Please i have this Ebest -z7 phone with me that was dominated with Chinese language mostly, all the apps am trying to install is not working, i have done the factory reset severally its still not working! what do i do? playstore is not working there too

I'm using a spice dream uno Android one running 5.1.1 lollipop.I recently got a security patch (18 mb).
It won't install properly and just shows error.. My phone is unrooted..I have also tried wiping cache.
It also didn't help.. So guys pls suggest me something.. I really don't like to do a factory reset.. Thanks in advance.

I Think its the problem with the hosts file But I Am stupid enough to factory reset my phone now its stuck at samsung first time login google stuff and i couldnt sign in please help me thanks (GTI9300 Rooted)

Hello I have problem. I forgot my password on my phone and i can't hard reset it because it's on Chinese language. I watched every single video how to unlock it if it is on Chinese but this pattern is diferent from others. I don't know what to d, please help. Thank you.
