cannot install myfitnesspal error code 504 on my rooted intex aqua power hd android - Android Apps and Games

i am able to install many other apps but this particular app refuses to install
after searching xda, i have taken hints and tried them all- like making SD card the default write disk and sideloading
please advise
thanks and regards
vivek

Did the apk file itself just corrupted? No offense, I'm just trying potential solutions... Run an Android emulator on your PC and see if this file can be installed?

I am installing from Google play store sir

[Q] Installing Google Play on China tablets

Hi , recently I have obtained a few tablets made by HP but imported from China , I have gone through the process of rooting them but I cant seem to be able to connect to google play store . I have installed google play services and tried installing other google related framework and applications but it says no connection or server error.
I have googled and troubleshooted but I cant seem to get it to connect to google servers , no matter what I do the wifi icon stays grey.
Any help or enlightenment on this issue will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.
There is a app called market unlocker, maybe that will help

Thanks for your help , im managed to figure it out but heres the procedure in case people in the future want to know :
1) Root device (I used kingo root for compatibility sake)
2) Download google playstore,loginservice,serviceframework apk(should suffice)
3) Install root explorer
4) Move apk file to system/apps

[Completed] [Q] My phone refuses to install certain apps

My Huawei Y600 u151 seems to be unable to install a few apps. What I find really interesting is that the apps it can't seem to install appear to have 3d graphics. Of course I can install a very few 3d apps but I can't for most. Some of the apps that can't be installed include Minecraft and Air Navy Fighters. I can download the apks from the play store but I get a 'unable to install to USB or sd card' I even tried downloading from third party websites and I can enter the apk installation menu but when I hit install it usually fails to do so. ...we can root this device?
whether previously able to install playstore ?
the quick way, try factory data reset (backup you data because it will erase data on phone). and try download playstore again.
Before trying to root back up your data, then try following this guide to root your tablet. Then once rooted you need to install SuperSu.apk (only trustworthy place besides Google play I could find the apk only and not a zip )here to be abke to grant apps root access. Then use a file explorer that can have root acces (I suggest ES File Explorer) to move the Google play .apk and Google play services .apk files (you should be able to download them from apkmirror or similar sight) into /system/priv-app/ using a file explorer with root acces and reboot and Google Play should work. If you have any problems rooting please post your problems in the thread I linked or search the forums.

First I noticed that your build version (YTD802a153015) is different than the one you need for this guide to work (Build YTP802A128630). To fix this go under Settings->About Device->Check for Updates (may be called something slightly different) and check for an update and if there is one install it and you should be on the correct build (YTP802A128630).
And the link seems to be broken, so I did some searching and I was able to find it directly from dell here.
thank you for your reply !!!
i tried to search some updates but is not available
how can do? hom many risk there are to root the device with different build?
thanks in advance

accidentally uninstalled package access helper

hey guys... im new at this forum...
i really need someones help solving my problem.
I rooted my micromax canvas hd (a 116) a while ago .
unfortunately i deleted a system app called package access helper.
after that when i went to install a app its showing app not installed.
i cant install any app form anywhere.. not from play store neither from my external sd card. I though maybe a hard reset would solve the problem.. so i removed root access and cleared all the data. after booting its still the same . i even lost all of my previously installed app . (forgot to backup) what should i do???. please anyone help me.
a million thanks in advance

Ask some user of your device to upload package access helper for you and push it to system/app or flash a custom/stock rom
