with your android on shuame.com, not from your PC! Very important step?!
If you need a guide just pm me and I'll do it

So I have had this Mate 7 for a couple of days and decided to root it with Kingroot and Kinguser. Turned out to be a big mistake. This is my first android phone, so I didn't know with a rooted phone I can't update any OTA directly until I failed my first attempt. So I decided to uninstall Kingroot without unroot. This is another mistake. The Kingroot was uninstalled, but Kinguser stays. Then I searched internet to find that I would have to unroot my phone first. So I tried using Kinguser to unroot, which seemed to be working. But I can't uninstall Kinguser. In App setting, Kinguser only allows to me "Force Stop" or "Disable".
I tried using SUPERSU or Kingo Root to take over Kinguser, but none worked. I tried resetting my phone to factory settings, it worked but the updated still can't be installed. BTW, the update version is B143.
Please help! I love this phone. With B137 stock, the phone is amazing! But the red update reminder just annoys me! Thank you!
B143 for MT-L09??? Last versikn should be B141...where did yoi find it? Please post or write link here.

I ended up using KingRoot and then a workaround to get SuperSU instead. KingRoot did install some fishy apps. (one that had chinese letters), but after installing SuperSU I cant see them, so im gonna assume SuperSU uninstalled them. Nontheless, my device is rooted now.

Good to see you got it sorted.
Yeah! I know that the first answer will be to enable root in developer settings. I tried that but the Root Checker app is showing that root is not installed. I saw the videos on YouTube, I tried the king root , Kingo root and all the apps available and I even downloaded and flashed the super su file from the recovery but it led to bootloops. Then I again flashed my cm13 and the whole process and for my relief it worked. But I want root access for my Samsung i9082 badly but I am scared that it may lead to bootloops again. Please I will be grateful if you give me a solution to this problem as fast as you can.
