tl;dr
-no rom only twrp
-no computer acces

When you connect the phone to the computer in recovery mode, are you mounting the required partitions?
It's not detected in fastboot either?

[Q] USB Storage not working in the phone

So last night, while my phone was charging, I went to check some messages and I noticed it was frozen (couldn't turn on the screen).
After unpluging it, I pulled out the battery and rebooted the phone and that's when I saw that it wouldn't check the USB Storage for errors.
Now I have a USB Storage that isn't recognized by the phone, but works if I mount it from cwm to my pc.
I tried: formatting USB Storage, resetting the phone to factory settings, flashing a new ROM, and none worked. Plus, now when it tries to boot, I get the boot animation for ages, and it doesn't do anything else.
If someone knows how to help me, please reply. (I searched xda and the internet and all I managed to find was USB Storage not mounting to pc...)
The ROM is CodenameAndroid 2 with android version 4.0.4.
It seems an hardware failure, or at least, a serious corruption of the boot and recovery.
Does it boot to fastboot(vol up plus power button)? If yes, I would try to go completely stock by installing through fastboot one of the factory images which are available here on xda.( Before doing that you would need to perform a backup of your \efs folder.)
In this way you rewrite boot, radio, recovery, kernel and ROM. If the malfunction was due to some corruption of system files, that should fix it.
If it does not boot to fastboot, there may be another chance with Odin. I have seen in a thread for booting with a broken power button that by simultaneously pressing vol up and vol down you enter in download mode. You need a Odin factory image, which also includes the fastboot, I think. Such a file, together with the right version of Odin is provided in that link.
Hope that this helps,
Good luck

I am able to get the phone into recovery mode, where it says it can mount SD Card and even USB Storage, but when I try to flash the stock image, it stops and says "(bad)", even though that's the same image I've flashed a couple of times before. I am also considering it could be a hardware failure, but for the moment I'm trying to elimminate all possibilities.
EDIT: it seems I can flash recovery and boot through fastboot, but not system.img

[Q] Did I just brick my phone?

I recently rooted my Nexus 5 by following directions in this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2515640 I then installed a few apps, the ClockworkMod ROM Manager and then also the MultiROM Manager (not sure why). When I rebooted after the MultiROM manager, I get the Google screen but then... nothing. Just blackness.
I can restart to get back into the Boot Recovery mode and back to MultiROM, though my laptop won't recognize my phone so I can't install a ROM. It seems at some point, the entire ROM was wiped but I can't install a new one without having USB access to transfer the file. Any thoughts/ideas?
Have you installed the right drivers on your laptop?

Do you have a custom recovery installed? If so, you can use a otg connection to install another rom / kernel. Have you tried wiping data/cache via recovery? Fastboot should be working if you can go into fastboot mode, maybe you should check your drivers/cable or use another computer.
No custom recovery I don't believe... Android File Transfer (I'm on a Mac) pops up but says "Could not connect to device". I've connected this Nexus 5 many times before to this laptop (literally 20 minutes ago) so I don't think it's a driver issue.
I'm in the "Team Win Recovery Project", went into Wipe and then Factory Reset but when I reboot, nothing still.

Use Philz Touch recovery, TWRP has many issues like this...
If your device isn't being recognized by your MAC, then I will suggest you to find a pc or if you have a OTG cable with you, you can use it to flash a rom...

Stucked in BooLoader

By mistake due to some problems I've accidentily deleted internal storage in the bootloader mode. Meaning that I can't get into android and I can't install any ROM (since i've deleted the storage). How does one fix this problem? How do I connect it to the computer and upload rom?

You can either push a rom to your device through a custom recovery using adb or flash the factory image. You also might be able to see your device when booted into recovery and copy and paste a rom to it.

More details pls :/ I cant just plug it into computer and upload it, it doesnt go into the system and it has that SD card issue :/
Well I’ve managed to make every turn possible with my hammerhead. I’ll just explain these turns as much as I can.
1. Unlocked the device
2. Installed ROM, everything was OK.
3. Applied different ROM, started having problems with SD card. Installed TWRP manager, problem fixed. Though there were some space issues (backup 6 gb and so on)
4. Made the worst turn, bootloader mode, deleted internal storage, wiped.
5. In turns on, goes into cataclysm rom, but the system doesnt show and Back buttons or minimize or Home (those 3 buttons at the foot of the phone), wallpaper is black. IF u connect it to the computer, the internal system is just EMPTY. Can’t transfer any rom to the phone. Cant go to the store and install TWRP manager. All kinds of crazy ****.
6. Tried Force flashing it with nexus root toolkit while in bootloader mode. Failed. Doesnt recognize the device, bootloader on the phone freezes.

Stock recovery without usb data cable

Due to some hardware issue, my mate 7 do not connect to pc via usb cable. It shows usb not recognised.
I want to update to marshmallow. But I am on custom recovery. I want to flash stock rwcovery to update to mm. Is there any way to flash it without data cable.
If you can boot to recovery you could download the stock recovery on your phone and flash it. This way can also be used to flash the rom you want by the way, which can be found on the same page linked earlier

Install Stock Recovery on Unrooted Phone That Cannot Connect to a PC

Hey,
I own a WileyFox Storm that runs Cyanogen OS (kipper) as stock. A while back, I tried to root it, but failed so gave up. As it turns out, I forgot to get rid of the TWRP CR (which was an edition specifically designed for the Storm). There is now an update which I would like to install, but obviously it does not work because I do not have stock recovery.
MY PHONE IS NOT ROOTED!!!
I was going to flash the stock recovery using ADB fastboot, however my phone is now refusing to be recognised by my PC. Yes;
- I have the correct drivers installed.
- I have enabled USB debugging (I have also tried disabling it).
- I have tried rebooting both my phone and PC.
- I have tried rebooting my phone and wiping Cache and Dalvik Cache.
- I have tried with a different USB cable, and tried using a different USB port.
- I have tried removing my SD card.
My phone says that it is charging (which is is) when it connects to my PC, but nothing comes up, anywhere. No notifications (on both devices), ADB nor fastboot recognises it, no *chime* sound on my PC.
I cannot try using a different PC (I only have one). So, how can I replace the TWRP recovery with stock recovery???
Thanks )
