Bypass Activation/Setup screen. - Samsung Galaxy S7 Questions and Answers

Hi Community!
I was wondering if there was a way to skip the initial activation screen / setup wizard. Ive been looking around to see if there was something that can be done with adb but it seems in order to talk to the device (at least on my mac), the device has to have developer options turned on and MTP set in order for adb to talk to the Samsung S7.
Really what Im looking for is something in which I can plug in a phone or phones in and run and have them get past the activation screen and straight to home screen.
Anybody know of a way to do this?

Hello,
Did you found a way to do that?
Thanks

I read this over at tmonews...
"While playing with my G today, I found a way to enter "safe mode" which will bypass the initial gmail signin and allow you to straight to the good stuff with out activating via google. You can also bypass the security drawing pattern.
1. Power off your device
2. While device is powering back on press and hold the "menu" key, keep holding it past the G1 and android splash screen.
Phone will boot all the way to the main screen and display "safe mode" in lower left corner.
I have confirmed that data is still fully operational and all of my downloaded programs."
Very interesting

How about a ROM DUMP?
I think there's already a thread or two about that.

Correct I already posted about this. You still have to activate service with Tmobile and Google. Safe mode on the phone is just like on a regular computer help you fix issues.

I was smart enough to download that converter program floating around before reading about it and I get non stop errors on the home screen.. but for w/e reason running the phone in safe mode does not let the program load so I get no errors now but I can't unintsall it from the applications uninstall from settings.. it gives me an error when iit treys to compute the program sizes so I I can not run the phone when not in safe mode.. would be awesome if someone could help me here
try connecting it to the computer in debug mode and uninstall using adb
i have been google searching for two hours and i have yet to find how to put commands into the g1 i got the drivers and everything and its recoginzed by my comp but i dont know where i type adb shell uninstall or w/e can you direct me in the right direction?
you need to download the SDK from google. You should see some threads with the SDK or the Emulater... it is all the same. adb is in the tools thread. Ohh and you need to enter "adb -d uninstall (name of apk)"

[Q] Starting ADB without having a screen?

So here is my problem everyone. I have a Tablet that I would like to get a replacement screen for, but as of right now don't have the money to do so.
But, I would still like to use it, using a remote control app, from my PC. To get it setup, see the specs, etc.
BUT where the screen is broken, and I've never logged into it, I cannot install any apps just straight off the web.
So my question/thoughts are, I need to start ADB without being able to see at all on the screen some how. Then from there I can figure out myself how to push .apk files over using that, install a remote control app, and the root it, and get it all nice and setup
BUT I don't know if it's possible to start ADB without being able to see, although the touch sensor is still working even though the screen is cracked.
Any help?

Help retrieving pictures - Broken LCD

Hello,
I've got a GS3 that I need to get pictures off of. The digitizer and lcd are both broken. The phone turns on but the screen is black. There's a lock code on the phone so I have to unlock it to put it in media mode, which is the problem. The phone is not rooted and it's got stock ROM. I've been searching for two days now for a way to get the pictures off of this phone. There's solutions out there that involve connecting a mouse and entering the unlock code but that won't work as the screen will not turn on. Tried adb but the device is not detected. Any help would be GREATLY apprecitated.
Got it figured out. Hooked up a keyboard to the phone (as opposed to mouse as other forums suggested) and was able to type in the unlock code. I had kies running so as soon as I typed the unlock code and hit enter I unplugged the keyboard and plugged the phone into my computer and I was able to transfer everything to my pc via kies.
Glad to see you posted your solution. That will go a long way towards helping others.

Issues with Android Control

I'm trying to get AndroidControl working, because my screen and digitalizer is broken on my XT907. The issue I'm running into, is that AndroidControl never recognizes the device.
Running through the cmd, adb devices doesn't list it, so it's not picking it up. I understand that adb must be enabled on the phone, but can't find a way to do this, since the screen is broken. Every fix or workaround involves some other program or action that requires seeing the screen or having touchscreen capabilities, which I obviously don't have.
Is there anything I can do to get this taken care of ? Neither my roommate nor I can find anything that works. Please help!

Bypass Factory Reset Protection on Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 without using Sidesync? HELP

Okay so,
I've been up and down the internet for the last few days reading a plethora of articles and how-to's about how I can bypass the Factory Reset Protection on my Samsung tablet. Out of all of those articles, I have struggled to find one that doesn't rely on the use of Samsungs "SideSync" screen mirroring program. I run Windows 10 on both my laptop and desktop computer. For some reason it seems to have trouble starting the Sidesync program... This could have something to do with the FRP lock being activated on the device, because I dont have the Sidesync app on my tablet, and I can't very well install it when I can't get into the tablet to begin with, so my computer's version of sidesync might not register the device as being there..? idk
I do know that my computer recognizes my Tablet as a Samsung Tab S2 and any other file transfers from my hard drive to tablet have been operating normally.. So I have all the correct drivers for my device, and for Sidesync (I re-installed just to be sure) but when I plug my tablet it, I fail to get the "Open With" pop-up that the articles mentioned that my tablet should get, and Sidesync never gets past the initial screen... I press start, and it shows the directions on how to use it, with the word "Starting..." and a time wheel, like its loading up.. but never does. It stays like that until I close it... its not frozen. It just never recogizes that a device has been connected.
Can anyone help me with this dilemma? I need a way to bypass the FRP "Google Account Verification" lock that doesn't rely on Sidesync, or someone that knows what I'm doing wrong to make Sidesync behave like this. I've been able to flash different versions of Android onto the Tablet, and have even downgraded my version a couple times to see if it made a difference.. annnd it didnt.
So I'm stumped... if anyone knows what I can do It'd be greatly appreciated!
