Thanks for your reply. But can you at least tell me that can I install note 3 NEO ROM on note 3 neo DUOS. And if not then how can I do it. I don't care if my second Sim card stops working. It's of no use to me.

We wont recommend flashing other device's ROMs into some another device.

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. You can't flag a Rom for a different device on your device. In fact, you're lucky you haven't bricked your device. Only flash runs that are made specifically for your device. See the development sections in this for your specific device,http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3-neo

There are a lot of custom ROMs available for your device.
Please check the ROM/kernel index thread: [INDEX][I9505][19 Oct] CUSTOM ROMS and KERNELS LIST [COMPREHENSIVE] by friedrich420.
Or the ROM list.
There is a Note 4 port, but IDK if it's what you're looking for.
And I found an S6 port ... with Note 5 feature ... maybe you will have to check it yourself: [ROM] Albe95 S6 FULL PORT 4.5 [S6/N5 APPS & FEATURE PORT] (UPDT 23/09/15) by Albe95
