First try ti boot to recovery, by holding vol up, home and power button. Then let go of power button only when phone has booted. Factory reset and reboot. If it doesn't boot re flash, there are a few of them out there, one is even a sticky.

I don't remember it clearly. But just try entering download mode(I think you will get this screen anyway).
Then flash KPE through ODIN.The steps to flash KPE are provided in the development section.
Dont worry. It has happened to me too. I got my phone working within 2minutes. All i had to do was remove the battery, put it back and try entering download mode. If it doeant work try again... Im sure it will work.

It happened to me the first time I ever tried flashing thru Odin and I was so scared that I bricked my phone. But then I removed the battery, put it back and entered download mode. Phew! It worked.

try this
1)Open the back over
2)Check between the Camera Lens and the speaker
3) There is a hard reset button which is a small cavity
4) You will need two people for this.. Keep that cavity pressed with a pin
5) Keeping it pressed use the download mode combo- Volume down + Home + Power pressed.
6)Wait and try it a couple of times and your phone will enter download mode
7)Flash to a stock firmware (credits to Adi_Pat for this guide)

no worries! if you can see Samsung logo just leave battery, wait 20 seconds, put buttery back. hold vol up button+ home button + power, wait for galaxy note 2 logo and blink 2 times and leave all buttons. now you will enter in recovery, wipe everything and reflash back custom rom.
good luck!

No offense intended, but Toolkits prevent users from learning anything about your phone. If something goes wrong they are stuck and in most cases do not know how to solve it, as clearly stated in your quote [sorry i cant help you if you dont use the toolkit]. Just my 2 cents

I had the exact same problem today at work, had to wait 'till I got home. When you say stuck at the bootloader do you mean the green android guy in Download mode or the Samsung logo?
I did what you did, connected to odin, flashed a pre-rooted stock ROM and it's back to normal. Did you change any of the settings in Odin?

Assuming you are rooted and have a custom recovery installed and know how to flash ROMs(how else would you brick your phone?), try doing a full wipe(factory reset) from recovery(Vol Up+Home+Power), then flash a working ROM...
If that doesn't fix it, try going back to stock as suggested.
Did you fix this issue??
Actually I also had this problem and the only fix was reflashing stock firmware..using odin
good luck :good:
