after i reset my phone it say that i need to sign in the last google account that was previously synced...but i forgot the email account that I used before ...plss help mee how to fix this problem

Hey everyone! I am trying to unlock my phone so it can be used with any provider. I looked on the page about how to root your phone, but mine is not listed. Can anyone point me in the right direction? The LG Risio is also known as the LG-H343, and has Android 5.1.1 if that is any help.

The thing is someone has already set up an account, then hard reset it without removing it, now it gets stucked asking me to introduce the first google account assigned to the tablet, it is not possible to simply pass it up, i need somehow from here to get into the system through some method i'm trying to figure out and then restart to factory settings from there.

if you have a custom recovery set up and can find a factory image for the device.. you can try wiping the system in the custom recovery, then flash the factory image.. its worth a try.
