You can register on XDA and ask about that in the thread of the rom you are referring to. But I do believe the answer will likely be no. It could very well brick your device too.

There are a lot of custom ROMs available for your device.
Please check the ROM/kernel index thread: [INDEX][I9505][19 Oct] CUSTOM ROMS and KERNELS LIST [COMPREHENSIVE] by friedrich420.
Or the ROM list.
There is a Note 4 port, but IDK if it's what you're looking for.
And I found an S6 port ... with Note 5 feature ... maybe you will have to check it yourself: [ROM] Albe95 S6 FULL PORT 4.5 [S6/N5 APPS & FEATURE PORT] (UPDT 23/09/15) by Albe95

Greetings and welcome to assist. You can not put a note 7 rom on your note 4 it needs to be ported, you can use any of the roms here
