[Completed] RP-WD03 Firmware Updates - XDA Assist

I have an older RavPower WD03 Wifi router/power bank that has been acting up and so I ordered a new one, when it arrived it had firmware v2.000.020 on it, and my current one has the newer v2.000.024 on it, which I updated to only a couple of months ago. Now I want to update the new device to the new firmware, and it appears that all firmware for the WD03 has been removed from the ravpower webpage for the product. I know I can't be the only person who has used one of these, and I'm hoping to find someone who may still have a copy of the v2.000.024 firmware.

Hello,
Welcome to XDA.
Try looking in the thread linked below for your answer. Post your question there.

Someone there may be able to help. Good luck.

Thanks! Will do!

Has anyone a fresh & original Toshiba's G900 3.07bai Rom?

I'm trying to put this device at its best so I can understand if I keep it (instead of my uni) or if I re-sell it and keep waiting for something more, lots of help I've had in this forum and because of this I'm asking again for something.
I know there are lots of resourceful/talented people here (not just bla bla, whoever uses this forum for good knows it), so does anybody know someone inside Toshiba or one of their authorized retailers/service centers that can get us a copy of the newest and more stable version of this device's rom (3.07bai as I understand).
Please be aware that there's an unofficial release of this Rom that's ready available, it's no good for a new device, as it was released almost a year ago and has an old radio part, etc.
Thanks for any help

newb question

Hi,
I just purchase this tablet It is an off the wall brand but I really like it because it does not have any of the proprietary software that most of the others have, plus it has everything I could want and the price was good.
My question is: Can I upgrade to a newer Android OS such as ICS? If so can you direct me to a link on what I would need to do.
Thank you in advance.
John
You most likely will not get an official update, but i am sure you could search for ICS roms.
Thank you for that. I will do some searching.

[Q] A700 2nd Jelly Bean Update Question

Has anyone had problems with the second, Jelly Bean update? The approximately 3.5MB one?
The reason I'm asking is that I recently got an A700 from Amazon and as soon as I installed that update (it was the fourth one that appeared) I lost all touch screen response. I tried a hard reset, but nothing I did restored the response, so I ended up sending the tablet back for a replacement.
I got the new tablet, and installed the first three updates, but have not installed this fourth one.
My question is whether I should keep cancelling the update or install it? After it bricked my first tablet, I am very leery of this update.
Thanks in advance
Dave
I requested a changelog concerning the updates from Acer. I hope I will get a reply soon.
My advice: Just go for it. Updates should be there to fix/add stuff.
I've never had a problem with the updates so far. Though, I'm not sure if I got the lastest one yet.
That's just my advice, so I'd wait until there are more replies concerning the update.
Edit:
The Acer peepz don't understand the English language. It looks like they didn't read my email at all!
My email:
Dear Sir/Madam,
There does not seem to be a changelog about the updates on the internet.
I would like to receive such a list and, if possible, dated to when the update has rolled out.
Thank you in advance.
Yours Sincerely,
Tom

Where does the employee reads that I have a problem with my device?
Edit2:
After sending them another email, or ticket, really, they sent me a reply. They wanted me to look on the website acer.co.uk to check for updates for my product. Well, that was totally not my question. Looks like the employees are responding with automatic replies. Let's try some other email adress.
Edit3:
Acer: We don't have a changelog.
.... Speechless. What a well organised company.

Samsung s9+ exynos question

Hi everybody.
I'm new to the forum and in the world of roms.
Though I did root my first smartphone, an Acer.
when I was looking for a way to ban Google out of my life I soon came to /e/os.
I decided to look for a good phone thats supported by eos. At first I ordered a fairphone 3+, but because I found it a bit expensive for what it was I canceled that order and did go for a s9+ with exynos chipset. Because it's listed in the eos supported devices. But now I did read somewhere that after u flash a Rom on this phone, official updates are no longer supported..this is a bad thing isnt it?Can someone tell me more about this please?
Thank u
