Sleeves? - Pixel C Accessories

Any decent sleeves about for this that fit snug with the google keyboard as well?

I went with the Waterfield sleeve from sfbags.com. I am really liking it so far. The construction of the bag seems very high end and the device fits nice and snug with the keyboard. It is fairly well padded as well and has a small outside sleeve pocket for accessories that I can fit my small bluetooth mouse in. It will hold the charger in the pocket as well but is tight and I worry would stretch it out to the point my mouse will fall out. Haven't needed a charger though with me since this thing has awesome battery life.

I'm using the Dodocase Durables sleeve I used with my N10. The fit is rather loose, the Pixel would fall out if you hold the sleeve by the edges and turn it open side down. Maybe with the keyboard the fit would be tight enough for this to not be a problem. Then again, it might just be too tight and not work at all. Here's a pic with the tablet on top of the sleeve.

I'm using the Thule Subterra 12" Macbook sleeve.

I use a Glock pistol bag. It fits perfect and and gets some stares. LOL

i use this and it works just fine so far. had it a few months. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018I2F6P0/

I got the waxed leather sleeve from Waterfield Design. I'd say it's worth the price, it feels really premium, fits the Pixel C perfectly without and without the magnetic keyboard, has a back pocket for your charger or other attachments, has a small pen holder, comes in either horizontal or vertical format, has a small area for your belt loop, and can be ordered with or without a shoulder strap.

Joby Ori case - Modded to fit touchpad

I thought the Ori was pretty cool and hard to pass up at $30 even if it doesn't fit the best.
I ordered the Ori and used it for a bit and could see why some of the negative comments about it not securely holding the touch pad were made. I then started thinking of possible solutions to this (I also mod computers and cars) and in about 5 minutes I had a solution. I've been testing it out for a while now and it works brilliantly.
I bought the following trim pieces:
Polyethylene Edge Trim w/ Adhesive
Neoprene Rubber Edge Trim
From this site: (did I mention I mod cars too?)
http://customcargrills.com/products.asp?cat=45
The fitment with the trim pieces is nearly perfect and the touchpad is in there solid. The trim pieces do not extend higher than the TP so the cover fits as if the trim pieces weren't even there. I just need to get time to cut/drill out holes for the head phone jack and speakers.
I had thought about posting up a teaser saying that I had a solution to give me time to get a short video put together but I know how I hate those threads so here are some of pics of the results: (using my CM9 Nexus S 4G)

I've held the case so the touch pad is pointing face down and shook it as hard as I could and the touchpad did not come out. I've already ordered another Ori for my 2nd touchpad. I'm loving how functional the ori is. I'm just wanting to get a netbook sleeve for it to cover it when traveling and such to protect stuff from the metal case.

This is the case I bought when I was planning on buying extended battery (as I always did,) so I made sure it is stretchable.
However, since I went with "Gold 2450" battery, which is the same size as standard battery, I never had need for this case and it accumulates dust in my basement...

Two very strong magnets hold the cover flap sealed:
(you can see where the hidden round magnets are located by the slightly "sucked-in" areas on the flap)
Easy access to USB port for charging,
also that's how far it stretches (good for extended batteries):
Easy access to headphones port:
and it has very bendable belt clip:
Belt clip is NOT a metal piece covered with leather like most are, but it is made of some sturdy plastic, with added bonus here: it actually imitate the leather look and stitches of the case.
I hate those metal clips covered with leather, because the leather starts to rip apart very soon when you actually use it on belt, and I always made sure to have just plastic clip instead.
Yours for $10 + shipping.
I think I've paid $15 + tax (maybe $19.99, am not sure now, I bought quite few things at that time).
It is brand new.
PM me if interested.

Horizontal Belt Pouch for Nexus 4

Personally I've always been a fan of having my phone in a belt pouch instead of in my pocket. With the size of the Nexus 4 and the large plates of glass on both sides I'm seriously afraid of breaking it in my pocket. To that end I've tried two different belt pouches.
First up was a trip to my local BestBuy. Their options were limited so I left with a Eddie Bauer generic large phone case.
This case is definitely built to handle phones that are much thicker than our Nexus 4. The back is also segmented which could allow the closure to adjust to accommodate phones of a range of widths.

The intent is nice, but the result is a case that feels like the phone could fall out easily as the closure is opened.
Needless to say I did return that case.
Next up was the Luxmo LU8HBK. This is advertised as a case for the Galaxy S3 which happens to be just around the same size as the Nexus 4. The fit here is MUCH better. While the closure is a bigger flap than I'm used to, the phone fits securely while still being easy to remove. It looks like this pouch will accomodate a thin case such as the Rearth Ringke. I have one on order but its still in transit.
I had a hunch the Luxmo would fit better, and at $5ea (at the time I ordered) I figured it best to get two.
Thanks OP. I have the same worry about my pocket as you. I read water meters and, as such, squat and kneel a lot.
Ordered my Nexus 4 on the 13th. Still waiting.

Review: BLACK HARD CASE COVER + BELT CLIP HOLSTER

I recently ordered one of these cases:

Over all the case is pretty nice, it is VERY thin, you can hardly see it is on from the front. The sides and back are ridged and this does improve the grip on the phone. The sides to wrap around the front and this keeps the phone screen off the table if you put it face down. The very top and bottom of the phone hang out a little. This case is better for general abrasion resistance I am not so sure it will survive a heavy fall.
The belt clip is made of the same plastic as the case but a little thicker and is lined in a felt like material to protect the screen. The phone slides in and is held in place by a small ridge at the end of the holster. it can go in face in or out and the belt clip word as a kickstand
I've not really used this in anger yet, I will try it tomorrow at work. I have some doubts about it holding the phone in against normal knocks and I can see it getting pulled out of the holster when getting in and out of the car (especially when horizontal).
Could you post some pictures with the phone. This case looks good!
I got the amzer shellster, very similar design. Phone has survived a couple falls already, but both here because it came out if the holster.
Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2
I saw this and the Amzer but they both do not protect the top and bottom so I didn't bother. On my Evo 4G I had a similar case (Incipio feather) and I've never dropped the phone but the top chipped a little anyway.

[Q] Timbuk2 3way accessory case for Note 4 (or 5.5-6" devices)

Anyone find a soft case or holster for a phone as big as the Note? For my messenger bag, I used my Timbuk2 3way accessory case for my HTC One & Galaxy S5 but the medium size is too small for the Note. Any suggestions for a replacement? I love the Note but come summer it's going to be cumbersome to have to throw it in my bag, not to mention it could easily get scratched if it gets tossed around. I have some other pockets but either they are buried in the bag or too shallow for the Note. Thoughts?

[FOUND] Nite Ize Clip Case Cargo Wide Load
I think I found my solution. Review to come...
http://www.amazon.com/Nite-Ize-Clip.../ref=lh_ni_t?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
They key is that clip rotates and locks in place. I think it'll be perfect.
Verdict: Negative. The case isn't tall enough, even without a case. There's about 2 inches of velcro and only 1/2 inch reaches without a case and maybe 1/4in or less with a Spigen Neo Hybrid case. The search continues.
Hi, any update? I'm looking for the same thing, a shoulder strap pouch for my note 4. thanks!!!
I was eyeballing this case on Amazon myself, but I don't know how the back attaches; it shows a lot more of the top clip function than anything else, but it does look like there's a back strap to loop a belt through.
