Has anyone gotten an approval for the CAM 360 promo for an LG G5 that they purchased online?
A couple T-Mobile reps swore to me that online purchases qualify for the rebate, but step 1 of how to submit online says:
"You will need your original receipt with IMEI number and original packaging with IMEI barcode"
Well T-Mobile receipts for phones purchased online do not have the IMEI number on the receipt like in store purchased do. They assured me that it would be fine but I've been screwed by T-Mobile in the past so I'm a little nervous.
I purchased mine online. I was approved for the camera. I just uploaded a picture of the box with the IMEI and a picture of my printed email receipt.
i got mine through the store and my 360 cam was just approved yesterday.
They have it still available online...wonder if I order my phone today if I can still get the cam.

If I'm not mistaken you can submit the offer until may but you need to have purchased by April 5th. I could be wrong though.

You are correct. So yesterday was the last day to purchase to receive the promo.
Mine is still pending. Only 3 days have passed though.

For online redemption, submit using the form below. Required items include a completed request form, the IMEI of the LG G5 device, a copy of the purchase receipt, and original UPC label from the device’s packaging. Purchase receipt must include your printed name, signature and date of submission. Online submissions must be received by May 12, 2016 at 11:59:59 PM ET.
Pretty sure you don't need the IMEI on the receipt. My previous LG submissions went through fine and I never had the IMEI on the receipt, the IMEI just needed to be on the box/UPC label.

I submitted mine via online receipt. I was approved in less than a week.
I got approved tuesday night for mine. Crazy fast. For the 360 cam I submitted two repates i did one with my eip contract and one with the packing receipt. Not sure which one was approved. lol

As far as sending a receipt from an online order. I took a screen shot of this. It was available on My T-Mobile account. It took about 2 1/2 weeks to get my acceptance email.
My first app got denied claiming they were unable to see my receipt image, resubmitted as requested, still says pending.
Got mine approved yesterday.
Mine was approved quickly but hasn't shipped yet.
I signed up for both the battery and cam. The battery offer was approved in about 7 days while the cam was approved in about 12 days. I can't wait for the 360 cam, but it may take a while (LG said it may take up to 6 weeks!).

You must be around FL. Thats where mine shipped from yesterday via UPS.
I received mine yesterday and have been playing with it for a while. It's a fun little toy however not sure if it is practical. I can't find a way or any information about posting 360 degree pictures on facebook or any other website. I was hoping to use this for advertising our new office. Any ideas?

I just finished registering for my free battery and cradle, then I found out I was eligible for the 360 cam promo. My flyer I got from the t mobile store on my day of purchase said that deal expired on the 15th of april and I bought mine in the 16th. LGs website says you have until the 24th of April to purchase a G5 and and get the 360 cam.
So for anyone that recently purchased the phone from t-mobile, you still have a chance for the battery and the camera promo

April 25th I got an email mine was approved. Have a tracking number now but just a label so far.
Just want to mention I was unable to do the monthly installment so I paid full price. I was concerned I might not be eligible.. Glad lg is taking care of a good customer [emoji1]

Just got an email from UPS to expect delivery by Friday, 5/20.
I got my package for my day 1 verizon G5 around last weekened. In addition to the battery, charging cradle, and 360 cam they also included a free super small micro to type C adapter plug. (less than 1")
Shipped with delivery date of 5/24 though.... Can't wait!

After 2 days of no response I called lg. lg informed me there is a problem with their rebate system. basically they do not have anyone's information and can not send out the rebate unless we call in and give them our information. it has been 2 days since i gave them my information and still no response. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up.

Just got off the phone with Tmobile They now said it is up to lg to send it out .After telling them the situation they agreed to credit my account. my advice is to all tmobile and make them aware of the situation and have them credit your account since they are the ones in possession of our trade in devices.

That was the point of my post. People are waiting on something that LG knows noting about. 1 LG rep admitted they messed up on their end and they have no record of anyone's trade in because the system they set up to handle the rebate functioned. Sprint is the only company that seems to have realized LG made a mistake and started handling it on their own.
No issues whatsoever here with Sprint. I upgraded in a Sprint store on 10/24/2016, and received the $200.00 credit on my account on 11/05/2016 (12 days later).

It may just be a tmobile issue. Our promo states an electronic check not a credit.

That's just patently false. The promotion was announced as a credit when Sprint officially announced they'd be carrying the phone on 10/07/2016 (see the 3rd paragraph and footnote 1). The promotion was then confirmed as a credit when Sprint officially announced the launch date of the phone on 10/21/2016 (see the 3rd paragraph and footnote 2).

That's a lie on that rep's part(maybe just misinformed), as it was even up on LG's own website prior to the V20's official launch date.
So ive been on the phone, LG says it At&ts deal, so now im on the att for like 40 minutes plus and i think it gonna be figured out. Ill edit if its not handled after the call.

Same here. T-Mobile I called weeks ago. They said 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to show up. Problem here is that I was never able to access the promotions page. It always said there were no promotions for my line. I had to do the trade in over the phone with a label the rep emailed to me.
They received that phone probably a month ago now and still nothing. I don't even have anything that shows I traded in a phone.
I would so rather have gotten a check than a credit. I had intended to use it towards my monthly lease payments. Now it will probably end up just coming off my bill and only after I call and "make" them do it.
I just signed up with Tmobile after being with Verizon for almost 16 years. I'd like to keep my Note 4 instead of trading it in. Is it possible to purchase a cheap verizon phone to trade in to tmobile get the $200 rebate?

Doesn't matter what carrier as long as it's a 4g capable phone. I turned in a sprint evo 4g and was approved. I'm on T-Mobile as well.

trying using the shop samsung app, it was a LOT faster for me. that said i didn't opt to purchase the bundle myself and went for the free gear vr. When using the shop samsung app (available on the play store), it gets the mac and imei automagically.
I got mine Immersive bundle ordered today.
I got mine to work. Registered through the Shop Samsung app, then a few hours later they e-mailed me saying my registration was approved. In that e-mail there's a link that will take you to the store where you can buy it.
I posted in the accessory section a big thread about it.
basically, you have to wait for approval, regardless of what the website says. Can take 24 hours. I got mine 23 hours after registering. Even though their website said I was approved immediately and gave me a buy now button. Per the rep I spoke with, that button was only supposed to work for people who purchased from Samsung themselves.
I selected the $99 bundle at last night. I've been in a pending review status since then. I finally received a confirmation email 18hrs later.. "Please allow approximately 2 weeks for review, then you will receive an email with next steps."

I pre-ordered mines straight from Sprint. Registered for the bundle yesterday (2017/04/19), got my confirmation email and link to order the bundle just a couple hours ago, and was able to purchase it with no problems. $99+Free shipping ($14 waived). Be sure you log into your Samsung account or it'll show up as a $500 bundle instead of $99.

Yeah, this is BS especially for those on the West Coast. They should have not let you register until the 22nd to level the playing field.

For this promo it goes into the account that was used to purchase the phone on the play store. The promo doesn't have anything to do with activation. It's an unlocked phone so you could activate it anywhere. I also think there was a Google fi Promotion but that is something different.
I still have not received my credit but called last week. They told me it would show up within 6 weeks of the last day of the promotion (not your purchase date).
Wasn't May 18th the last day? It should be available any day.
Purchased mine in mid-May. Not store credit showed up yet.

I kind of messed up in not reading that fine print. I would have bought it from Fi had I realized and gotten a $100 credit. I was actually hoping to use the hundred to buy a Pixel 4 or 4a with a trade-in on my Pixel 3 I now have. But with the August expiration I believe that's out of the question unless they do an early release or a pre-order. So I guess I'll get a case for my 3 and 3a even though I don't use a case. I'll have to review the ratings on those. I like the fabric case but mixed reviews. Any suggestions out there?

They gave us a acer chromebook worth £199 for us in the UK. I got mine a couple days ago with no notification it was coming.
hahaha I got online with google sales support. They started with, "I can help you with that". All they did was tell me that it is not available for $109 and to sign up for emails. Then they said that they will report the fact that there are no notifications.

I ordered my 4 XL the moment they went up on the store on the 15th. Credit card was charged immediately. Got an email on the 21st that my phone was "dispatched" and it said it was expected to arrive by the 24th. This lines up with Canada Post's Expedited Parcel delivery standard.
However, even as of the evening of the 24th, the tracking information shows that Canada Post hasn't even received the phone from Google yet. If I knew it was going to be this slow, I would have just waited until the 24th and walked into any store and bought it there instead. Lesson learned.
Anyone else in the same situation? Or did anybody in Canada get theirs from the Google Store already?

I'm getting mine tomorrow (Fri Oct 25) ordered on the 23rd. Got the white XL 64 gig. You'll probably get it tomorrow. There have been times where they don't for some reason scan the packages. Happened to me when I got my Pixel 2 XL.
I'm Canadian (New Brunswick) and ordered right after announcement from Google. Received mine today via Canada Post. Ordered the black 4 XL.
Ordered on the 15 was dispatched on the 22 says it will be delivered on the 25 -28 Edmonton Alberta. From the Google the store..

I had my order completed and my credit card charged literally 30 seconds after the Pixel 4/XL went up for sale, yet people who ordered later already have theirs. I guess the moral of the story is that the Google Store has no consistency.
Did the phone ship via Canada Post for everyone? Perhaps they used different couriers for different regions. I would have been willing to pay for expedited shipping but there was no such option. It's strange since people ordering from the US Google Store had expediting shipping options.

Canada Post came and went this morning, no delivery. Tracking status hasn't changed, still hasn't been picked up from the warehouse.
Clearly somebody messed up. With a purchase of this price, you would think that more care would be taken to ensure that it is shipped out on time and not left sitting in some warehouse for days or potentially weeks.
Well, I won't be buying anything from the Google Store ever again. I'm going to go pick up a 4 XL locally this morning and cancel my Google Store shipment. Based on the current level of incompetence, I imagine they will give me a lot of trouble getting my money back too.
Mine has arrived and processed at Edmonton should be here this afternoon.

Decided to contact Google chat support and the rep told me she needs to transfer me to the shipping team as it seems there is an issue with the device being sent to Canada Post.
Had me waiting nearly an hour to be transferred before I just gave up on waiting.
Leaning towards just cancelling my order and buying the phone from a local best buy or something but I really would love to have that $150 credit for pre-ordering. I also had $50 credit from before so it was helping a bit with the price.
Going to try giving them a call instead of chat and see what happens. Man this sucks, was really hoping to set this 4XL up over the weekend.

Isn't it sickening? There is just no excuse for that kind of incompetence, especially from such a massive company.
What version of the phone did you order? I ordered a white 128 GB XL and it arrived yesterday via Canada Post for me. I'm in Nova Scotia. I ordered mine similar to you, shortly after it was available for preorder on the 15th.
It's possible other versions of the phone (color/storage) did not ship as fast.

What version of the phone did you order? I ordered a white 128 GB XL and it arrived yesterday via Canada Post for me. I'm in Nova Scotia. I ordered mine similar to you, shortly after it was available for preorder on the 15th.
It's possible other versions of the phone (color/storage) did not ship as fast.

I ordered the Just Black 128GB model. Seems like it's the least popular option so I thought it'd arrive sooner than later. Definitely didn't expect for an issue like Canada Post not even receiving the phone :/
