hi everyone
I have a htc touch2 and i have recently installed the Slide2UNLOCK
then i've tried the software to search for any bugs and i've found one..
when i lock the screen and then pressing constantly the home button and tapping the call button it jumps the unlock and goes directly to the call logs..
did this happens to anyone?? :S i think that is not my configurations:S

I've tested in a htc touch Diamond and it has the same problem :S
ok ... so its there.. but lets be honest here ... is it really gonna happen when phone is in your pocket? bag? or wherever? who cares when the chances to accually happen without your knowlage is like 0 ....
So I hope it doesn't happens to you.... it's a bug I've mentioned to the knowledge of everybody, and to know if it happens only on my phone..

It's a very strange problem.
After upgrading to wm6, when I started a call on the today screen appeared a "full screen" notification from where I could activate the loud-speaker or mute the call. Then I tryed to install a .cab to emulate the htc touch style. From that moment, when I start a call the past "full screen" notification area does not appear any more, so I have to enter the menu to mute the call or activate the loud-speaker. I removed the application but nothing changed. Then I hard-resetted the treo 750v, and the problem was solved, but when I launched the restore of my spb backup of yesterday, the today palm application desappeared again
I think it's a stupid registry value, but I don't know which value to change, could someone help me?
There is no installed application and no today plugin activated.

I too also share the same problem, I installed WM6, and then I thought i try to use the HTC home today plugin to make my phone look a bit nicer, problem was it made it look kinda stupid. I couldnt use the phone number lookup field on the today screen as the HTC today took up all the space, also I noticed that when I place a call, the phone connection screen and the screen that stays on showing the duration and the mute and loudspeaker options had been removed . The best thing I could think of at the time was just to uninstall the plugin for HTC Home, however that didnt resolve the problem, I know the person who posted here before mentioned that you can fix this problem with a hard dreset, but is there any other alnernative method as I am fed up of resetting this device now.
Please help me!

Similar problems here. Had to hard reset as my power button would not work at all. The hard reset was the only way I could fix it...
Does nobody knows the registry key to change?
Yea i am having the same problem. I wish i didn't try the htc home. Any fix for this?
I really don't want to hard resert my phone. Its got to be in the registry.
Someone has to have an solution? I tried looking, but maybe someone who knows the phone a bit more in depth, can help.

please help, my diamond seems to be broken. The touch screen at the bottom works alone, like i push the buttons but im not. Im not doing anything and he goes to mesages, sends messages and that kind of things. I tought that is sistem WM , but i have instal WM 6.5 and that stil happening. Help me Idont know what to do..... Can you telll me what can it be?

Hello all, and please believe me...I have tried not to bother, but...all my searches seem in vain. Now for the meat! I just bought an HD2 already flashed with WM7,
previous owner states...'Volume Down button doesnt work, also sound doesnt work, and has no wifi... Now my question is...Can I restore this phone to wm6.5 or android or wm7 again and make it work properly? Is it only a bad install making these problems? or is this phone just a brick wannabe? Is it destined to stay as is?

Can it be a hardware problem like processor too hot or other and Android turn the phone in security?

Maybe it's a hardware problem, with the power button.
