From what I see all is well except the rotation. It doesn't seems to work. I installed cpu-z and it doesn't show any sensors. I gues this is the problem. No sensor is working.

Will look into the problem
Didn't work. Error: executing binary fail in zip file.
Hello,
Thank you for this ROM.
I want to know if we can upgrade from android 5.0 ?
Best regards.
You can upgrade it from wherever. As long as you wipe all is OK.
The problem is that this ROM and another based on the same CM 13 doesn't have working sensors. The rotation of the screen doesn't work. Please let me know if for you it works. No other rom has sensor rotation problem for me. Only CM 13. And I am so sad as this is the most fluent and awesome ROM I found for the Gionee M3. It has no stupid customization. It's just as a CM 13 should be. Light and fluent.

Did not work for me
Hi! Thank you for the ROM but unfortunately it did not work for me!! I followed all the instructions and did everything but after rebooting the device all I got was a BLINKING BLACK screen with a RED BAR and a logo, I waited for more than 30 minutes thinking that it might work but sadly it did not!!
Any help is appreciated in this regard... Thanks.
---------- Post added at 04:37 PM ---------- Previous post was at 04:03 PM ----------
May be it did not work for me because I did it from Lollipop instead Kitkat, should I be doing it from kitkat? If yes, please let me know any specific version as I have all of'em .... Thanks in advance for any work around.
Also, please let me know if CM12.1 r33 is stable and does not have any bugs and I can use it without any issues instead the stock rom...

If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or CM team if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't CM supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

Google OS not supporting google apps
Can anybody supply me with a working gms apk? Literally, every service apk gives out connection problem, heard its a CM issue, and if any one of us want to use this thing daily we kinda need it to support google services, don't you say? Whats the solution? Ma phone is about to fry from continued formatting of the system partition. And NEXT TIME, please check if it works with play services cause it doesn't, both AICP 11 and RR X.X.7 and 8
tried:
Open gapps stock(don't do it)
Open gapps nano
Gapp package from XDA
Different play service apks, lots of em.
Upgraded ma TWRP to 3.0, nothing
Clean installed it 5 times in a day, (I must really like android 6)
All don't connect and throw the infamous error.
BTW, the sound fix, does it also brings the stock bass ? If anyone could do that, it would be awesome, cheers

Sorry for that, been too long. The gapps thing could stem from the inability to support VPN, which i just confirmed from the source site, the current situation in ma country requires me to use VPN for now, play services specifically need VPN to work, again...for now....I hope. Ppl here do half baked stuff so they might never allow it otherwise. So, just to clarify confirm if gapps work without vpn. Keep up the good work :good::good:
Currentl y I'm using Tecno J7 RR 5.7.1 And GApps is working ,Google Service is Working Well ..
As for you situation for VPN services , I don't use VPN and I've no use for it but as this ROM was compiled from source it does have Bugs , in the latest version of RR 5.7.1 GPS was fixed , Don't worry a fix will come.
About GApps again , I recommended Pico GApps , And you must choose 6.0.1 Arm architecture..
It does work With AICP and RR together , I use the same GApps for flashing any ROM ..
Sound Fix is coming , PM please I'll send a zip for you to test it ..
If you want the New RR 5.7.1 PM also..

Please read the F.A.Q.s in the second post below!
Frequently asked questions (FAQ):-
Q: Is the ROM will work perfectly on my device?
A: Yeah, It will work more than perfect if you don't use VoLTE and Smart Glow!
Q: What does VoLTE means? Is it LTE?

Q: What is Smart Glow?

It is not recommended to use unofficial xposed on Nougat just yet.
You can flash Super Su v2.82 SR4 in recovery to get root.

Read the second Post(Below the ROM THREAD). I've updated F.A.Q.s , you will get your answers there.
And @NeoHBz, LTE and VoLTE(Voice over LTE) are different thinks. And LTE is already working perfectly.
I've read your FB comment claiming that you've fixed VoLTE, actully it wasn't VoLTE you fixed, it was LTE that you are claiming to be fixed. But LTE is already working!
Kindly research about what you are saying!

It should be "VoLTE dependent carrier" instead of just "4G sim" ,as you know there are also carriers that provides 4G service, but doesn't depends on VoLTE for calls and stuff at all(airtel, for example).

If you can read properly I've mentioned will be up soon.
The reason is because all the builds are done on a (single) server so it takes time for each device to compile.
Wait for it.
Should be up in 10-12h.
for those wondering where is build ?
Here it is ,
Everyday they build from device code names A to Z.
Violet is V so will take little time.
Meanwhile you can watch each build being compiled here -
https://builds.lineageos.org/
Violet will be on page 3 or 4.
Enjoy , and don't forget to thank developer for his hard work.
Coming Thanks

My TWRP is based on Wrappedkey, use my twrp ONLY or else don't tell me if you're having issues with OTA.

Hi!
Great work! Flashed here and almost everything is working fine!
The only problem I encountered is that the fingerprint isn't working. Do you know how to fix it?
Another thing is that the second rear camera won't work with default camera app, but it will with Asus Camera apk.
Thanks for the ROM!

Thanks raza231198 and all the developers for this custom ROM. It works nicely for me, much better than the stock ROM in a lot of respects, thank you for all the work you put into this!
I have one issue though. When I connect to a PC through USB, I have trouble transferring files. When I connect the phone, and I tap the USB preferences setting, I get a screen where I see options for using USB for file transfer, MIDI, or no data transfer, but all the options are greyed out, and nothing happens when I tap on them. See screenshot:
https://photos.app.goo.gl/baRu9Y5D2pWEc3ok9
I wonder if I'm doing something wrong. I found a workaround which is that in the general settings, I can choose file transfer to be the default choice for any device that I connect to. However, that's not quite secure.
What are your thoughts?
I'm also happy to work as tester if you need more reports on anything.
Have a beautiful day!
---------- Post added at 06:21 PM ---------- Previous post was at 06:19 PM ----------
Also, in case this is useful to people, I wrote up a step-by-step guide how to install this, basically starting from the phone as it is when it comes from store.

my phone is 8917 with 3 ghz ram, in the forum I read 2 models, 8917 2 ghz ram and 8937 3 ghz ram, is this the reason for the brick, after installation of lineageos?
is it a variant only for Italy?
