Have you tried??

I have H900 AT&T and this worked for me - without root

Tried this on mine.. didn't work. Still provides "Authentication was unsuccessful. To enable go to att.com/mywireless or dial 611" error message. I'm not using an AT&T sim(am on Cricket). Thoughts?

Any new developments?
I am getting the same Authentication error message. Has anyone figured out how to work around?

Won't Activate Mobile Data (Sprint)

Hey all. I flashed my first rom today and its just stuck on "activate mobile data service". If I press skip, it would be able to make calls but no 3g data. I took out the sim card and still no luck. There is no APN settings on the mobile options. Not sure what to do here.

Call Sprint (using a phone other than your Nexus 5) and ask them to re-provision your data. This happens quite frequently on other devices also after flashing a new ROM with Sprint service.
Just keep in mind that neither Google or Sprint have to support the custom ROM. While they may not know that you are on the custom ROM, I would just put it back to stock and see if it work first.
I found the fix. There's a flashable apn zip for sprint that got me data.

ISIS working for you guys?

I am rooted on my M8 with Viper rom... installed the isis wallet and all it tells me is that it cannot connect to the 3g/4g network. I've tried xposed modules "root cloak" and "isis root bypass" for getting past the root checker in isis but neither work

That is not a root issue. Isis will tell you if it detects root and then close. Root Cloak works great for me to retain Isis usage.
I had a similar issue on my LG G2. Mine would bot show at errors but payments would not go through. Found out it has to be on a certain ROM to work. Switched ROM's and have Isis and Wallet working.

Yeah i saw the root error message until i used the rootcloak module, then it started saying it couldnt connect to the mobile network. I've now been told it could be because i dont have a secure sim card required by isis. Seems weird though cause Verizon claims the M8 is "isis ready" and im using the sim card it came with.

The SIM card is not an issue and it will work with the one included. I did get the mobile network error once or twice, but it always went away.
I got mine going, using the Isis patch and xposed, I'm running insert coins 2.3.3

I cant get isis mobile wallet to work it keeps picking up root. I have tried the rootcloak plus also and also rootcloak plus through xposed and isis keeps picking up root, and this was with the isus verizon activity app added to the list to block and there are no other verizon apps on the list to block. Anyone ?
Figured it out working now.

Anyone know how to remove the lockscreen security while using this? The "try a wrong password 5-10 times" thing doesn't work
Pretty sure because it's using VPN it will most likely require a pin.

Jeeab, when I was using this app on my Droid Razr HD it didn't even let me try that trick.. I did it over 75 times for good measure. Good luck getting it to work. But I am happy that I got my wifi back! YAY!

If you mean LG G2X then it's possible if you are running 2.3....
The app itself is Free. But the Key to unlock all abilities is $7.95.. Google is a powerful thing.
Worked for me! I have a non-rooted (obviously) stock 900V.
Thank you!

the only problem I have is, I got too used to unlock my phone using the fingerprint scanner and in order to use this app, you need to disable that and unlock with a pin # but I am happy there is an option for tether for us still on unlimited data

Leo. Root your phone with @geohot Towelroot and then install Xposed and X Tether. Native app FTW.
Use Android Device Manager
An easy way to get back fingerprint lock is to use the android device manager to disable the lockscreen lock outs. You also have to install the certificate first and do not remove it or you will have to do this again.

Found another quicker way to do this:
1. Goto google.com/android/devicemanager and locate your phone.
2. Click "Lock" and chose a new number password.
3. Type the new password on your phone and it will unlock.
4. Now it should let your change the lockscreen to anything, and foxfi will continue to work
Still working after restarting phone and using Foxfi

AT&T LG G2 D800 baseband issue

Hi everyone!
I used my unlocked LG G2 with a T-Mobile SIM card for a few days with the stock rom and the radio signal was fine. But then as it looked terrible and the performance was not so good, I decided to install the Cyanogenmod 12 nightly. After a couple hours, I realized the gps and gyroscope sensors wouldn't work, something widely known about this cell phone. I found out that flashing a different baseband would fix it, and after I did that the sensors started working again, but the signal was always intermittent and my 3g would suck.
Then I tried to flash the original baseband again because I'd rather not to rotate it than have a bad connection, however, it didn't work: the sensors don't work and the signal is still terrible.
I ran an app called Network Signal on my friend's cell phone, which is the same as mine with the stock rom. There's a tab called SERVICE'S ADVANCED that says OK on his and NO SERVICE on mine.
Does anyone have any solution or advice? Attached is my information on baseband and rom.
Thank you!!!

The problem is that you didn't know that Lollipop ROMs need the modem from JB 10C or 10O. Your modem is the KK version from 20C.
As for the signal I'm not sure what to suggest because the performance is bad in that regard. Sometimes it will drop to 2G in areas with strong LTE or Hspa+. I'm also T-mobile.

I tried installing those but they didn't work either. Would you have the links? Maybe I downloaded the wrong ones.
Also, are you using lollipop on your g2 right now?

This is the list I found: downloads. codefi.re/autoprime/LG/LG_G2/G2_modems (delete the space between downloads. and codefi)
I tried the 10D and 10O, but there's no 10C for the D800.

Sorry, forgot my charger at home & couldn't respond back. Anyway, it's 10D and not 10C, I keep getting all the modems mixed up. I actually reverted back to JB because I'm giving the phone to someone that doesn't like LP. Before I had vanir (LP) with the JB modem 10O.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2451426
If the JB & KK modems don't fix your issue, then something is wrong with your G2, or those features are currently broken in that CM12 nightly. One thing you could try is returning to stock, then root after going back to the official ATT firmware. Trying another ROM besides cm would be s good idea too.
Would you mind running this app called Network Signal and sending me a screenshot? I want to compare yours to mine. You just have to swipe left to open the menu and then click Signal Check:

See, that's my problem. The textbox "Service Advanced" says FAIL and I think that's due to wrong modem. I'll try to go back to stock and try something else. You're using the baseband that ends with 84, right?

Rooted G920AUCU3BOJ9??

I'm currently running BOJ9 and am getting tired of all the ATT garbage. Was looking to root but it seems like the February update prevents that..
Did some searching online anyway and found the link below. Has anyone tried this?
