Hello everyone! I wonder if there's a way to disable vibration when unlocking the phone using the fingerprint. I searched for it almost everywhere but didn't find an answer. And if there isn't an option to turn it off, how can I disable all vibrations? I don't want my phone to vibrate at all.
Thanks

Hi guys
I have an maybe simple question but havent find anything satisfying.
The thing is, that I don't like the Lock Screen when turn off my Desire. With the Extended Control and some other apps its simple to disable the lock screen, but from there on all hardware keys (home, back, volume, ...) turn on the device, which is not really what I want.
So my question is, is it generally possible to disable the screen lock and just use the power-button to wake the device.
I currently use the LeeDroid Mod v1.4. The standard behavior is the same like obove with disabled screen lock. I found to disable it I just have to remove /system/usr/keylayout/curcial-oj.kl. Worked great with enabled screen lock.
Modifying the other *.kl files doesn't help.
Hopefully you understand what I mean
and could give me some hints
bye
Dear Users,
I'm using Samsung nexus s phone. I have a doubt. While unlocking the screen i.e. while swiping from left to right it vibrates. Is there any way to disable that vibration while unlocking the screen? Please try and let me know if any. Thanks in advance
No one else is there to reply ?
Don't think its easy to do so with the stock launcher/lockscreen, but easily done by using a replacement lock screen, golocker or milock or something like that.
When I turn the screen off it does not require me to swipe when I unlock the screen it just goes to main screen. I would like to have swipe to unlock when I turn the screen or my screen turns off. The only way I know around this is to enable security and then enable the swipe to unlock but then I have to use both swipe and the security code at the same time.
Anyone know a way I can use both but not at the same time.
I want to be able to turn off my screen then it use the keyguard swipe to unlock as well as when the security timer goes off to enable that as well. Thanks in advance. I am running stock.

Sorry for replying to own thread just making sure anyone does not have solution to this?
Hi, i got a new Smartphone (huawei P9 with android 7.0) and it drives me nuts that i can't find a way to disable the "swipe to unlock" on it. I do set a password anyway so to unlock my phone i have to swipe and then i get to the password screen.
Feels very unnecessary to have to go through two lock screens everytime. And i can't find a way to disable that. I did disable the smart-cover but that wasn't it. Can someone help me? I have also root access but i just can't find a solution for this issue.
I'm just curious asking this stupid question, Does the tap to screen to wake affects the phone's doze/deepsleep? I mean if i activate this feature in my phone is my phone is not going to deepsleep state?
Thats nothing
you have the whole control of your droid in your hand
