[GUIDE][Windows] Unbrick Your (Softbricked) BLU Pure XL or Other Variants - Blu Pure XL

I've decided to make this guide for those of you that have somehow done something to your phone to make it unbootable/unusable.
This is written from my own experience of unbricking my own Pure XL, after I've been screwing around too much (and consequently softbricking it many times in the process).
Hopefully this reduces the amount of posts/threads about you bricking your phone and asking for help, as well as the (not too encouraging) replies that tell you to search other threads.
Sorry if it's a very long/wordy guide to follow. I just want to be as detailed as I can.
Disclaimer:
I cannot take any responsibility for you bricking your phone in the first place or whatever you do during/after following this guide.
The stock images are not mine; They are from other helpful members on this forum that have kindly uploaded the files, and I trust that they are genuine articles. I have not tried anything myself other than the stock recovery for BLU Pure XL. I have credited all of the users and linked their posts instead of just the file download links.
Files Needed:
USBDeview
SP Flash Tool (+ Gionee E8 ROM)
BLU Pure XL boot.img, recovery.img, system.img
Allview Soul X2 Xtreme boot.img, recovery.img, system.img
Instructions:
1. Make a working directory where you will extract and put all of the downloaded files in (e.g. C:\Users\[Your Name]\Phone Unbricking).
2. Download the SP Flash Tool with the Gionee E8 ROM (and extract the contents of the downloaded .zip file).
3. Download the images corresponding to your phone model (if you don't have your own backups).
4. Download USBDeview [CTRL+F for Feedback and click the download link for your respective Windows platform (x64 is for 64-bit systems only)] and extract the contents of the downloaded .zip file.
5. Unplug your phone from your computer.
6. Open USBDeview and uninstall any devices with "MediaTek" or "MT65xx" in their name.
7. Plug in your bootlooping phone into your computer and let it bootloop at least once before unplugging it again (it will be slower than bootlooping while unplugged because it installs/loads the serial VCOM drivers on the computer while plugged in).
8. (Windows 7) Restart your computer and hit F8 a few times before you get to the "Starting Windows" animation. Use the down arrow key to navigate to Disable Driver Signature Enforcement and press ENTER.
9. (Windows 8/8.1/10) Restart your computer while holding down the Left SHIFT Key to invoke the Advanced Restart menu (It takes a while for non-SSD installations). Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart. After it presents you the list of possible startup options, press 7 or F7 to boot Windows with driver signature enforcement disabled.
10. After Windows boots up without driver signature enforcement, navigate to your working directory and open up SP Flash Tool.
11. Make sure the Download-Agent is pointing to the MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin in the same directory as SP Flash Tool's .exe and the Scatter-loading File is pointing to the MT6795_Android_scatter.txt in the "Firmware" folder that is outside of the SP Flash Tool folder (where the stock Gionee E8 files are located).
12. Make sure that it is set to "Download Only" in the drop-down menu, and uncheck all of the checkboxes. [IMPORTANT]
13. Click under the Location column for "boot" and navigate to the stock boot.img that you've downloaded.
14. Repeat Step 13 for stock system.img and either stock or TWRP recovery.img.
15. After loading up your image files, make sure that those (boot, recovery, system) are the only ones with a check in their checkbox.
16. Go back to Step 11 and check through each proceeding step again to double-check that everything is correct.
17. Press Download. If it is successful, you'll be greeted with a pop-up window with a green circle checkmark.
18. You can close that window and SP Flash Tool, unplug your phone and reboot it, if it doesn't automatically reboot itself.
Now your phone should be in working order again!

Maybe it would be better if you request to moderator to move it into General and pin it as everyone could see it? Anyway nice guide!

Hi, i tried this and i couldn't get past the SP flash tool part, i changed the boot and recovery and system but SP tool doesn't do anything to my phone. The only way i can make it do something is when i press the vol + and vol - and power button all at the same time. Then it only shows a red bar and says Download DAB 100% and then doesn't go past that. Can you please help me?

x.x alright thanks

I try using this SP Tool but I keep getting erorr: TIMEOUT (1042)
What should I do?
I send a picture

To all concerned; I am going to flash my phone using SP Flash ****EDIT TONIGHT EDIT**** and take screen shots and as many notes as I can to flash ROMS via SP FLASH...
keep in mind, I'm no expert either - I learned ALL of what I know about SP Flash from these BLU threads and trial and error, when I bricked my phone, and as such, I may not exactly have the patience required to help with out getting snarky... (If I did it that way so can you)
(sorry bemolx, I kinda threw you under the bus regarding brownfox, you helped me with SP flash months ago, so I figured you knew more, so I recommended he contact you)
But I will edit this post with concrete facts and hopefully everyone bricked will be back up and running soon... (flawed or not LOL)
Ive been trying to "give back" and help especially since I figure when CM goes into beta/release soon, these threads will probably get more crowded with people who may not have any experience dealing with problems (Im hoping to pay it forward, the more people with knowledge, the more help to be had overall)
Peas (and carrots)
Tbird
P.S. GREAT write up short circuit; this will help A LOT of people (including me, sending people here vs explaining to everyone is a lot easier LOL)

Are you letting your phone boot (loop) after pressing the Download button?

Thank you Short Circuit for this guide!
Quick question to anyone who can answer... I was finally able to get sp flash tool to start the download process without errors. However, I still have the red bar with Download DA 100% and the timer underneath that is at 35 minutes and still going. Does it normally take this long?
Edit: my phone was not in a boot loop but I did remove all MTK usb devices and rebooted my pc with the suggested restart option (windows 10)

How long does it take for that error to show up? Does/is your phone continuing to boot(loop) during the entire process?
Can you try to flash only one of the images at a time and see how that goes?

It should take less than 30 seconds for the download to finish.
Can you retry again, but reboot your phone and immediately click "Download" after that, but before you hear the windows sound when a device is plugged into the computer?

It doesn't loop, I have this weird problem where I turn my phone on and it goes to the first white Blu boot up screen and then it turns black from there. I can't access fastboot or anything like that. Also when I try to use SP tool I get to the Red download bar 100% and then it stops, I've let it sit there for over an hour and then I got timeout error.
Do you think there's hope for me?

Following @tbirdguy's suggestion. try checking if your download speed is set to Full Speed instead of High Speed. If it is set to Full Speed, go to Options > Option... > Connection and set it to High Speed and try again.
If that doesn't work, try flashing each image separately instead of all at once, to determine if maybe one (or more) images are causing the hang.

Are you flashing the correct system image? I can't tell what system image you're trying to flash because of the really long path that gets cut off.
I believe that error comes up if you're flashing an image that is larger than what the scatter file specifies (larger than the specified partition size), you'll get that error.

Is it just hanging there or is it bootlooping? Can you flash TWRP, use it to clear the cache/dalvik cache and try booting again?

[SCRIPT] Safe Bionic Path Saver + .901 + Liberty3 2.0 - VERSION 2

Yesterday afternoon I attempted the Bionic Path Saver update with 901 and Liberty 2.0. Due to issues with flashing the Webtop image and some flaws in the script I wound up with a dead phone. After hacking up a charger and over 12 hours of experimentation I was able to get the phone and and was able to update it. I do not want anyone to have to go through what I went through so I am posting this. I do not take credit for the files, I only came up with the combination. All download links lead to the creators. Let me know how this works out and of course always create backups before performing this.
**Things you will need**
A FULLY charged battery
My SafeBionicPathSaver_v2.rar - http://www.filesharesite.com/files/201201/1327968223SafeBionicPathSaver_v2.rar.html
RSDLite 5.5 - In this package
Motorola Drivers - In this package
flashme.zip - In this package
Liberty 2.0 (.901 OTA Compatible) - http://rootzwiki.com/topic/13096-901-radio-working-with-custom-rom/
bionicbootstrap.apk - http://droidmodderx.com/bionic/bootstrap-recovery-for-the-bionic/
**Instructions**
1.) Install RSDLite 5.5 and Motorola Drivers (32-bit or 64-bit accordingly).
2.) Extract flashme.zip to any location on your computer.
3.) Extract SafeBionicPathSaver_v2.rar (ME) files to any location on your computer.
4.) Copy bionicbootstrap.apk and copy the Liberty 2.0 (.901 OTA Compatible) ZIP to the root directory of your SD card.
5.) Connect phone to computer, set phone to USB Debugging Mode, and set it to Charge Only. You will also need to allow "Unknown sources" in your application settings.
6.) Go to the directory from Step 3 and run SBPSscript.bat. Let it run and wait for Phase 1 to complete.
7.) Phone should now be at the bootloader. Open up RSDLite and browse to the XML in the directory from Step 2. Flash this and the phone should reboot, it will take a while.
8.) The phone should now be at the Android setup screen. *The phone has been reflashed and reset, you now need to follow STEP 5 again to continue*. You may now contune following the prompts in the SBPSscript.bat script. Watch for any errors as directed. The phone should end up booted into stock recovery.
9.) At the recovery menu you are going to install updates manually. First do update893.zip, then do update901.zip. Make sure there were no errors then reboot the phone.
10.) You are now at version .901 and should still be rooted. To test root you can try and update Superuser by going to Superuser's menu and updating the binary. If it fails with a permission issue, you do not have root and have to start over.
***IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REMAIN ON THE STOCK ROOTED .901 ROM YOU CAN STOP HERE. THE REST OF THE STEPS ARE FOR GETTING LIBERTY3 2.0 INSTALLED.***
11.) Now install bionicbootstrap.apk, open the application, and press the "Bootstrap Recovery" button (grant any SU access). This will install the Clockwork Recovery ROM and would fail if you were not still rooted.
12.) Now click the "Reboot Recovery" button. You will now be in the Clockwork Recovery Mod.
13.) At this menu you will need to wipe data, cache, dalvik cache, and format /system.
14.) Now you will select "install zip from sdcard" using the volume and power buttons and choose the Liberty ZIP you uploaded in Step 6.
15.) After this is done you can reboot the phone and you will have a Liberty3 2.0 / .901 Radio Bionic!

You're welcome, a user just notified me of a typo "fixme = flashme" and I have updated that in my ZIP and in the post. The same user also told me that the flashme.zip file isn't available for download at the moment. I would host it myself, but I know that within 30 minutes my pipe would be saturated. Hopefully this link comes back up soon, if not I will find a way to host it somewhere.

I believe you can, but you MAY have to flash a .901 CDT image after you flash back to .839. I came back from a failed root attempt on .901, but I was also playing with different CDTs. If you try it out you can definately get it working, may or may not have to flash that .901 CDT.
I haven't able to have any success with this. I tried it twice but it keeps hanging on the Motorola screen. This is after I flash flashme (step 9) and when it goes to reboot. I've waited both time for 15-20 minutes but nothing. Is there something I'm missing? I have RSDLite 5.5 and Drivers 5.4

Well since you have rebooted you now have to manually get it into the fastboot mode. Turn the phone off, hold both volume buttons down, then hold the power button down for a second or two and the phone should enter fast loader mode. At this point you can connect it to the computer and RSDLite will see the phone and you can resume. Let me know if this works for you...
so I'm taking this doesn't work... files aren't even there
all i need is the last one... BPS_Safe_Scripts
plus there is a safe strap now... whats' going on.

My web server runs on an old P2V'd box in my ESXi cluster and I've been meaning to port all my web sites over to a new web server VM, but haven't had the chance. I have to restart this VM every once in a while... I just rebooted it and the web site is back up. You can download this file now.

I have one more question. Right before I installed the Liberty(.901).zip my system version said 901 but after installing Liberty it now says 886. So is that telling the truth?

I am in the same boat. I believe since the ROM is built on .886 that is what it is going to report. The radio, however, has already been updated and Liberty doesn't contain a radio and therefor would not roll it back. The version of Liberty used in here is only patched with libraries to handle the .901 radio. Since the upgrade I have not had the contant data drops and 3g/4g switching that I had before. The only time the data really drops now is when I'm going through a tunnel or something like that.
Unfortunately it seems that all of the servers for these files have been stopped or are now unavailable. Anyone got the files or a new location for the files? This situation has gotten out of control with the sites.

The governement is getting out of control with the piracy protection... I can make one complete package that would be much smaller than all of them combined, but if I host it I know I will be out of bandwidth in 30 min (it would still be fairly large).

Which files did you find were missing? I was able to download two of the larger ones with no problem.
The flash me zip was not available and one other file was blocked on two of the sites and on a third it called for four hours to download. I want to get off the 901 system and downgrade so I can run the ics ROM. I tried once and was bricked for 24 hours until I found the bin swap method to get back to 893 from the motorola files using rsdlite.

I cannot boot into recovery mode (but when i try i get this, look in pic 2&3)
Tablet Type = HKC (NOT HTC) p776a
ANDROID Version I think (98% shure) is 4.1.1 beta JB
What happened = A few years ago 2013 i think a got this tablet then i learned about rooting, roms, and such so i spent the next year or two trying to root the tablet. I finally got it rooted with a chinese root program and all was well (i don't remember the name of the program) then there was a update for su and i pressed the twrp/cwm mode on accident (I think I was talking to someone at the time) and now it does what is shown in the image 1 it is on some boot loop. When I try to access the hboot menu it does what is shown in these images 2&3. Also my tablet has a MicroSD card slot and the battery can not be taken out. the regular bootloop picture is image file 1 that is what it looks like when it does its continuous bootloop and P.S. the tablet turns off and on automatically during the bootloop. To try and fix it i have let it do its bootloop for hours on end turn it on and off tried looking for a compatible rom (to no avail) and let the battery completely die that is about it.

Okay. Just a few more questions.
Does your tablet boot into recovery (picture 1) even if you try to boot normally? (fastboot maybe)
Can you boot into anything else other than recovery? (try different button combinations)
Does ADB recognise your tablet when it's in recovery mode? (if you don't know about this, just post your computer OS and if you have ADB/Fastboot drivers installed on your PC)
If the anwser the the first question is no:
Does ADB recognise the device while it's in the bootloop.

If the anwser the the first question is no:
Does ADB recognise the device while it's in the bootloop.

sorry, i forgot to clarify the hboot. it pops up the "words" or whatever then automatically reboots there is no way to select options or keep the device on so i cant use fastboot unless there is a way i dont know of. P.S. the tablet restarts automatically so it is on for like 25 maybe 30 seconds then shuts off then turns back on and repeats till the battery is dead. My thought originally to fix it was to get a rom put it on the sdcard and see if that works but the manufacture does not supply the rom for my model only the p771a. and the only physical buttons are the home, power, the pinhole reset button, the volume and such buttons are virtual on the screen when it is fully on. And picture 1 i dont fully know what that screen symbol is the hboot one is similar but not that but yes it does but to picture 1 nomadder what i do even if i try to get to hboot menu. Sorry if this is a "little" scattered having explaining it. If it would help i can make a video and rar it and upload it here.

1. Download fixcache.bat.zip on your computer. Extract cachefix.bat from the file.
2. Run it. It should say just "Waiting for device..."
3. Now reset your tablet with the reset button and QUICKLY plug it into the computer and wait a few minutes.
Now try to get to that text in picture 1 and tell me what happends.
Also post the text you see on the computer from the file I sent you.

Umm, you said there is a reset button on the tablet so pressing that would probably reset it.
The error you are getting is because adb is not installed on your PC. Use this simple adb installer to instal adb. When installing just press yes to everything. MAKE SURE THE PHONE IS PLUGGED IN THE COMPUTER WHILE INSTALLING AND THAT IT'S ON!
Now run the file again.

If you want to know what is happening:
You are in what's called a recovery bootloop. It's when you can't get out of the recovery. What is happening in this case is that Superuser app tried to install it's binaries via recovery. Because some people don't know how to install binaries manually, the app puts a file on the cache partition so the recovery automaticly installs the zip upon booting. Now, this would be good so you don't mess up your device, but the zip file it's trying to install is faulty so it just breaks the device.
My attept at fixing this is to delete the /cache/recovery folder so it doesn't just install the file, and instead boots into a working recovery.

30 seconds is more than enough. Especally with an automated script like the one I sent you.
The first thing we have to do to fix your tablet is to establish a working ADB connection. Use the ADB installer i sent you. And look up on how to install Google USB driver for ADB.

[Q] im in dire need of help please!

Here is the rundown. I have the d 850 LG g3. Was planning on unrooting phone from towel root and rerooting it using towelroot once I found the mod I wanted. I have the latest version of twrp loaded as well. On my way home from work yesterday I was riding my motorcycle and listening to music, all the sudden the music stops so I pull over to see what happened and look to see that my phone has somehow opened twrp. I get home and try to reboot phone and it loads right back into twrp. I did a backup. Restarted phone to same results. I factory reset phone thinking that would work. NOPE. Straight back into twrp so I plug phone into computer to see what's on it. It appears all my games music LG backup etc is still there's why can't I get out of twrp. Could I have accidentally wiped everything while in my pocket? Can I fix this problem or do i now have a $500 paperweight? Please please folks out there in xda land help me out. I've got experience in rooting with my htc m7 so am familiar with this stuff. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Somehow your rom partition/system seems to be corrupted. If you want to try and save your data, Please copy the downloaded version of your current rom and dirty flash (flash without wipe) and try to get back into the system. If you do not have your rom in your internal memory, try adb sideload or try to copy it to your external SD card and install from there.
You can also try to copy your stuff over to the external SD card using the file manager in TWRP and then wipe and install your rom.
If none of these wor, you still can flash factory image by process defined in the this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/att-lg-g3/general/unroot-return-to-factory-stock-att-lg-g3-t2820827
I believe you can still rescue your phone. Please let us know how it went.
I tried flashing a ROM with gaps and rebooted and it still senT me back into TWRP.
Maybe his phone tried to download and install the OTA? Try this also if the above doesn't work. http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/development/fix-stuck-custom-recovery-trying-ota-t2907508

The rom is normally a zip file.
If you already tried to flash a rom (other than your current one) I suggest you try the "back to stock" thing that was referred in my last post. If you have all the drivers in place and do the process correctly (preferably from a Windows 7 laptop), Your phone will be burst back to life in no time.. Good luck..!!

That is exactly what you want. You are now in download mode. So please proceed to next step (i believe the next step is on the laptop).
But the firmware update hasn't even gotten to 1% yet and I don't know how to get back to download mode. I don't know if unplugging device and trying again will mess it up even more. Device manager didn't pop up on computer either

Device manager wont "pop up".. you need to pull it from control pannel. Once you confirmed/changed the port to 41, i believe you can pull the usb, wait for 5 sec and put in back in. Follow exactly as instructed in the thread and you should be fine.

Also firmware update starts after the "usb pull" and re-plug in.

1) The "firmware update" page is the download mode.
2) Control Panel -> Device Manager -> Ports -> Select LG one -> Port Settings -> Advanced -> look for "Com Port Number" on left hand side.

I got in

Did I kill my phone?

I'm going to try and encapsulate everything that's going on into this initial thread but I'm sure I'll miss something.
Basically, I undertook to root my phone last night. I followed all the steps in the root thread, and I thought it worked, but then when I went to the root checker to see if I was successful. The test couldn't get a result the first time, and then failed the second time. I've known my phone to be a little temperamental when it comes to stuff like that, so I shrugged it off. Then, everything started running with so much lag that my only option was a reboot. It came back up just fine, but then, apps wouldn't open anymore. Since a reboot fixes everything, I rebooted AGAIN... except no I didn't, because I couldn't move past the white splash screen.
After some time hacking around with TWRP, system restoring my phone and the like, I finally managed to actually load the OS again. I think the phone was rooted at that time, but I don't know for sure, because this was the drawback: I couldn't install ANYTHING. My idea is that the system was rebooted into read-only mode. I tried everything I could think of to revert the system to rewriteable again, but nothing ever panned out. There was just one thing that stood out to me: "Your phone worked properly when it wasn't rooted." So, I got the brilliant idea to use SuperSU to unroot my phone. Stupid, stupid move, because now my phone can't boot past the white splash screen again. As a last ditch effort, I decided that it was time to flash the stock system to the phone. Except I probably did it wrong.
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Code:
fastboot flash recovery system.img
Code:
fastboot flash recovery boot.img
And where I stand now is that my phone will not boot past the white splash screen, and I can no longer access either TWRP or Fastboot.
Is my phone fooked, or can anyone save this?
#1 You can't flash system image via fastboot - it's semi-locked.
#2 You can't use 'flash recovery' command for boot and system images.
#3 For restoring your phone use SP Flash Tool - there's a thread in the General section called 'How to unbrick'.
Try it and let us know.
Cheers
Yeah, I realized afterward that if I were trying to flash the image of the system, I should not have used the "flash recovery" command because I disabled access to the other recoveries, lol. I have tried to use the SP Flash Tool in the past few days, but I could never get any download progress. I think my computer isn't making the VCOM drivers accessible to be able to flash those things to my phone. Do you have any advice on that end? Because I have seen that thread and tried those steps but I'm just not successful.
You should also read all replies to this thread - there are people who solved their problems with SPFT in their own way, that's how I've revived my phone from hardbrick.
Make sure you're phone is disconnected when you start the flash. AFTER you hit the download button in SPFT... then connect your phone...
Fantastic advice from both of you. I'm ready to revive my phone!
Okay, I think I'm making good progress on recovering my phone. I have managed to get back the stock recovery onto my phone, which I then used to install TWRP. But I'm not out of the woods yet. I used fastboot to flash the boot image onto my phone also, but when it came to the system image, I'm having a lot of trouble. The only ROM I can find for the Blu Pure XL is a 7z file. Now, I know how those work, I have 7zip and I extracted it for the system image. When fastboot was available to me, I couldn't push the system image to the phone. Now that I have TWRP and I have no more access to fastboot, I've tried to load the system file onto my phone through my SD card in four different ways:
As a .img file
As a .7z file
As a .zip file that I created by zipping up the image file
As a .zip file that was .7z, but I changed the extension
None of those methods worked. The Blu development thread doesn't point me to a zipped ROM file. One person there said that they had a backup of their files and provided a link, but those images seem to have been removed.
I'm so close, I can see this phone working again in the near future, I just need your help to get me there. Please! :'(
Edit: Also, keep in mind, I'm dumb. I don't think I really did anything super wrong, but I may be missing something ultra obvious. So if you could just keep your answers dumb for me, it would help even more.
I would stop trying to use all of the methods you are using I believe you are slightly confused by them at this time..
At this point what you have done with the random image flashing is get damaged partitions..
Get SPFT. Turn off you phone completely.
Download the full Scatter file for you phone. (put it aside).
Download a file called ALL MTK driver install. ( or something to that effect). Search for it on Google. You will find it. Run it and then reboot your PC completely.. (if you have windows 8 or higher look online on how to install unsigned drivers) --THIS IS THR BIGGEST PROBLEM PEOPLE HAVE--
Extract your full downloaded scatter image to a directory.. (you can download the Gionee E8 image if you want) it is what I am running on my Blu..
Run SPFD read the thread that they pointed out to you. Find the scatter and point SPFD.. Once it is loaded on the program UNCHECK the PRELOADER check box.. (if not you can cause problems) ..
click download and after 10 seconds or so plug in (you completely powered off) phone into the computer..
.Then wait..... and wait... It will tell you it's progress..
Keep trying it, it WILL work.. and ALWAYS unchecked preloaded when flashing with spdf...
I did follow all the steps in the original guide, and I followed the steps that you gave me too, down to using the advanced device manager to remove any MediaTek drivers from the computer and restarting the computer with disabling the driver signature verification, but when I click download, wait, and plug my phone into the computer, just nothing happens. The computer says it's an unrecognized device, and the download never progresses.
I see also that you said keep trying, but every time I try the SPFT, it never sends anything to my phone. And I don't even know how to tell if I'm missing some important step.
OK this happens sometimes. plug the phone in with device manager open.. plug the phone in when it is off..
When it says unrecognized device double click on it really fast( it will disappear fast, try it a couple of times if you don't get it the first time) then hit update driver.. point it to the MTK drivers folder (unzip the MTK drivers folder). It will pick the proper driver. on some computers it loads up so fast it has no time to recognize the driver..
After you load the drivers power off your phone again and follow the instruction I gave.. After you do this once it will load the drivers right after this..
When I double click on the unrecognized device button, it just brings up a notification that my device wasn't recognized because it malfunctioned. I don't have an option to install any drivers.
My problem is finally solved. After starting up SPFT and clicking download, I held Vol - and Power and then connected it, and that pushed the download forward. I got to the Blu animation screen, and it stayed up FOREVER, but then the next time I looked over, it was on the initial setup screen. Good as new.
Thank you guys for all your help. This forum really is an amazing place.

Restore Stock cyanogenmod 14.1 opo | fix Bricks

Hi Guys,
I have a problem with my one plus one 64 GB. I flash the cyanogenmod 14.1. It works great until last week that suddenly it shut down and after that only black screen. I can´t go even to the fastboot mode. I search and found some simmilar problems
https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/general/tool-oneplusrecovery-tool-v1-0-restore-t2991851
But this issue dosen´t work for me. I think it´s because the recovery tool works only with CM11 and I have the CM 14.1. I try to contact the support from One plus the use the same tool as I use (to my astonishment ). They told me that the bootloader is curropted and I have to send my phone.
I have to backup my Documents and Photos. So how can I do it? I think If I have the chance to put the opo in fastboot mode I can recover my data.
For any help I am thankful.
If u can got to fastboot just reflash COS13.1.2
If u dont know how to do it, there is a thread in the general section about it

Unfortunately yes. You will loose everything in phone. If the phone can get into fastboot mode by Vol up + power button then we can back up. Otherwise sorry you will loose everything.
I am from New Zealand. So we have a huge time difference. We will arrange a time work together. Happy to help you.

If you can you try yourself or wait for me.
1. Download and extract the file using winrar
2. Connect your phone and press vol up + power button.
3. Run msmxxxxx.exe file. ( run as administrator) something like that.
4. Press enum then press start... Wait for it finish it will show green color.
Remove the phone and just reboot. Tada your phone will be working again. Now you root your phone via fast boot and install twrp install any ROM you want. Don't forget to upgrade your firmware 1st before flashing custom ROM.

Yes that tooI, i know what happened. When it goes loop just press the vol up + and power button. It happens coz 9008 is only needed for flashing msimage.mbn then it will switch 9006. It is not switching to 9006 that's why it goes on loop. Just vol+ & pwr button. It will start flashing other files. It happened to me once.
