Hello, my OPO device was bricked after I accidentally wiped the internal memory and it has no rom installed either. However, I have access to the fastboot mode and also TWRP. I've tried to use adb push to put in a rom but it says device not found when I try. Also while connected to my computer, the device doesn't show up, but in device manager it will show up as just "One".
When typing adb devices, nothing shows up, when typing fastboot devices my phone's ID will show with fastboot to the right.

You can do a couple things:
1. Flash COS12.1 from here via instructions in the linked thread
2. Download TWRP and flash it via fastboot commands, reboot to recovery and transfer a nightly and gapps and flash
You are not bricked at all, last time I managed to brick my phone the screen was black no matter what I did, you can easily get back from fastboot

I can't transfer files into the phone as windows doesn't recognize the device anymore, and there is no device found when I try to use adb to push files into /sdcard/
I will try the first option and will let you know.
Edit: First option worked, phone is working fine now. Thanks for your help and I'll be more careful in the future.

Twrp also has USB-OTG function .. Even if you don't have any ROM on phone .. You can download a rom to a usb pendrive and connect it to phone twrp will recognize the USB pendrice and then can install rom from that ..

Hi,
Yesterday my WileyFox Spark+ came in, which is still equipped with COS13.0.1, based on Android 6.0.1.
When I tried rooting the phone, I got stuck at the point of using TWRP for flashing SuperSU.zip.
Until then, I had succesfully followed the following process:
-Enabled 'OEM Bootloader allowed to be unlocked' in Developer Options
-Installed USB drivers and such on PC
-Enabled USB debugging, apps from unknown sources, ADB install unsigned apps allowed etc.
-Unlocked bootloader like this in CMD:
fastboot devices (my phone showed up)
fastboot flashing unlock
I pressed volume up button (yes)
I selected boot mode fastboot
-Flashed TWRP Recovery to phone like this in CMD:
fastboot flash recovery twrp3100.img
-I booted into TWRP recovery
A lot of folders and some files were present there, but almost all folders were 'empty'. I couldn't reach my SC-Card with SuperSU.zip on it.
TWRP even said no OS was installed when I wanted to reboot to retry.
I was confused for a while, only to discover the OS was still there after booting into System.
I tried to flash SuperSU from ADB, but that also didn't work. I issued the following commands in CMD:
adb reboot recovery
(ticked adb sideload in TWRP +wipe dalvik & cache)
adb sideload supersu279.zip
TWRP said it executed succesfully, but failed to access /data and /cache.
It was at this point that I discovered the phone was encrypted already from the box. I had never considered this as an option.
It's weird though, because I have heard that flashing SuperSU from ADB should work even with an encrypted phone.
Now the interwebs and WileyFox themselves say Encryption is disabled when you factory reset the phone. So I did that, but it just booted into TWRP with the same circumstances.
Few folders, almost all empty. SD-card not visible.
I tried sideloading SuperSU again, but without result.
Any idea how i should progress further? 'Cause I have run out of ideas..
Is it possible to flash SuperSU via fastboot or anything?
I have found a LineageOS 13 ROM for my phone, but it's a .zip so I don't think I can use it.
Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers.
NB: I don't care about encryption, i'd rather have it gone, but whatever option is best for rooting this thing will work fine for me.
hello guys previous night my opo is automatically restart and hang on logo i try to restart several times and leave mobile upto 1 hour but cant succeded.... the condition is set is going to fastboot and recovery and charging also i try wipe cache but still same.... i have very important data inside my opo.... please guide me how i recover my opo or inside data....
oneplus one
variant 64gb
os cyanogen 12
Is it a stock COS ROM?
I suggest you to dirty flash the rom without overwriting /data
So if you flash the zip it's OK but if you flash from fastboot be aware of not flashing userdata_64.img
yes my ROM is stock rom .... what is dirty flash please guide me....

-Is your bootloader unlocked?
-What recovery do you have?
Available signed flashable ROMs: https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/mirrors-for-official-cyanogen-roms-ota-updates.141825/
Find yours or just chose one, and download the signed flashable zip, then copy it to the phone (while in recovery the phone has MTP enabled on the PC) then just flash that ROM from the recovery, this will overwrite system but won't touch data and most likely fix the bootloop.
Before rebooting after flash wipe cache and dalvik just in case.
Next time do a nandroid backup if you have sensible data. I usually don't keep anything important on the phone, everything on google drive.
I don't know my bootloader is locked or unlocked.... when I try to connect phone in recovery and connect USB nothing happen but when I restart phone and set is on onelus logo and attch usb PC recognized as mtp USB device but driver failed....

Which recovery? Stock or twrp? I'm not sure that when you have stock recovery on the phone gets recognized as mtp on the PC.
I can think of adb to push the ROM zip on the PC but if you claim it doesn't get recognized I have no clue. Are you sire you have the google USB drivers installed?

Install fastboot, adb and google USB drivers : https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9fZIF6vzIBzT2ZtZkNSVFI5ZHc/view?usp=drivesdk
Reboot the pc
Download twrp: https://dl.twrp.me/bacon/twrp-3.1.0-0-bacon.img.html
Reboot in fastboot mode.
Open a command prompt on the PC inside the folder where the downloaded recovery is.
-Find the folder (maybe user/Downloads)
-while holding shift mouse right click inside the folder
-select "open command prompt here"
Connect your phone and type in cmd
Code:
fastboot devices
If you're lucky and did everything correctly then your phone should appear and you can continue, if not uninstall the drivers you previously had and kingroot and whatever minitool you used and try again.
Now that the device is visible
Code:
fastboot flash recovery twrp twrp-3.1.0-0-bacon.img
Phone should reboot. Just turn off and boot into recovery and hopefully you'll see twrp.
Now connect the phone to the PC an you should see the mass storage and you'll be able to copy the ROM zip there.
Now just flash the zip of the rom and you're done.
U cannot assure you that it will fix the bootloop but it's your best choice.
In the future:
-Never use kingroot or other ****ty mini tools. CMD and manual flash are always the best choice.
-Do a backup if you are not confident with this kind of stuff.
-Don't keep too much stuff on the phone. Use google drive. And services to save contacts, notes images videos.

This means your bootloader is still locked so you basically can't do anything. To unlock it you would need to factory reset. So your only option is to try installing the ROM via adb on the cyanogen recovery.
PS

Try to push the zip from adb to /sdcard and then flash the zip through the recovery (which technically should do it since it's a stock ROM)
This will result in a "dirty flash" which will not delete data.
This is your only option in the current state of your phone, if you had rooted your phone properly without kingroot you would have booloader unlocked an you would've had more options. If this doesn't work you are forced to factory reset. And use this opportunity to unlock bootloader with
Code:
fastboot oem unlock
Which due to security measurements will delete all the data.
Before you going to flash anything using adb or something, do this.....
1. Turn off your phone completely.....
2. Connect the charger and let it charger for 10 minutes
3. While the charger is still connected, press the power button (turn it on)
4. Wait....
If the phone boot normally while the charger is still connected, unplug the charger and waits....if the phone goes back bootloop after a few minutes and hours without charger connected then your problem is a dying battery not software....buy a new battery and once your replace it, it will solved your problem without having to flash anything via adb or recovery...it also can save all your data....

Lolwat?? What kind of sorcery are you talking about.... ? if it was the battery it wouldn't have happend right after he messed with that stuff. That depends if you are running oxygen os, you can't flash an OTA of OS that you are currently not running. To dirty flash you have to use the same version or distribution of the OS you are currently running.
I'm sure my drivers are fine cuz i messed this up via fastboot.
so i got android 10 on my op7p. There were some magisk modules that caused a bootloop. But i cant uninstall those modules without twrp. So i decided to flash twrp into a boot slot via fastboot. then, i set the active-slot to that. but then I still don't get twrp idk why. Now, I can get into fastboot but my pc doesnt detect it, I cant boot into the system either. The only thing my pc detects is when i power the phone off and plug it in, it automatically boots into the unlocked bootloader screen and gets stuck in there. PC detectes an "unknown usb mass storage device". HELP!!!

How did you flash twrp? On A/B devices like the OP7P you can't simply fastboot flash twrp since that will cause you bootloops. To install twrp you have to fastboot boot the image and when TWRP is booted you have to flash the installer zip file. Since you are now stuck in a bootloop, you can try to recover your boot image with something like this https://forum.xda-developers.com/on...isk-patched-boot-image-oneplus-7-pro-t3964345 (no guarantees on this).
Fastboot flash this image and see if you can boot again. If that does also not work I believe the best thing you could do is reset everything with the MSMDownloadTool.
Did you use this command: fastboot flash recovery filename.img?
If yes, you'll have to use MSM to restore it

Hey guys, in a little bit of a dilemma.
My s6, for some reason, cannot pass the flashing "Samsung" logo when booting it up. I have not rooted this phone, nor have I installed a custom recovery or rom. This phone is stock as it gets.
And I need to recover the photos off the phone. Issue is, I thought it would be simple as going into recovery mode and doing adb pull/sdcard/DCIM/Camera or something like that.
BUT I do not have USB debugging enabled!!! Never even turned on developer settings.
I tried to get into bootloader and use fastboot, but fastboot devices shows up with nothing. adb commands do not work, except when I press "install update from ADB", then only the very basic ADB commands work such as adb reboot, adb sideload etc.
So I am not sure what to do from here. Fastboot is not working (I have installed the Samsung drivers from the official webpage, but I haven't restarted my computer so i will try that).
Please help me to recover these photos :crying::crying::crying:
Hi,
If Download mode is working, flash TWRP recovery with Odin.
Go to Mount, select Data partition > Enable MTP and access files from PC.
Recover your data, then flash fresh new ROM https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6/general/guide-tutorial-howto-samsung-galaxy-s6-t4108425
