Anyone know how to get rid of this? There's no block option. The only way to get rid of it is to turn it off, which is a shame cause I really like using it.
You might need to be more specific about the nature of the notification. When mine switches on Wi-Fi calling it puts a notification in the pull down area but I can swipe it away. This just leaves the Wi-Fi calling symbol in the status bar.
The notification will reappear next time Wi-Fi calling is activated but I don't find it too much hassle to just get rid of it.

I don't think I have ever seen a way to hide that notification. It annoyed me at first but after a year using wifi calling I don't notice it any more.

Seems each carrier decides what style of notification to use for Wi-Fi calling. I'm on Vodafone UK and as I say you can dismiss theirs. From earlier discussions EE in the UK don't have any notification, just the status bar symbol.

i never change the radio, so i think it is not the radio problem. anyone analysis is it becasue roms? or most possible due to the kernel ?? or may be apps?
i use nexus 5.04
thanks .
I had the same issue after changing carrier and at home. I solved it by using a RAT unlocked rogers modem and picking up a specific band, in my case wcdma 850.
I happened mostly after waking up but my guess is it was just showing it when waking up, my gf always complained she had to call 3 times before it will get to me and not to voice mail.
So you can't get a call while the phone is sleeping?

As I said i fixed it by setting up a specific band and letting the phone decide which band.
I could get calls while it was sleeping but the reception was spiking so sometimes it would just go to voice mail.
When you call someone who is already having a phone call there was a toast notification saying "call is waiting" but there is nothing on my opo although i'm activating vibrate on wating and event notification from call setting so any help?!
I have samsung i9082 and i get the toast notification normally as some say it's a carrier issue
there was? never seen that before maybe it was phone specific

Not sure there is supposed to be an indicator like that. I thought you simply saw the photo or number of the incoming call waiting. Do you have a link that shows this feature from another phone

According to the comments it will be included in the next m10 build nightly!!!!!!!
This annoying pink line, about 2dpi in width, just popped up in my edge panel. It runs down the whole thing and never goes away. Even when i reboot into recovery. I've restarted the phone, factory resetted it, etc. but it's still there. The funny thing is it doesn't show up on screen shot. I'll get a pic with another device and post it when i can. Anyone have a fix? Is there a code i can put in the dialer to get to screen settings?

But it's not there in screen shot
If it doesn't show up in a screenshot, and it still turns up in recovery etc it's probably safe to say it isn't a software problem sorry seems like a hardware issue
Thats definitely a screen issue not software. Your display might have been hit/dropped but either way its physical damage.
Sorry..
That's what i thought. Ugh

Anyone else have this in their status bar area? It shows my network connection twice. By the battery and by the clock. Is that an option that can be turned off?

That's just the way it is.
The left hand side shows the signal strength and the type of network you're connected to (4G+/4G/H+/H/etc), it will also show both networks if you're using dual SIM.
The right hand side shows how you're connected to the internet - cellular or wi-fi, with the cellular indicator also showing whether it's 4G+/4G/H+/H/etc.
So they're technically different but there's some overlap.

That's pretty dumb, but I figured that was normal when I looked at the homescreens of other uses. Thanks.

Hidden away, in Developer options, is an option to keep mobile data always active. Even when wifi is active, for fast network switching. I assume that we want this enabled? Just curious.

I've had it on for awhile now, on different phones and from I've noticed it's for fast Network switching. Never had an issue with it being on all the time. Orero and earlier had an option for wifi being aggressive in handing over to carrier data when wifi was poor. Don't see it in pie now. I would have that option as well as the option in for mobile data always active
