Hello, today I install KPN,want to install CF-ROOT, but computer does not find the phone in firmware mode, when the phone included find, but only to KIES mode.
In CWM (from Samsung) error: -"Can't access to '/system/csc/SER/system/'".
Help me Please.
u must flash cf-root in download mode using Odin.
and i think post in wrong thread.
You need to greet into download mode (Vol down + home + power) to flash CF-ROOT (or flash anything through Odin for that matter).
Make sure your Samsung drivers are installed and that Kies isn't running in the background on your computer.
As for your CSC problem, flash just the CSC file from XXKPE again (i.e. The file with "multi-CSC" written on it, through Odin, while phone is in download mode) and wait for the phone to boot.

You should not have to flash anything to get to ICS from HC, its an automatic OTA update.
Provide more details why you are doing ti this way.
Anyway, here's the details. Copied from another thread

1. download samsung kies to get the correct driver for gt-p6200
2. download odin3 v.1.85
3. download Stock Firmware Austria - P6200XXLQ1_P6200OXALQ1_ATO.zip
4. install Kies
5. extract Odin3-v1.85.zip
6. extract P6200XXLQ1_P6200OXALQ1_ATO.zip until you get file P6200OXALQ1_P6200XXLQ1_P6200XXLQ1_HOME.tar.md5
7. turn off your tablet
8. enter download mode (press volume up button + power button about 5 seconds)
9. plug the usb cable to your pc and your tablet
10. run Odin3 v1.85.exe
11. check if pc recognize your tablet by seeing ID:COM turn yellow and "Added!!" message in the message box lower left odin window.
12. klik PDA button and put P6200OXALQ1_P6200XXLQ1_P6200XXLQ1_HOME.tar.md5
13. make sure to uncheck re-partition
14. click start
15. odin processing takes about 5 minutes, wait patiently.
16. if there's a "SUCCEED" in the message box, your tablet will restart
17. wait about 10 minutes, you should get your ICS boot to system
if it's not....
18. if your tablet didn't boot, you need to wipe cache / factory reset in the recovery mode
19. turn off your tablet.
20. press volume up + power button about 5 seconds.
21. do wipe cache / factory reset
22. reboot to system
23. it should be booting to system

instructions for a mac
Hi, I was wondering how I can install the firmware on my GT-P1000 using a mac. I'm also completely lost on where I can find one that has full functionality for my Samsugn Galaxy Tablet (GT-P1000)... Samsung Kies is a joke. There must be a way that I can install ICS without bricking my tablet.
Hi,
I've been looking for a guide on how I can root my device - I have a Samsung S6 on the network Three. It's running andorid 6.0.1 and Baseband version G920FXXU3DPCA.
I've found this guide however it doesn't mention my Baseband number: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6/development/g920f-android-marshmallow-6-0-1-beta-t3293941.
Can someone point me in the right direction please as I don't want to do it wrong!
Thank you
Is it G920F? If it is, just flash spacex recovery through odin. And then install any custom rom.
"Small" Guide:
1. Download Odin 3.10.7
2. Download SpaceX TWRP recovery from XDA.
3. Boot into Download mode (press and hold vol down and home and power at the same time until You'll see blue/cyan screen)
4. Plug Your phone into a computer (make sure that You use USB 2.0 since 3.0 sometimes will give You problems)
5. Now take that .tar.md5 file and put it into AP.
6. Flash it.
7. Reboot to TWRP (hold vol up and home and power)
8. Flash any other rom You want.
PS: wrong section.
EDIT: Fixed the issue by using latest version of Odin (3.11.1) that I got here: http://odindownload.com/download/
Trying to reflash my phone to stock and I followed these instructions:
Load Samsung Mobile Drivers and reboot
Connect Phone while in download mode (Hold Power, Home and Volume down to get there)
Unzip Odin to desktop
Unzip Odin Tar/md5 from the latest version I found here: http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SM-G920V/
Open Odin
Select AP and load Odin Tar/md5
Wait a few seconds (depending on PC Speed)
Hit Start
And Odin just stays stuck at "NAND Write Start!!"
There is no progress indicator on my phone so I'm assuming the process doesn't even start. I can still power cycle my phone and bring it up normally so it looks like nothing is actually being done.
I'm not sure if this is important, but I did use pingpong root last year to root my phone:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6/general/root-pingpongroot-s6-root-tool-t3103016
I basically don't care about root any more and just want to reflash to stock and install Marshmallow.
Hello everyone. I tried to turn on normally my j110g. It does enter the download mode but appeared weirdly. No android icon. Just this texts below appeared on the left side of the screen. I tried to flash the stock rom but didn't succeed. When i tried to enter download mode using the usb jig, it goes directly to factory mode. What could be the possible problem and i hope i could get some answer here. Thanks.
ODIN MODE (MULTI CORE DOWNLOAD)
PRODUCT NAME : SM-J110G
CURRENT BINARY : SAMSUNG OFFICIAL
SYSTEM STATUS : Custom
Secure Download : Enabled
In such situations your main hope is to flash stock rom through the Odin,
How you trying to flash stock rom? Is you got success? What is the custom status for system?
Is your phone rooted or custom recovery installed?

That screen is for flash external things like custom recovery, stock firmware (original), bootloader, Modem etc.
This is not for downloading with internet,
& for Odin- first you need download stock firmware of your device the from sammobile website, downloaded file is in Zip format, have to extract it first you will get 'your firmware name.tar.md5 file , install usb driver on PC, then open odin 1st, then connect mobile in download mode you should see in above column 0:[COM-] & in log you will receive 'Added' message something like this it will confirm that your mobile is connected successfully, then in Odin select PDA or AP section select your extracted tar.md5 file, wait sometime for loading tar.md5 file in odin again you will see the file is added in log section then finally you can hit start button...
Wait till receive pass message or this will reboot automatically your device.
Best luck

ODIN MODE (MULTI CORE DOWNLOAD)
PRODUCT NAME : SM-J110G
CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Custom
Secure Download : Enabled <<---text in blue
Odin detect the phone but stuck at "Setup Connection"
From trying to reboot normally, pressing the vol+ power and home or vol- power and home; all i get is the text. at least if i can truly get into the regular download mode (the one with android logo and progress bar) i can flash properly. even kies could not do anything. even tried z3x samsung tools (can't detect the phone).
any idea?
