My LG V10 with ebony toastmade skin - LG V10 Accessories

I had an Ebony Skin with Custom Inlay of my company's logo made fro my V10. I like the look of the wood with the steel sidebars so I left those unwrapped and I trimmed the top and bottom pieces so they wouldn't wrap on the steel either. I wish the back piece and the top and bottom were better able to hide the plastic, but overall I'm very pleased with this.

I didn't make it. It came from Toast (http://toastmade.com.
Took about 2 weeks to get it after we finalized the design. The design took about a week or so to figure out what woods i liked and would work well together.
The main wood is ebony, with the first inset bring walnut, and the inner circle (lightest wood) being ash. Final cost was around $75. But I had a lot of customization.

Ok I like it and I don't. I don't care for the spaced out parts and that grey colored bottom middle lined part. I like the design but the spaced out parts or a no go

{DIY}My new Dock

Well after leaving my night stand cluttered for so long I finally decided to clean it up. I have always just had a hat that I would throw my change and keys in and would tuck my ac cord under so that it wouldnt slide away but today I just grew tired of that. You see my wife has this sunglass holder that sits on her vanity with her sunglasses but really just collects dust. So today I decided that I would take ownership and create something to solve my cluttered night stand. I first broke out my drill and took the sunglass holders off only to then countersink the screws that held the wood to the plexi glass. After that I cut a quarter size whole in the top for this jewel to become my new piggy bank(will find myself saving change instead of taking it all the time). After that I added some leg wholes for andy to rest atop the mountain. The next features were towel hooks to hold my phone, ipod touch, keys, and watch. All and all I am pleased with my setup however am going to order some stickers for the wood to make more appealing. So what do you think??

Testament to Otterbox Commuter Case - Dog Attack [PICS]

Today my boyfriend, dad, and I were all trying to save a two day old kitten who was stuck in vinyl siding. Of course, this was a stressful (and very long) ordeal, so I wasn't really paying attention to where I left my phone. During a break from the rescue, my boyfriend found my phone on the ground and said "uh oh." Turns out I had left it on a bar chair outside and this awful bloodhound/shepherd mix drop off made a point to get it and try to chew it to death.
Luckily, I didn't buy a crappy case, and my Inspire 4G is still fully functional and has a few small chew marks and the casing on the bottom bent a little. My Otterbox didn't make it out as great, but it did it's job, and did it well! This dog chews up basketballs and armadillos no problem, so it's a true testament to the quality of this case.
Here are the pictures.

And in case you were wondering about that newborn kitten, it's the topmost one in this picture.
I love my otterbox defender.

I like mine too, it seems thin but functions very well.
Hmmm I may need to get an otterbox after seeing this. I've had my phone for a year and a half with just a silicone case and no screen protector.
wow i was considering getting this case. this is my next.

Spigen slim armor review.

So I had just gotten the slim armor case today (dodger blue). My first thoughts when I opened the package was "wow is blue, really nice blue". The overall feel is absolutely amazing. I haven't ever held a phone with a case with so much comfort. Its lightweight and seems to offer a great deal amount of protection with the least amount of bulk. Also they are nice enough to add free home button colors to go with it black, orange, and white.
The look of it is outstanding. every hole was cut out with perfection and not rough edges or color misplacement. The buttons are,as others said, a bit tough to press, but not discouraging as they are comfortable and wont allow for the "accidental" presses.
The one downside that I have noticed is when taking it off and putting it on that sometimes the lips catch and you have to pull on the little rubber to get it flush. But that is the only current issue I have.
I know the review is small right now but I just got it and have only used it for 4 hours so more will be reviewed when I use it more.

The major problem is that I have anker batteries that are a tiny bit thicker but the blue shell pushes out a little when I have them in :/

Yup, best mod yet. lol Sharpie took care of it pretty easily, two or three applications. Don't miss the white.
Wicked!!! And it didnt leave a purple tint ay all?
Also did you have to pin price the grill? Seems to have clogged up some of the holes.

I just used a thin slice of charcoal antistatic packaging foam. Makes it look level and keeps stuff out. I used nail clippers to trim it just so.
Not to knock the opinions here but I like the white. At a quick glance, I can always tell which side is up.

I agree too and with my option, I can always go back to that look
Attaching a picture of the earpiece after the alteration.

Modded MN2

Hi all.
My regular watch get broken so I decided to buy some smartwatch. I bought MN2 because of low price (only cheaper smartwatch is ****ty live view), but it was too thick and had this strange charging cable. So I made it thinner and put miniusb port. There are some pics from creation:
First I disassembled clip, cut off clip mountings and cut out hole for this metal thing for custom straps.

}
Then I cut out hole for micro usb
soldering...
...and glue
side view of port
The metal thing is going to be a back partition of watch now, so it must be abraded because of battery and vibration motor.
and glued
I painted it with silver paint. It looks that bad because glue was too fresh and I couldn't abrade it. Now it's hard enough but it's on back so I don't care at this moment. Also metal thing got some schratches in progress.
there you can see how thin it is
and how it looks with custom strap
After few days of using I don't like it Waking it up for seeing time is annoying, and what is more important there is no some notifications icon with clock. So if I'd like to see notifications I must wake him up and tap once again to see anything. Taking out phone is faster I'm using it only for running and I can't sold it because of this modifications. Damn my creativity
Sorry for language
Great job on the mod. Pretty badass!
