Hello, i live in Peru, and have a Samsung j7 baseband version J700MUBU1AOL2. I want a unbranded firmware please. Any links available? (already searched Samsungupdates and most firmware sites.) I will be waiting your response.
Edit 01: I have the movistar firmware right now (If it helps) and also have tried smart switch.... Not working anymore.
Edit 2: it uses android lollipop v. 5.1.1. And has official device status. (but because it is a used phone, it's knox warranty appears as void.)

I've bought a Samsung Galaxy A710 from china and it doesn't have any of the google services on it. i was wondering if there is a way to get them?
I have tried installing the APK, but after the app installs, it does not run properly.
I was also wondering if the was a way of getting rid of the chinese news page and the rest of the chinese notifications the randomly popup. Maybe by getting a different rom?

So i rooted my phone months ago and now Android 6.0.1 is out, since you cant update rooted phones OTA anymore, im clueless on how to get android 6.0.1
I currently have Android 5.0.2
My Device is a Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus
Please someone help me.
Edit: i tried googling it but theres so many different posts and some of them are really old so ive no clue which ones are good and which ones are bad.

Hi all,
I've recently been through a couple of different guides to root/unlock network and maybe flash a newer operating system than gingerbread, but unsuccessful so far.
This particular model seems like it's a European version as it's defaults were Nederlands and I'm in the UK. Can anyone confirm as to whether it's possible to root this
device or at least unlock it in someway as it's locked to EE but originally T-Mobile, it also asks to enter Network Lock Control Key even after going through the procedure to root.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I have at&t i337 Ver 5.0.1 firmware OK2. Out of contract
I want to rid myself of the bloatware, my principal objective.
I worry about not getting security updates once rooted, (even though at&t is not quick about doing updates anyway). Do I just track the forums here to look for updates? Will i have to go back to kitkat for every update.
And second I have a mac air computer, so odin may not be easily done without ready access to a pc.. I understand I have to odin back to 4.4.4 and then update with rooted rom.

Dear Forum.
Iam extremely happy with my huawei G740, it has great coverage and functionality so when my bank decided my software (4.04) is to old for their banking app I was a bit disappointed. Googling pointed me to apk for upgrading to 6.01 or 7.0 but accessing and downloading these apk's on fileserver was not possible. I have found CM upgrades but Im not sure of the security in this CM software.
Sooo...can a friendly soul please point me to a upgrade for a HW G740 to either osftware verison 6.01, 7.0 or a trusted CM version ?
I understand perfectly no one can guarantee software integrity but please let me hear your opinion.
