Here's a quick zip file I made for converting your Android smartphone into OnePlus One.
Step 1. You will need the latest CM11 ROM installed (I recommend either Snapshot M9 or M8).
Step 2. Flash the HighOnAndroid OnePlus One Conversion Kit zip file in CWM or TWRP Recovery:
http://downloadandroidrom.com/file/...t/HighOnAndroid.comOnePlusOneConvert-V1.0.zip
Step 3. Once booted, just change theme to Hexo theme. That's it!
This comes with the OnePlus One lockscreen, camera, fully-working AudioFX app, Screencast, and OnePlus One Hexo theme.
Video:
For noobs, I have a more detailed guide here also on my site:
http://highonandroid.com/android-roms/how-to-convert-your-android-smartphone-into-oneplus-one/
Have fun!
If you need help, tweet me at http://twitter.com/zedomax as I am tweeting 24/7 and don't mind helping people on my free time.
Thanks to XDA user M4rt1n94 for all of the OnePlus One apk files!
COOL!

So sad it has not have any screen-off gestures, but I think this is a kernel thingy as per-device...
Is the oneplusone conversion kit just a theme that can be applied and removed? My main worry is that I may not like the lockscreen and what would happen if I wanted to go back to my original lockscreen? Can i just choose another theme?
Lol didn't know that the High on Android guy was in xda too. Cool share bro.

It's not just theme, it's camera, gallery, wallpapers, lockscreen, AudioFX, Screencast, and the theme can be replaced, but a removal tool will be out soon as @zedomax is working on it...

you're crazy! thanks man! less hassle on cherry picking those things
I think I can flash it while I'm in SlimKat because it is based on CM11. But I want to make sure.
Do I need to flash CM11 first?
Thank you very much!
The conversion mod is sooo cool thx!!
Can anybody upload just the hexo theme?
Thanks this would be great :good:
Doesn't work. Flashed HighOnAndroid.comOnePlusOneConvert-V1.2.zip for CM 11 Snapshot 9 on Nexus 4. The phone is stucked in bootscreen with Google logo...
HighOnAndroid.comOnePlusOneConvert-V1.2.zip is working just fine on my OPPO FIND7 running CM11 Nightlies.
THX AGAIN zedomax ! :good:
Can the lockscreen be customized? I am already using the Lockscreen on my Find 5, but I can't change it's color. I like the Lockscreen, the Camera and the Gallery, but I want to keep the DSP-Manager, so I don't see a reason to flash the ZIP.
Another suggestion: Why don't you include the OPO-Gallery? I think it's nice.

Just confirming before applying it

Yeah, it should be working. But there is no warranty for that, you should make a nandroid Backup in case your device gets stuck in a bootloop.
On Galaxy S+ if the phone locks you can't unlock it. The screen turn off and then only when you hit the bottom buttons they light up and the phone vibrates, I can't unlock it.
Any news about lollipop?
Rumours suggest February but no official confirmation
Boh , it's a mistery ...

I really love stock rom and yet, I always use Cyanogen or Paranoid on my all old devices. But Huawei's rom is really beautiful.
I only use Appsetting, Greenify, and Youtube adaway on xposed. And it's works with an old release.
Stock rom is beautiful but too closed . Many things are not supported

Hi
Where from you got xposed from MT7 TL10? Is it working properly?
Secondly, regarding greenify, the same function is already present in the Huawei ROM itself, to protect or unprotect an application. But the problem is that if you unprotect an application like for example whatsapp or Facebook, you will not get any notifications unless you start it manually and at that time you will know what is new. Same is true for greenify.
Sent from my HUAWEI MT7-TL10 using Tapatalk
Yes, that's right, greenify isn't necessarry with stock ROM.
I'm not on MT7-TL10 but 09. And xposed run with an old release. I've no problems.
Any news from around the traps if we are getting lollipopped yet
Shall i update my mobile to the new version MT7-TL10 Firmware(C900B324,Android 5.1.1,EMUI 3.1) or stay on the current one ... i have read a lot that it have many bugs .. what do you think guys ???
Do not go,because there is nothing which you dont have on kitket ,except smart wifi.

yes you should .. it beautiful design , it has nice animation , smart wifi , smaller dpi and more feature ..
if it not better than kitkat .. at least the same .
Rather go for B326, that one has been a winner for me so far
I'm holding off and waiting to see what happens with Marshmallow. There's not enough incentive for me to flash Lollipop. Kitkat works well.
Just update your phone. Having a bug or two on the Mate 7 LP doesn't really matter because you can always downgrade back to KK.
If you feel that LP is better, then good for you. If not, you can always downgrade.
Use the kangvip rom its awesome works perfect.

In my own experience the best Rom in terms of battery lifce would be B120 (I have a TL10) though it had notification bugs. The advantage for me with LP is more on the aesthetic side. I was able to make the Blackberry launcher and some of the other Priv apps work just fine, and also able to flash the mod to make the status bar change color to get that material design look. I was also able to flash the Google contacts and call UI files (and deleted the stock EMUI incallUI) so I get more of that stock Lollipopy feel instead of having EMUI. That said I guess for now the best would be using Kang VIP, as Xposed works on it (and once it does you can untick "Disable Resource Hooks") to make the theming modules work. Battery life with Kang VIP is much better thus far too as compared to stock Lollipop.
Which has better battery life? What do you think?
With the latest kangvip I had 6hours sot and about 18 hours phone on all up, that's using my phone constantly.

To summarize the problem Z9max system upgrade V4.17 latest post:
1. after the shutdown, alarm clock setting does not work
2. set the timer on and off, time off work, regular boot does not work.
3. the lock screen wallpaper inexplicable disappearance (selected for the lock wallpaper, but the reality is still the default lock screen)
4. ink weather addition to the default desktop plug, other plug-ins can not be displayed.
5. the desktop layout style in 5 x 5, the illustration shows the location bar at the bottom is 5, but the actual position of the bottom four columns, and the above is five, inconsistent, difficult to see.
After two days of testing, I returned to the CM13.

It's unbelievable that they can't bring out a stable version... This phone could run so much better with a stable stock Rom if they wanted...
I expected Nubia to bring out regular updates and work for their community.

I do not understand the strategy of Nubia. Other manufacturers can do it without any problems. I have mixed feelings about it.

I tried to use some modified ROM from this site - http://www.romzj.com/list/nubia_nx510j.htm
Some of them are good, but all the tweaks and settings are the Chinese (for me unusable).
There is no other option than to use the Cyanogen, Mokee or Resurrection Remix. All are multilingual, small, fast etc.....

A couple of months ago I asked in the OMNIRom thread if our device could get it... Unfortunately the response was that no development will be put into a device only owned by half a dozen of people...
Which makes sense somehow... Nubia needs to change their approach if they seek for more internationalization in the future.
We own a device which was solely created for the Chinese market, still, we have some development from great members like dianlujitao, which we can be grateful for.

Hi Novas,
Many thanks for your Mega folder. It makes life a lot easier. Is the Resurrection Remix 20160511 rom stable enough for daily use? I am on Mokee 5.1.1 history release and i'm bored with it at the moment. If not, which MM rom would you recommend stable enough for daily use. Many thanks

You can use the RR for everyday use. I was on RR few weeks, and I had no problems. Now I have installed CM13, because I'm doing translations for Crowdin. CM13 is also no problem, but if you do not mind the daily updates.
In my Mega folder you will find some printscreens, which I did.

hi, one question about custom roms: maybe you know when does someone of the developers plans to put out an version with the newest original baseband (4.17) for the z9 max phone?
i am wondering why there is not existing roms with the newest baseband, not from dianlujitao or other developers? they all stopped at
the 3.82 and after that nothing more which is based on newer ones.....why not? can you maybe explain little bit more about it? thanx

V3.82 is the latest stable version. Perhaps it is better to have a custom ROM based on stable baseband.
