Does the NXT-L09 have an sd card slot? - Mate 8 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I know that it's single sim but does it support sd card? I was going to purchase another L29 because I wanted the sd card slot but I honestly don't need dual sim capabilities. If the L09 can still use an SD card I'll just buy that.

Hi,
Of course it have. Single SIM and dual SIM model have 2 slots :
- SIM 1 + SD card for single SIM model
- SIM 1 + SIM 2 or SD card for dual SIM model

Nice to know. I guess I didn't have to pay extra for the L29 model afterall. Is there any other hardware difference between the two?

MHA L29 64gb version not identifying micro SD card

Hi,
I just got this phone and tried adding micro sd card. though the SIM tray has letters printer SD card on it, the phone is not recognizing the additional memory card.
I am not sure if this model supports an SD card or not!
Is there any setting to enable it or the function not available on this model?
Thanks in advance.
Are you sure the card is not defective or not in the tray properly as you insert into the phone? I have the L29 and it reads my Samsung 256gb with no issues. Can you do a format? Did you partition and format on a pc?
Can you post a screenshot for about phone?
If you were able to put the sd in SIM tray that means ur phone support sd cards.
Check if ur sd is working on ur pc or other phone.

Its indeed an issue with the memory card. Thank you very much!

Why they made a step down vsn

I came to find info on the step down vsn vs the step up.
Does the 128 have storage capacity to 384 (128+256)
Or did they follow the error in Huawei's mate 9 pro and put no sd card slot in the 128 GB vsn?
@#$%&!
And what about it in Europe?
Shame to even make a stepped down version. So now we always gotta ask which version...before installing a software.
whut
I assume the 128GB version is the Taiwanese version which also support dual sims. In that case, the 2nd sim slot can be used for either a sim card or SD card. So if you are using 2 sim cards, then no SD card. But if you only use 1 sim card, you can add a SD card to expand its storage.

Strange thing in MT7 TL10 - Please help ( sim slots got interchanged )

On inserting Sim in 1st slot and micro sd in second slot, sim is detected as card 2 and hence works on 2g only,
if i insert both sims, then sim in slot 2 works as 4g and sim in slot 1 works as 2g only.
Please help i want to use 1 sim and micro sd card with 4g working....

J7 prime g610f

Hello devs
I have a Samsung galaxy j7 prime g610f
Android 7.0
Samsung experience version 8.1
Baseband version G610FDDU1BQJ4
Build number NRD90M.G610FDDU1BQL9
It's a dual SIM phone with a dedicated sd card slot and a non removable battery. One slot is for a SIM card and another is for a SIM card an SD card. The issue is in the second slot. When I put a Sd card it works fine but when I put both the sd card and SIM card the SD Card is not detected. I don't know if it's a hardware issue or a software issue and that's what I'm here for.
Please provide a solution if any.
Thanks.
