I can't find my buildnumber in the list. Does that mean i can't use this root? - Galaxy S6 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I'm running on Marshmallow 6.0.1. I want to root my s6 with pingpong root. But it says you first need to check if your model is in the list. Mine isn't. I live in the Netherlands, is this causing the problem or i don't know. My buildnumber is: G920FXXU3DPCU. I can't find this anywhere. So i can't root, or not? I hope somebody can help me! Because i really want the pingpong root!!

I think pingpong root is available on 5.0.2 only, not on 6.0.1, correct me if I am wrong

Root galaxy avant G386TUVU1AOD7

Hello all,
Does anyone know how I can root the avant that is running version G386TUVU1AOD7?
I tried towel root and that didn't work at all. It says the phone isn't supported. Not sure if I can downgrade the kernel to root it (boot.img)
I would prefer to do it without tripping Knox if possible.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The root/recovery thread for the Avant is here. I have AOD7 installed on mine, and the process worked.

Help with Rooting

I'm looking to root my phone, but I have a few questions. I just want to make sure I'm using a method that will work for my phone as I seem to have an uncommon version. I'm on a small carrier, and I'm questioning how I can root without tripping KNOX. Every guide I've found seems to indicate there are questions about rooting my phone. My build version also never shows up on any of the guides as a supported build.
Relevant information:
Galaxy S6
Model: SM-G920R6
Android Version: 5.0.2
Baseband Version: G920R6WWU2AOF2
KNOX version: 2.4
Anyone able to point me to a root that will work, and not trigger KNOX? Any guides are welcome as well!
As far as I know there isnt a way to root without triggering knox , and if you want to root you could probly find a guide quite eaisly , if its that you want to still be able to use knox secured apps etc use magisk

I tried PingPong. It notified me that it could not complete (I assume because I have an unsupported version).

Will Android Pay still work with magisk? I'm not familiar with it. I was under the impression that I would be permanently unable to use mobile payment applications if Knox was triggered. Is that wrong?

Yes it will , enable magisk hide and it should work , android pay dosnt use knox , i think samsung pay does but android pay is not effected by knox
Install magisk and it will all be fine
Also for rooting , just flash twrp with odin then flash magisk for root etc

you can root with a pre rooted rom on nougat, but its not full root so theres no point, so if you really want to root you have to downgrade to 5.1.1 OK7 and root on there. however if u want supersu u have to use a computer to restart. if u use kingroot you can reboot but you gonna have the ads of kingroot, and after 1 week of being rooted on 5.1.1 it becomes slow and buggy, id reccommend just stay on nougat and dont root, btw you cant really do anything with root on nougat.
