[Q] Help I don't know how to fix my phone!!!

My phone does not go to home screen, loops on boot. I was trying to install a new rom but first it said to install new firmware and I did that but it just kept saying incorrect cid and update fail. i have no idea what to do now, please help if you can.

i try to flash but not accept any firmware coz hboot version very high

And SuperCId: HTC__001
i try many roms always getting error and i try to downgrade but downgrading solution not working in fastboot mode
please help me how solve that problem thanks in advance

That HBOOT version is not "too high" for flashing ROMs. See here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1525100

Did you flash the boot.img of the roms you are trying?

yes i try that one too when i install that rom show error on installation
E:Can't open /sdcard/Reaper_v4.0.zip
(bad)
Installation aborted
any other solution ??

yes i did before flashing and after flash but condition still same stuck on startup logo

I was on Viper and it was good and suddenly it got so slow so I wanted to change the rom
I upgraded the hboot from 2.15 to 2.16 using magiofuu i tried to put MagioRom on the sdcard but no use
and now I think i bricked the phone

unlocked

radio-1.20.50.05.16
OpenDsp-v33.1.0.45.1128
eMMC-boot
anyway I tried a lot but nothing is working either
error no device
or error 99
and it was s-off I used rumrunner
RUU is not working as well

is there anyway to s-off it please ?
and what recovery should I use !?

finally it worked
in recovery I used sideload and i put the rom magio on the sdcard
adb sideload magio.rom
then it didn't work just was stock on htc logo
afterwards i unzipped the boot.img from magio.zip and flashed it
fastboot flash boot boot.img
and then it worked like a charm

I need a RUU for stock restore my phone. I have blank "version-main" and cid=T-MOB102. I've searched in related section but i don't find anything about that. Phone stucks into Hboot and shows this info :

i tried to unlock bootloadder with htcdev with the correct unlock_code.bin but when the phone reboots it returns to fastboot screen like nothing happened !

Use sunshine s-off. Its so simple. It unlocks your bootloader and gives s-off only in two mins. Its unbelievable.
