After purchasing Le Max phone, my search was for a good custom ROM. That search finally landed up in Evolution series for Le Max. The person who created the custom ROM is STEVE MARS. You can get the details in his blog. But here I am reposting.
The current stable Evolution ROM is 11S . In his words :

The facility will be provided through the TWRP Recovery. I recommend before installing any ROM make a backup of that you may have currently installed. If something goes wrong, or you do not like, always able to restore it . NOTE: For those who have installed any other version of Evolution, can make a backup only the DATA partition, and once installed the 11s restore that partition, so back to all its applications and settings.
How to install:
1. Download the Rom: Evolution 11s Multilanguage
2. Download the gapps:
3. Download Speed Overseer
4. Download Dolby Atmos
5 . Copy the files unpacked to the root of the phone's memory.
6. Enter TWRP and perform a Factory Reset: we're going to Install and select the ROM.
7. Immediately after, you give it to insert more ZIP and select the OpenGAPPS.
8. If you want to also install L Speed and Dolby Atmos (recommended) you add to insert more ZIP files for all installed at once.

Thanks for a new rom for the device. The rom download is in progress, but the gapps requires a password to decrypt.. Hopefully someone can help assist with the finger print scanner as im sure the rom would be perfect. I enjoy your other ports and thats the only thing lacking in them all. Cheers !:good:

np. sir You do great work, i barely seen your reply but found the gapps was gonna go and update here and the other site you post too as well as i wasn't sure when you would get back on. I work for a web hosting company using linux servers and what not. Not sure if it would work like this but since its a port, is it possible to use the "working directory" for the finger printer scanner from say maybe the elephone p7000 port rom for the ulefone to your rom's finger print "working directory" since it does indeed work on that rom as it has the same hardware as our device? I tried google searches to see where that information is placed in the rom system directory but could not find anything.

There are number of changes required . I can send you the changes if you like ...
boot .img .. decompile make the changes for Finger print sensors.
ETc, Lib , Bin , App these are the places where we need to make changes ... not getting enough time to do all these ..I will try once festive season is over in india

HELLO GUYS...
This ROM is a port from the Oppo R7Plusm (Chinese variant) for the OppoR7Plusf (International variant). This means that there wont be any Google Applications pre-installed (No Google Play Store). Download the Tools-apk + ROM + Gapps-apk.zip and this will have everything you need. *Most of this ROM is in Chinese even if you select ENGLISH at setup, if there are any pop up boxes press the highlighted button*
INSTALL METHOD - ROM
1. Download the: Tools-apk + ROM + Gapps-apk.zip and extract to Desktop
2. Move all files to external SD-Card
3. Boot to TWRP recovery and Backup your device (remember to select all partitions)
4. Wipe partitions (DATA, SYSTEM, CACHE, DALVIK/ART CACHE)
5. Flash the ROM file (this is the included zip file)
6. Reboot device and setup.

The English translations are very good. Only downside is the Chinese only text in prompts and stock apps.

I tried it on mine and it worked, a little too much bloat for my liking and way more in Chinese than English. Getting gapps to work even though I installed them was a pain. Then again I installed my gapps as zip, maybe the apk method works better?

I flashed that ROM already don't even waste your time nothing works
I tested that rom. Don't waste your time, sim cards don't work and the camera bugs are still there.
The rom zip is also password protected so I can't take it apart and fix it. I don't know why these Chinese devs insist on password protecting an Android rom and never providing a file_contexts file to make it possible to extract and rebuild. They port roms and then make it impossible for anyone else to try and fix them. They can fix this one themselves, I want no part of it.
Thread closed - the ROM is effectively closed source, so no place for it on XDA.

First thing it will work only on redmi 3s LAND

Well if u really ask the real developer the MIUI which constructed whole ROM. Then the one u r referring need to ask for permission .. MIUI apps aren't open-source which is used in this ROM. But I don' wanna contradiction.
No one can stop using any ROM to anyone , me , you ,him or any other..
I got the ROM now even if it doesn't update it still better and i have other friend who can help me fork but i don't have resources so i just helping this way..

I have downloaded the files from @fxsheep from the original port thread. Can I just add the 'boot+modem+vendor' files provided by you to the original files by @fxsheep and restore through twrp?
I am new to this GSI thing so need to clear this out before I take any further steps.

1. Flash trouble supported recovery (preferably Orange Fox)
2. Mount vendor
3. Flash any trouble enabled 8.1 Oreo ROM of your device (to get vendor)
4. Flash his backup.
This is the common way for all devices

I got the procedure from the original thread. What I wanted to confirm was that will the vendor be flashed if I mount it with system and flash along with it. And thanks for the efforts for our land.
