Hey guys, new to the site. I'm looking for a way to flash TWRP to my MXq Pro box, it has the new S905 processor. I never know how I should search for the box though... Basically the info I have on it is it's from the company "OTT TV BOX" I believe, it's the newest version of their cheap boxes (Android 5.1, S905 processor, etc). I have found files for TWRP booting for the MXq box, but not the pro.
Basically looking for two different things, a spot for information on this box and all development being done for it, and also if/how I would go about getting a custom recovery installed for cloning purposes. Thanks.

Hey i have a rockchip rk3066 or rk3026 (i´m not sure) based tablet that dont pass form boot logo, the specs are dual core procesor 1.2 ghz, android 4.2, 1 g ddr3 ram, 7" display, 8gb internal storage, when it works in the information about the tablet apears model M73 i have been searching in rockchip firmware page but there is nothing about this model, in the back label apears mgm0283 neither appears in the page or any site or forum i send you image of the tablet...

Specs are similar to mine. Mine is a Micormax P365 (India). I am also confused with the Chipset as different apps detect it differently 3066/3168 and the reviews state that it is a RK3028....
But its working nevertheless...
I have a Mele V10 Android Box, that does not come with Google play, meant for overseas market, I have some alternative firmware that's not only rooted but works really well, Where might the file/s be located that control the infra red remote functions. I would like to swap the correct settings from the factory firmware to my alternative firmware. Everything works perfectly on the alternative firmware with the exception of the remote control. anyone have any ideas ?

Can't find anything about the exact device you have.

Unfortunately that article is about rooting, I am already rooted. All I want to do is take the files that map the keys for the IR Remote control from one firmware and transplant them to another. I am trying to locate where the files are located in the firmware.

I linked the only thread about a Mele Android Box that I found on xda.
And I said, that you should post your question in the Q&A forum I linked in my previous answer too.
If I had found a thread about your question, I would have posted its link. Unfortunately I can't find such a thread on xda.

I've got an Android tablet that I cannot download anything to.
Tried a hardset restore a few times that didn't help.
I think something or things got force deleted by mistake.
It's a Chinese generic tablet. I could send it back for refund but cost $50.
The tablet cost $70 so that don't work to well.
Here is what I know about the tablet. I would like to revive it if possible.
I'd try most anthing because it's not any good the way it is.
Some firmware for it might help if I could find it. When I try to download I get a message "Google play is missing from my tablet.

Good day gentleman, recently I purchased an Android TV Box with the name H40 Allwinner H616.
How can I root the device, and install a custom rom (got a recomandation?) or at least a different launcher since the rom that comes with device is quite awful.

Im searching for a good firmware or rom for my mxq android tv box.
This because i really do not like the interface (it looks cheap also)
And there are several bloatware apps installed what are impossible to remove.
So if someone has a good firmware for this box it would be highly apriciated.
This is the only text visable on the board: ZQ01 - V1.3 / 20210728
In recovery mode it tells me that the board is a rk322x_box.

hello everyone need firmware for MXQPRO 4K 5G pay ZQ01F-V2.1
Is there anyone in here that can help me out? I have the MXQ 4K box and I tried installing Leanback and it says it's installed but it's not in the list of apps, and when I did install it,the "open" button was disabled, what the fuknhiemer is all that about? Anyone shed some light on this?
how did you boot it into recovery mode ?
mine one doesn't even get in to settings. and most app i cant run it
