Can I Install Android 2.1 on the Nexus S for Development Testing?

I would like to install android 2.1 on Nexus S. Yes, you read that correctly. I want to backup my existing cyanogen 7.1 (android 2.3) install, install 2.1, create a backup of that, then be able to switch back and forth between 2.1 and 2.3 for testing android apps during development.
Does anyone know if this is possible? Do you know of any roms that might work? Any direction would be much appreciated!
Thanks!

sure that would work!
but there arent any android 2.1 nexus s roms. you would have to build your own from source, or port a 2.1 rom to the nexus s
Hmm...well then it does not look too promising for me . I have never built an android rom or ported one before. If anyone else has any other ideas I would love to hear them.
Maybe it would be possible for me to install an android 2.1 rom made for the Galaxy S?

the galaxy s rom wouldnt flash, unless you turned off the signature check in recovery. then you will probably just brick your phone.
The kernel I think would be the hard part of this.

[Q] Please Help (Noob) Android 4.4.4 to 5.1 Possible ?

Hello, I was hoping to get some help from the community. I have a Nexus 5 (Sprint) running stock Android 4.4.4 rooted with TWRP (v2.6.3.1). I wanted to know if I could make the jump to Android 5.1 (not 5.0.1) since it seems like Google has address all of the major issues I had with the original release of Lollipop. Please I am still very new to the rooting scene so it would be of great help if someone could point me in the right direction and offer guidance. I have tried to to search the forums to see If I find a threat like this one but I haven't had any luck. Thank you for your help in advance.
P.S: Although I am running stock, I did modify the WiFi tethering : "Settings Storage">"settings.db">"global" in case that matters somehow.

Does anyone know how to update Android version in an x-view zen U5+?

Hello People,
For quite long, i tried to update the android version of my x-view zen u5+ from android 4.4.2 to at least android 5.x and I didn't find nothing, even the question of how to put custom recovery.
- I know that actually you can't install some versions of Android in some devices, including the recovery, but maybe someone has a modified version for the x-view.
If someone knows something of it, I will really appreciate the help. Thank you very much.

Anyone Have An Android Kitchen That Works With Pie I Can Use To Port G7Power Roms?

Greetings peeps.
Does anyone have any suggestions or copies of any Android Kitchen I can use to port roms to the G7 Power? I've been using Assyyaad's Kitchen for the E4 variant with good success but it will not work with Pie at ALL. Any help in this general direction would be most appreciated, so I can get started porting with some success.
I'm on windows, so any windows options would be great.
Thanks you berry much.
