[ROM] GT-I9082 HyDroid ROM 4.2.2 for Galaxy Grand Duos

Hello friends this is my first ROM. It is similar to stock ROM and many other custom ROM(s) developed like GenNxt Superior ROM, Xperia Z ROM, Resurrection ROM and CyanogenMod 11. This ROM features Touchwiz and Themer laucher built in.
Some of its features will include:
1. Dual Sim functionality
2. Stylish Toggles
3. Better RAM and Battery performance
4. Start up time decreased
5. Screen Curtains
6. Themer and Touchwiz Launcher built-in
7. Google Play Music instead of Stock Music Player
8. ViperFX
9. UMS app built-in
10. KingSoft Office integrated
11. Busybox
12. Rooted
13. Zipaligned
14. Removed some useless samsung apps that aren't used by many like:
14.1. S Voice
14.2. S Suggest
14.3. Yahoo apps
14.4. Youtube
14.5. Stock music player
14.6. Stock Browser(Instead Chrome alone is integrated)
14.7. Samsung Apps
14.8. Games Hub
14.9. Polaris Viewer
Note that themer needs to download a theme in order to proceed with its looks. So if you wish to you may first use Touchwiz as default.
Since I have some network issues I won't be able to upload the ROM for now. But I require a major help from everyone here.
If anyone has any suggetions please do inform me and I will add it to my ROM before I upload my ROM.

Like many others before installing this ROM you will have to wipe or reset data/cache.
Once done just reboot no need to wipe dalvik cache.

The regular app you get from one of its official sources, the F-Droid store, works just fine on AOSP, CM11, CM12, TW 4.4.x and TW 5.x.x. If it doesn't work on your device it's surely not because of BNL8 or 5.0 in general.
Just to make things clear; you guys just downloaded an apk from some guy, installed it and then granted it superuser rights on your device...

Hello everyone,
After Santa brought me a new locked and not rooted phone, and it turned out it's not recommended to unlock it (Sony of course), I began to mourn for the "quick controls" of the AOSP Browser.
This weekend I had some time, and was able to make enough changes to the original code, so the Browser can be installed normally and to work pretty decent.
Requirements:
Lollipop
(probably) Chrome to be the default browser
Tested on:
Sony Z5 - Lollipop 5.1.1
Nexus 4 - Lollipop 5.1.1
Not working:
Bookmarks sync
Full screen
Incognito mode (fixed in v 0.2)
If I have free time and there is interest to it, I may try to fix those

Version 0.2 changes:
Incognito mode added to quick controls
Fix some random crashes during search

I downloaded it on Zenfone 2 ZE551ML (X86) and it's not installing..I moved to /system/priv-app with permissions r-r-r but nothing..what can I do? (maybe Lollipop 5.0?)

[Completed] SCH-I535 4.4.2 SuperLiteRom

Hi I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 SCH-I535 for Verizon. I want to be able to downgrade. But possible in my situation I might not have to. I rooted my phone using towelroot and then installed busybox then safestrap v3.7.5. Made a back up copy of my stock 4.4.2 Rom and flash SuperLiteRom V5 over the stock rom slot.
I have a decent modded phone now. (I'll post the features of SuperLiteRom below to help my point here.) To my understanding I wouldn't be able to downgrade because of KNOX. However SuperLiteRom in the features says it's DeKNOXed. Does this mean I would be able to downgrade?
Or better yet install Team Win Recovery Project or ClockWorkMod to use cyanogenmod. Or the S3 being a touchwiz based phone I could only use the variants of 4.4.2 like SuperLiteRom?
If so does any body have any links to different Custom Roms I can install on SafeStrap v3.7.5? Thanks a ton. Hope I provided enough information.

Hello,
Verizon devices with 4,3 or newer firmware have locked bootloader and can not downgrade, they can only upgrade and once upgraded can't go back to what was installed before updating. Attempting to downgrade in any way will certainly brick your device, this has been tried many times and many people have tried to hack a way around it, all that has been accomplished are permanently bricked devices or devices that had to be put in a shop to be repaired at the hardware level.
Basically, give up on the idea of downgrading period, it isn't gonna happen, EVER!
Sorry but that is the truth and it isn't changing anytime soon. Verizon did this on purpose.

most recent rom that uses proper spen apps etc

Hi all - I used Gnabo rom for the last few years but some apps I need to use are android 5.1 and above.
Are there any Roms like Gnabo that use 5.1 or above? I'd love to have the Samsung apps as they work so beautifully

Samsung rom is what you need or try alternative spen apps etc .
