first please be cool with me i'm french and i don't speak English verry well :angel:
So i have a big problem with my one, i brought it maybe 2 years ago on lenteen but from the beginning he have a Strange prroblem and a can't use it...
Lenteen don't anwser me...
So, my phone lock the screen everytime and unlock so many time so i can't use it, he don't do it when i'm in the recovery
i have a video for explain but i' can't post link ^^'
Someone can help me ? i have change my rom, recovery i don't know what i can do

What exactly is the problem that you facing?You can post link with spaces.
It's a little hard to explain in a other language...

Can it be a hardware problem like processor too hot or other and Android turn the phone in security?

Maybe it's a hardware problem, with the power button.

but i couldnt find a way to fix it jet...
right now i have a way more annoying problem.
so sometimes i push the power button, put it in my pocket or wherever and then when i want to turn it on again it wouldnt work...the leds are still on but the screen is black...
so i have to take out the battery and restart it...and its really annoying...has somebody an idea how to fix that problem???

i use the crackings 6.5 rom
ipl/spl 2.06
but its not just since i used that rom...i had that problem before...
today i flashed a new rom
as u all know the "align screen" setup is the first that starts within the initial setup
but it wont complete, it just starts over and over again
i remember that i had the same problem during the last rom i used but i just killed the process and forgot about it, but now i cant kill it bcs its newly flashed
did any of u had the same problem before?
ok solved , after getting a bit angry and googling for 30 min i hammered a bit harder with my finger
dont ask me why but this helped at the first try
maybe some of u could explain why that is and/or how to get it better solved
This is supposed to be a CALIBRATION screen. It expects you to be as precise as possible. Using your finger instead of a stylus is usually not precise enough, and being detected as such, hence the calibration restart. All you really had to do is use the stylus, not your finger. Pressing harder with your finger makes it easier on this type of the screen to detect it's location, hence results in a little bit better precision. Thats the reason it allowed you to pass that screen after all.

only when i use my finger and press a bit harder im able to "calibrate"

I'm having the same problem to calibrate the screen on my HTC TOUCH CRUISE (P_3650), researched several posts, but could not solve the problem, I installed other ROMS, but also not resolved the problem, returned to ROM 6.0 ORIGINAL factory, but after a while the screen loses calibration is not working anymore ...
I ask to help me solve this problem ...

I have a htc touch2 and i have recently installed the Slide2UNLOCK
then i've tried the software to search for any bugs and i've found one..
when i lock the screen and then pressing constantly the home button and tapping the call button it jumps the unlock and goes directly to the call logs..
did this happens to anyone?? :S i think that is not my configurations:S

ok ... so its there.. but lets be honest here ... is it really gonna happen when phone is in your pocket? bag? or wherever? who cares when the chances to accually happen without your knowlage is like 0 ....
So I hope it doesn't happens to you.... it's a bug I've mentioned to the knowledge of everybody, and to know if it happens only on my phone..
Hi! I have an issue when im trying to connect the captivate to the tv... i can see the image, but... the touch buttons go crazy (home, search and back).
Begin to push themselves many times and not let me use the phone "well"
There is any way to fix that problem, or at least lock the touch pads?

i once found some sensitivity setting for the screen in recovery mode
i change it a bit to suit my need at the time but i thought (if it really work) i felt my phones screen sensitivity arent doing good now
my question is does anyone here know how to get into that setting again?
for your information, i was in recovery mode at the time
yes i use 4ext recovery, and as i remember, the background is the recovery menu itself
but with another layer of menus, the sensitivity setting menu ibelieve
ok then, if someone have seen it or better, know how to get there, please be kind to tell me how
