Theres a website called Hexamob and smth else which shows you a tutorial on how to root and install CWM on your device. Google it

Firstly, i got root to work by installing Poot.apk (not kidding, thats the app name). It got my phone to root so i decided to flash CWM with the files given there, apparently, one of the instructions was to boot the phone to fastboot which i cant get through.

Hey guys, finally, I loaded TWRP recovery on this device.
1.Root your device and install SU.
2. Find a Recovery for your device (CWM/TWRP)
3. Download MobileUncleTools and flash your recovery.img

Double Tap to wake I think, but not sure some people here talk about thinks that they are missing on the 701 Version that I have on my 703 Version.
I have unlocked my Bootloader and flashed GAPPS so I dont have the problem to sync my Google Contacts.
But some people wrote here you can download these APPS from the Huawei App Market too...

i have the double tap in my int. 701L, its only one file
Any other features the chinese 703L can more ?
Ahhh, i forget, call recording, no problem i copy the huawei dialer from my chinese P8 to my int. P8 Max, it works perfect.
Any other features from the chinese 703 ?

Hello everyone, i am new (as user) to XDA.
I've already read the post about the Honor 6x's Source Code but when i download the "Source Code" it actually downloads me a file that tells me to email Huawei and ask them for the S.C.
So i did, but their response was to open the same link in the post here.
I emailed them back telling them that there is no downloadable content.:crying:
I've read also that S.C. from Huawei P9 is the same as the Honor 6x one, or at least very similar, is that true?
I am talking about Android 7 and EMUI5.0

The honor p9 has the Kirin 955 and the screen size is 5.2in so I don't think the SC is the same. Also the p9 lite has the Kirin 650 and the honor 6x has the Kirin 655 so Good luck with that.

I don't know if you can but as far as I know Huawei is really secretive with their SC, especially for the Kirin line.

Either it's a fake to get phone data or they're REALLY slow.

What you got is the expected. There's no Huawei specific SMS app for the P30
They do have on the Chinese version!
