you can try to shut down the device for some hours (10?). and then try to power it up again.
the last thing you can do (in my opinion).
Is to hardflash the Panasonic Eluga Switch firmware (dont worry Panasonic eluga Switch is renamed TCL i806 which is rename dAlcatel Idol 3).
here is the link: firmwarefile.com/panasonic-eluga-switch
then when it goes well, then try to get to stock by using mobile upgrade Q (at least version 5.0.0)

I wouldnt suggest you to flash a firmware if i know that it will end in bootloop. I flashed and used Eluga rom for a week with no problem on my 6045Y.
Mobile upgrade should work on any IDOL device.

-Theoretically it should work with the sotck kernel. before you run the update, you can try to change the kernel for your stock one.
-What exactly do you mean under "Not work mobile upgrade". Have you tried the latest one (5.0.6). Its on my google drive.

When you power off your device and put it on charge it shoudnt boot up. It should just turn on and show the battery icon and start charging.
As i mantioned above. Some guy here on IDOL3 thread said that he had a bootloop but he power off th edevice for some hours and then it boots up normally.
Next time dont restore 6045I TWRP backup on your 6045Y device

I forget to flash twrp and this is problem now..(ony boot twrp and make restore).

Tomorrow i go to service centre, i will wait 30 days to repair my phone.
I dont know why Alcatel dont make boot to recovery like 6045K and Idol 4.7.
Thanks to everyone for help.

When you flashing the recovery through fastboot its shows any warning message?
When flashing is done just make sure your recovery is working, by entering into the recovery...

I recently acquired a moto g here in india via flipkart that came preinstalled with android 4.4.4 and yes i have the same problem of not getting any recovery to work since all of them boot to a weird black screen with random white lines appearing haphazardly. In fact the closest i have come to getting a proper recovery is when i installed the twrp 2.7.1.1 although it too off started of as black screen with weird lines i left it that way till the screen turned off and once it did, i pressed the power button and voila the recovery had successfully loaded.
However touch and HW buttons weren't working but i definitely reached the padlocked screen of twrp. So i tried another thing i had read on the forums here @ xda that sometimes letting the screen go off in recovery once makes it work but even that didnt work. Now the thing is does the recovery work ? that is in its most essential function taking backups and installing zips yes it does so. But since both the above functions require the actual use of recovery itself which isnt possible so i used twrp app for android and installed it and used that to make backups and install zips; both of which worked. Now it goes without saying root access is must for using of this app and i got rooted using the modaco/paul o'brian superboot method and hence was able to use twrp app. Hope this provides everybody a better clarity on our situation and make the devs for recovery solve our problem. Good Luck.
P.S Downgrading to 4.4.2 wont help as it will give the black screen witnessed on trying to boot into recovery(I already tried that)

So. It must becoz of the incompatibility of the recoveries with the new boot loader/firmware or what ever ?
The bootloader version of all those with 4.4.4 is 41.13. So it must be the issue with recovery.
The root can also be acquired by flashing cwm recovery and installing supersu from playstore.

[Q] How to Unroot and go back to Factory Settings?

Hi all,
Question: I have a custom recovery right now and i would like to go back to unroot and factory settings, but for some reason it will not work.
I tried:
> Unroot/Uninstall SuperSU (option in SuperSU app), after waiting for 15 minutes, i got tired. Is it stuck?
> Fastboot and install original recovery. When i do this nothing happens when pressing VOL + POWER. There is no factory recovery, the phone just keeps rebooting.
> Factory reset. all data is lost, but EMUI is not the same as when i bought it (golden Mate 7 theme), but it looks more like Gingerbread stock Android.
Could someone help me to go back all the way to stock - like new? Many thanks in advance!
You download the original rom from huawei website for your version. Put the dload folder in the root of your sd card and then click on updater and then manual. It will see the folder and will start flashing.

@ mirchichamu: Thanks for the reply and good advice. This afternoon I already tried to flash the B127 update in the hope to go back to stock, but that did also not work with Custom Recovery (VOL+ and POWER) as I got an error.
Later I found out that the .img for the original recovery probably was not suitable for my Mate 7. I tried another stock recovery that i found online and that did the trick and I could factory reset in a normal way.

first thing is to have THE RIGHT stock recovery version..
u cannot use custom recovery to have phone officially back as b4 or flash off. rom
It works always in sequence ...
If u want to flash new rom u need earlier recovery ..
if u want to re-flash same rom u use same recovery ..

First, what build you have? ROW or CN?
If you are unsure, try reflashing TWRP CN and see if it works.
If it doesn't, sorry to tell you that....

Had you ever OTA update the phone at some point? If so, yes flashing will fail because security has been increased whenever an Android phone gets an OTA update. If you didn't, retry TWRP ROW and see how it looks like.:good::good:

how to reflash TWRP CN? Download mode, select only recovery??
Hi ,
Can you boot it up normally? If yes, then reflash recovery.img using any flasher apps download from play store ( e.g : flashify )
& If not,
if it MTK chip device, the best way to flash new img file is by using SP flash tools.
Also, for MTK device, you're able to create CWM recovery from your original boot.img automatically, using MTKDroidTools. Or PhilZ ( The best ever! )
Good luck!:good:

Here this should work. Flash it via odin, your device should boot into recovery after flashing this, then select reboot in recovery (reboot system). Wait for the phone to boot. (wait for like 15 mins - 20 mins max).
If it does not boot then flash stock firmware from sammobile and after booting, you can root it using unibase (like you did) and then flash twrp via odin.
Don't be sorry. Every pro was a noob once.

If you are able to boot and if you have root then flash twrp via odin, wait for the phone to boot into twrp and then reboot the device from recovery. Then you can flash roms. You don't need to unlock the bootloader.

My galaxy s6 is stuck on bootloop nothing works please help.

Hello I am so new to this things, my S6 got stuck on installing system update. I downloaded official firmware and tried installing it with odin, it passed but then again got stuck installing system update. Can someone please help me, I am from El Salvador and I saved so much to buy this phone. When I go into recovery mode I get TWRP but i dont know what to do.
try downloadmode and install rom again wirh odin??

If you flashed a stock firmware successfully it will not boot into twrp, flashing a stock firmware will install stock recovery, which means the stock firmware did not flash properly. Have you tried smart switch at all? Are you sure you have the correct firmware to flash through odin?

Yes I am sorry I didn't explained that. Atfer I tried to install stock ROM it got stuck, then smart switch didn't recognize the device but I manage to do the emergency recovery thing with model number and s/n but same thing it got stuck on the same installing system update screen. After that I installed TWRP via Odin to try to push a custom ROM zip, I did that but when I tried to install it failed.

Download Samsung SmartSwitch and from the upper menu select Emergency Recovery Mode, put your phone in Download Mode and connect it to your computer, enter your model number and S/N when asked, and it will download and install latest firmware for your model.
Sorry, i haven't seen that you already tried that.

That means TWRP works and Fastboot/Download works. What is the actual Galaxy S6 model? Mine is G920F.
What custom ROM did you try?
What version of TWRP are you using? The wrong one can create issues.
Did you wipe the phone trough TWRP first? Twice? Including internal memory?
Sent from my SM-G920F using XDA Labs
