i have samsung galaxy s duos gt-s7562. it still not rooted. unfortunately accidently its battery was pulled out wile it official updating since then it in a bootloop i tried to slove it by odin 3.07 and S7562XXBMJ1_S7562ODDBMJ1_S7562DDBMJ1_HOME.tar.md5 but still its not working .please help me out i cant understand what to do...

First Of All Check It Out That Your Phone Is Actually Dead Or Not By Connecting Your Phone In Charging, Wait For Few Seconds If Screen Is Not Showing That Charging Then........... Its Dead And There Is No Way To Restart The Phone.
Go To Nearest Samsung Service Centre.....!!

install cwm den wipe data cache... also wipe dalvik cache...n den start ur phone... it will boot up... first boot will take upto 5 mins to start...

i tried that too but it always shows failed...i download the root toolkit from http://d-h.st/BtL....:crying: sending a pic of odin...
After back to Stock firmware
i can access to recovery mode / download mode and thats all.
im only see the logo of samasung galaxy note 5.
i tried a diffrenet stock firmwares (different release dates ) - different odin programs (3.10.6 3.10.7)
and also with kies.
nothing shows up after the logo. only when the phone do a reboot ufter updating the firmware its show android icon - installing updates , and thats all its comes back to logo.

Try refreshing the stock rom. Restart in recovery mode and do a factory reset then clear the cache. But I have to warn you. You will loose all your personal files like music and picture etc.
Did it, wiped cache and tried factory reset , not help yet :/
I see you have FRP lock on, need to get it off. If performing a full wipe and than full odin flash cannot get the phone to boot, you could try Odin flashing twrp than sideloading a ROM and try and that way.

Ok , so i need to get off the frp lock, its will solve everything , how its possible to get it off without access to the phone and installing the apk , because of that i cant move from the starting logo.
I only have recovery mode and downloading mode , i dont know why there is a problem with that phone so only with a custom kernel tge system goes up and work ( now i cant install custom kernel because its lock )
What i need for sure is the otg cable , how can it be done with my situation?
If i flashstock firmwares from odin its ok from frp protection , how can i flash twrp recovery without get the blocked by frp , must be a way

Paid yesterday in ebay 35$ for unlock it , i dont know how he did it , just ran a few scripts abd phone connected to pc in downloading mode and unlocked : FRP off.
Im curius about the question "how its made" , by my self if i get the same bug again how to solve it ?
I read a lot about same story with s6 and alao with note 5 .

Yes , and when i try to exit from rcovery mode ( reboot) its say unable to mount in red and then rebooted

The same thing is and for me with my sm-n920w8 Canadian version ....i flashed twrp and custom kernel and many other custom rom and when flashed official firmwares stuck on bootlogo and on stock recovery say need to check drk and when flash again custom kernel booted up...
I had the same problem, Samsung has a tool that will fix it. You will need to put your note 5 serial number, It will then download the firmware and fix your problem.

To fix this you need Samsung programing tools witch cost money, then you need DRK fix AT Commands, if you still have the problem I can fix it for you but the cable I use I'd need to have the phone, maybe if we got a mod to help us with you shipping phone to me and I'll ship back same day but that's up to you only way I know how to fix the DRK aka Dev Root Key
I can make a video, showing a phone with DRK error in recovery and I can fix it so you can see
There is a temp fix for it, you'll need latest firmware and need to open the .tar with winrar, extract system.img and sboot.img then make a new .tar with them both in it, then flash with odin and your phone will boot, but if you do a factory reset, it will do the same thing get stuck at the note 5 logo

Smart Switch from Samsung, and it can be downloaded for either Mac or Windows for free. It will require to input your device serial number, and has been updated for mm support. Hope it helps

need help with my Note-5 SM-N920T (T-mobile). I am stuck on the FRP lock and phone won't go past boot screen. I tried to flash a stock Rom through ODIN but it failed. I unknowingly tripped the Frp on when I wasn't receiving any OTA updates and tried to wipe the cache but now even when I try to data reset the phone it fails.
Luckily I remember the google ID and password that I used to setup the phone but I can't go past the boot screen need help please!!!!!!

im having the same issue, how do u get frp lock off without getting into the phone?
I tried rooting my new galaxy j7 with Odin it showed pass but it does not seem twrp is on my phone.
carrier- t-mobile
model: SM-J700T on version 6.0.1
I turned developer on and usb debugging but it shows passed on Odin and just reboots my phone so I tried going in recovery and it showed stock recovery. any help please? I'm new to android modifications I switched from iPhone ??
In the ‘Developer Option’ did you enable the ‘OEM Unlocking’ option?

You didn't install adb. That's why. First install adb on your pc and also j7 driver.
Worked but need help
I installed twrp and everything worked. How would I root my phone now. I dont have a sd card but I have the file on my phone in the downloads
As I tried to install twrp via odin I accidentally i got it in BT and not as i wanted in AP then I installed twrp properly but Im stuck in in bootloop where the galaxy s6 thing shows up then it goes black for a second and shows galaxy s6 thing again
what can I do please help

In my kinda depression I installed SuperSU couse I wanted TWRP just because its easier to root with and that reset the whole phone and now it works

Hi all,
I'm not new in XDA but i'm new in Samsung and yesterday i bricked my device. i own a Samsung Galaxy S8+ G955F
What i did was, first ticked OEM Unlock and USB Debugging in Developer options and then flashed the original TWRP recovery for Galaxy S8+.
After reboot the phone bootloop, i only can go to Download Mode and after that i trigger the Knox too.
If i try to flash an original Samsung rom i solve the problem?

Jtag dead phone to life and rewrite IMEI
First of all my phone is the s8+ G955fd, but I am sure that the people that helped me can help most Samsung owners with bricked phones.
My phone ended up being stuck on the first boot screen, I couldn't get into recovery or download mode. I installed TWRP and after that I lost my IMEI numbers( dual sim), so I tried to reflash stock and thats when i became bricked. I searched someone to help and found reference to the Fonefunshop in England. I sent it there and they said that the eMMC chip was bad. I searched for someone who could write to it or put a new one on the motherboard . I found A2Z cellular in Ottawa Canada. They used jtag to restore it to stock and they told me that the Fonefunshop had not opened the phone which is necessary to use jtag as they claimed, so avoid them.
The phone was now back doing everything it should except the IMEI's were null like before. I gave them the original IMEI's and the phone is working like new.
If your Samsung is bricked these guys can probably fix it and it won't cost much to find out.
