The sound from other side is very low i also tried cm13 but got same problem...plz give me a solution

Hi, i received the moto G 2 days back,the problem is the speaker seems go to an inaudible level as the volume is 50%, is this normal or is the speaker calibration on my moto g badly done? input from the forum will help me get decide whether i need to get a replacement, thanks!

Whenever I call people with my moto g they say they can only hear me very quietly.
They are not sure if it always has been like that or if that problem is new.
What could be the issue here?
LG G2 doesn't work the mic, sometimes the mic works and others no. Now, the mic is dead. I installed differents roms (rom stock 20c, 20k, Cloudy G3) and the problem is the same, I just can use the speaker, I thought I needed to change it, now I have a new flex in my LG G2 D800 (ATT) and it doesn't work, I read in other webpage that the mic is the same when the speaker is on or off, any suggest, help please, thanks for advance! Note: I can use the mic in the video record!!

I have found that similar to Moto G 2015 Osprey XT1550 the Moto G4 Plus also has white hidden led. It is just to the right of the fingerprint sensor.
I hope this info will help devs use this led as notification or charging led in their Roms.
I have not seen this info anywhere so just putting it out there.

Video cuts on one of my Moto G7 when hits about 30-35min which is 3.7GB/4GB but the other Moto G7 is fine it keeps recording and makes a new file.
I'm not using an SD card.
The Moto G7 Power that stops recording, is Android build PPO29.114-134
The Moto G7 Power, that continues recording and just makes a new file, is Android build QPOS30.52-29-7-6
What is the reason why one would stop and the other not? I wonder if it's the Android build? But then, what is the difference there?
