hello
(I) have and LG 3D stuck in loading
when i power on the phone, it shows an android package and a progress bar
and after few seconds (3-7) the the screen shows:
formatting data
formatting cache
then, the phone shuts down, this happens with both normal boot or pressing vol+ and the power-on button
I don't know how the problem been occurred, but i think it is a bad recovery file or something like this that my friend tried to flash onto the phone
SO, i installed the phone driver (from LGInstaller)
then, i tried making a restore from 'LGMobile update' (it downloaded a big file to flash, and say it's ok -that the phone is updated-) but no result
LG PC Suite IV is not recognizing the phone
when i try flashing any recovery, the commands are not recognizing the phone
because it keeps just few seconds before powering off (i also tried to flash in the time but nothing good)
When tried using flashboot, it doesn't also know the phone
(used fastboot devices)
i searched lot in forums but can't find a solution
so i'm stuck here,

i used 'LGFlashTool' to flash a .bin file, but in about 80% it says: restarting the phone, and nothing happens, then i get failed in 100%
with 'B_SmartFlashTool_Extern' the flashing goes good, but nothing changed

and the PC is not recognizing the phone
when i open that programs, i it says that no device is connected

Plug phone in dowload mode (power off phone then vol up + power,if you see lg logo release buttons)
Try to reinstall drives.Remove battery, plug phone to computer, press vol+ button and insert battery.

sorry, i remembered that i have already made this before
i mentioned that in the thread, i waited the program 1 hour downloading the new flashing files, and after thats it says that all is ok and i can power on the phone
but there is no result even after that

i jsut used 1 kdz file, but it doesn't even use it
and when i use the http program, it keeps teling me that the internet connection have a problem and doesn't move to the flashing procedure, i followed the tuto step by step

Edit: i believe that a change happens
it tells me now when i connect the phone via usb that the OMAP 4430 friver is not installed
and the Win7 can't find it, i just have 2 other OMAP-driver install files
but not for 4430 version, i'm searching for this one but nothing yet

Edit: in another thread i found that someone telling that the 4430 driver installation is a little hard with WIN7
because the friver just shown in the device manager in 1 sec, and it diappear
and it's really the case, i catched it and made the method of choosing the files of the driver like mentioned
but it still telling me that it is not installed

i have installed msxml
and it ask to update OMAPFlashInstaller and i accepted
now i'm trying another time with LG support tools - i'm making an online restore (that i have made before and not worked)
the updater finished downloading the new version (about 1 hr) and now it stucks on the update step

Edit: that http program worked now, and the update process worked fine
but it's the same problem, nothing has changed (in the video i posted)

and i hope to know the differences between all these modes
i think the solution may be with flashing a bin file, but i don't have any bin and can't find one (fileserve is blocked now)

Stock Android recovery is annoying to get into.
It takes me 3 - 4 times to boot into it.
Use [Vol Down + 3D] + Power
Try various ways
Hold down the Vol Down + 3D until the screen turns black.
Hold then down until you see the LG logo.
Hold then down while inserting the battery
Also, make sure the power cord is unplugged.

I can't turn on my phone trying all the methods..like taking off the battery and putting it on, removing my SIM and microSD card, pressing volume-+home button+power button...
But the notebook recognizes it as APX when I plug it in
Later, I installed something like a NVIDIA driver
I have found a .bat on other forum, run it and can get into odin 3 download mode now
Under the title(Odin 3 download mode protocol v2), it writes
Reason: No Kernal
Check Signature: Check
Custom Binary Download: No (0 Counts)
Current Binary: Samsung Official
Waitting USB Cable...
and I don't have any other options even rebooting my phone as it just shows me the same page.
1. With this situation, can I simply flash the original ROM using Odin? (someone said it is likely to be a hardware problem but not a software one)
2. Will Samsung know that my phone is rooted and refuse to fix it if I sent it to them ?
3. If yes, will flashing to the original ROM before sending it to them work?
4. Is there any way that I can fix the phone without losing my data inside?

Your counter is '0' so I think Samsung shouldn't be able to tell you that it was rooted but if they as a policy don't accept handsets in APX mode then we can't be sure about what would be their response.

Just the same thing as what I have used
Do you know will I still have my data inside after I flash the original rom again?
And what about the counter, will it increase?

1.Yes. You can Flash a stock ROM in the download mode.
2. If you flash a stock ROM, your download counter will not increase and Samsung will not know you played around with your device.
If you flash some insecure kernel (modified ROMs) via ODIN then counter will increase.
3. You dont have to flash if wanna send them to repair. You are very safe to send it to repair as it is.
4.What ROM version were u on before? Determine that first and try to flash the the boot kernel and see whether u can make it work?
If no luck you can flash a full ROM. You SDcard/usbstorage files will not be deleted. Only the system partition is going to be modified.

I flashed the stock ROM with re-partition and need to wipe all my data to get it working...
if not, it will stuck in a rebooting loop
Do you think it is likely to be caused by rooting?
Or it's a bug which will bring down the whole system?

NOOOO... re-partition needs to be "UNCHECKED"... i.e. there shouldn't be any tick in the box of re-partition...

there's a PIT doc and people on the internet says it needs to undergo re-partition or else there will be error
Did you re-partition you system? You can try the stock boot kernel if you dint repartition/ wipe.

when you push the power button does your device even switch on?
if yes then it is not bricked
also can you boot your device into bootloader?
if yes then again it is not bricked
now what to do:
flash the boot.img of your rom manually(if you have still access to the bootloader)
if you don't know how see here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1631861 (only extra 1step)
also provide your bootloader details
Can you pull battery put back in, then press volume down and power, then press recovery by volume down then press power for yes this should get you into your recovery, from there you can restore your back up or you can full wipe then download a different rom and kernel. If you have a nandroid back up restore that. Hope this helps. Best of luck

actually you have to do this without sim,sdcard and battery
at least did you try to boot your device into bootloader?
if not then pull out the battery, reinsert it and then hold together power button + volume down until it shows you the bootloader screen
I tryed that and not working.
And i am doing without sim/sd/batery.
And when i run the SH script in ubuntu 12 the script coudnt find the bricked phone so maybe my phone is not bricked?A small thing when i finished installing the kernel and rebooted the phone the phone is lighted for a 5sec and since then nothing.Now i watched a video that shows a trick to how to connect the phone in QHSUSB_DLOAD and i succesfully done that but i doing this in windows and the QHSUSB_DLOAD is enabling on windows and i running linux in VMware.And when i connect the QHSUSB_DLOAD to linux and i remove the sd and the batery(i removed the sim when the first time the phone dont botted up) the USB disconnect and the script coudnt find the phone
I hope you can understand this because i said that i am not the best in english and i a noob on phone but please help me

Please help me. I rooted my phone Tipo (Android updated to latest), Installed the startup manager. Permissions denied app. I denied permissions to a few games and apps. and then locked, then reboot through it. Now my phone starts for few seconds. When I unlock the screen and try to touch something, it hangs and shuts down immediately and restarts after a minute. This restarting is Cycling continuously.
I am removed the battery to stop the restart cycles.
I think its time to flash the phone manually. Its only phone I have right now.
Can you help me? Please show me a post, or link that will guide me with manual flashing.

first thing you need is flash tool .download from here http://androxyde.github.com/ download and install it
then you need a stock firmware download it from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2001567
copy it to the flashtool/firmware (where you install flashtool)
install the drivers from the drivers folder inside flashtool
you are ready to flash the firmware(make sure there is no other file in firmware folder exept you mobile's firmware)
1. start the flashtool
2. click on lighting bolt button
3. choose flashmode
4. make sure wipe data and wipe cache are checked
5.click ok
6. after flashtool prepairs files for flashing ( it will told you to unplug and press back button and plug it in BUT YOU HAVE TO UNPLUG YOUR MOBILE,, SWITCH IT OFF(I KNOW ITS ALREADY SWITCHED OFF) PRESS AND HOLD VOLUME DOWN KEY WHILE PLUGING IN YOUR MOBILE
when flash process starts release the volume down key
7. wait for flashing process complete .. .(it will stuck at 94% for just few seconds don't worry )
after flashing process complete switch on your mobile.....good luck

The phone was a Brick who was constantly saying nothing other than "Look I am not a Brick".
I solved the problem. The Sony PC companion did not do anything. Using the old Update Service I reinstalled the phone software. Now it is completely renewed. Touch issues also seem to be gone. ))

I have a problem with my one plus one 64 GB. I flash the cyanogenmod 14.1. It works great until last week that suddenly it shut down and after that only black screen. I can´t go even to the fastboot mode. I search and found some simmilar problems

But this issue dosen´t work for me. I think it´s because the recovery tool works only with CM11 and I have the CM 14.1. I try to contact the support from One plus the use the same tool as I use (to my astonishment ). They told me that the bootloader is curropted and I have to send my phone.
I have to backup my Documents and Photos. So how can I do it? I think If I have the chance to put the opo in fastboot mode I can recover my data.
For any help I am thankful.
If u can got to fastboot just reflash COS13.1.2
If u dont know how to do it, there is a thread in the general section about it

If you dont have fastboot then you can flash files via 9008 modem loader and fix your phone in 1 hour and back up running via COLOR OS hard brick tool. Just google or I am happy to help you via TEAM VIEWER remote access.

Unfortunately yes. You will loose everything in phone. If the phone can get into fastboot mode by Vol up + power button then we can back up. Otherwise sorry you will loose everything.
I am from New Zealand. So we have a huge time difference. We will arrange a time work together. Happy to help you.

I got all the tools with me. I will transfer everything from my computer to yours. Just need good internet speed thats all.
Before we proceed I want you to do something.
1. Please connect your phone to computer.
2. Open device manager
3. Press vol up + power button.
4. Is anything detected ?????

2. Connect your phone and press vol up + power button.
3. Run msmxxxxx.exe file. ( run as administrator) something like that.
4. Press enum then press start... Wait for it finish it will show green color.
Remove the phone and just reboot. Tada your phone will be working again. Now you root your phone via fast boot and install twrp install any ROM you want. Don't forget to upgrade your firmware 1st before flashing custom ROM.

OK. The Link is Not Update. I can not find the Software. But i think i know which Software you mean. Is that the MSM... Downloadtool? If yes it does Not Work for me. It try to Download the 8974_msimage.mbn in loop.

Yes that tooI, i know what happened. When it goes loop just press the vol up + and power button. It happens coz 9008 is only needed for flashing msimage.mbn then it will switch 9006. It is not switching to 9006 that's why it goes on loop. Just vol+ & pwr button. It will start flashing other files. It happened to me once.

Hi,
it still not working. Looping on the 8974_msimage_mbn.(See image).
I´m confused that my Windows show the opo as com 4 but the msn_downloadtool shows is as com 1.

There is something called miflash tool. Can you check that? I am little busy for next 3 days but will try to reply to your comments.

I donload the MiFlash and try to flash the phone according the instructions http://www.androidbrick.com/ultimate-qualcomm-snapdragon-unbrick-guide-snapdragons-are-unbrickable-qhsusb_dload_qpst_qfil/. But I have errors. The log file is:
