Which phone to buy under Rs10000 (INR)

Hi Guys,
I am planning to buy a phone for my sister. But not sure which phone to buy.
if the budget would have been high, i would have bought S3 with no confusion. i am using Note N7000.
But the whole problem is that this time budget is only 10k.
Only Galaxy Ace seems to be a good option but this phone is now almost 1.5yrs old.
Kindly suggest a good phone if not Galaxy Ace. Budget : 10k.

Make sure you post your budget with respect to the currency. In your case, its INR. Cheers.

Ok i need a new smartphone which one do you guys think is best i found them for around the same price
And 1 question (Yes i know this is a question but it would be a waste of a thread on such a simple question)
im in the Uk so i have to buy the p2 with a £10 top up, my dad has a 3 phone how do i use this to not pay the top up.
