I don't want to install AmonRa to make an ext2 partition on my SD-Card. Can I make an ext2 Partition with my PC (e.g. using easeus partition manager)? Are there any specific things I should not forget?

I made an ext2 partition in my sd card to use for data2sd (titanium). I guess since it's all about linux, I need to add an entry in /etc/init.d/ . Can anyone tell me what's the proper command syntax?
Hi guys. 16G micro SD card. Used Minitool to make 3G partition, set as FAT32 file system.
Opened Link2SD. Prompted to choose type of file system (ext2, ext3, ext4, FAT32). Clicked FAT32.
Message:
"Mount script cannot be created..." something like that.
I closed Link2SD, re-opened it, clicked ext3 as file system even if it is REALLY FAT32, and mount script was created.
Removed sd card, plugged it in my laptop, opened Minitool. Minitool now indicates that 2nd partition is now ext3 ! That 2nd partition was originally set as FAT32 using Minitool, and now it's ext3 just because I clicked ext3 as the file system in Link2SD.
I don't want ext3!! Although everything can be linked properly, I'd still rather have the 2nd partition as FAT32.
Please help!
My sdcard can be detected by windows. I can see all files on it.
I tried minitool partition to make an EXT4. Now I have a problem, I format the sdcard and still can't be mounted on my pico.
I tried to activate the option via adb

did you make the main sdcard partition as ext4? is it logical? you gotta make fat32 as primary to make it work in your android..windows can read logical partition but androids can't.
Ext2fsd isnt working.
Any other way?
