as the stock S7 - volume output (speaker/headset/BT headset) is very low i give you an easy way to change that
1. you need to have ROOT / TWRP / The .zip
2. download the zip /copy to device /reboot to recovery
3. Flash with TWRP
4. if you do not like it - revert to Stock
I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please do some research if you have any concerns about this before continuing! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, I will not be responsible for it.

you can flash it
For the OP
I have no problem that you use my mod for study the sound values and create your mod.
But your mod is my mixer_gains.xml
Is the same file. Remember that there are lines that i put on this file and are only for dual speaker volumes. These lines are in your mixer_gains.xml and you don't delete this lines LOL
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s7/themes/req-dual-speaker-t3339809
Please, don't create a threat for put a file that is created by me without modify anything. I do a hard work for change values and do test, and you come, copy my file and say that is your mod
EDIT:
Your headphone values are dangerous for the internal amplificator of the phone. Caution with this values and other values on your file that are extremely loud in different situations.
I was about to say that. Your headphone gain is dangerously loud.

WHAT YOU MUST DO
1. Copy on internal storage -in TWRP folder and create a folder called "theme"
[if you have it - no need for this step]
2. Copy ui.zip to theme folder.
3. Restart to recovery.
********** the Top-bar - is empty - no TWRP by Czar
****Note - if the first time boot in Recovery - is a FAIL - shutdown the device and try again.

i do not have i9500 to tell you that
but you can try
copy the file / reboot in Recovery if not / reboot and delete the ui.zip
[DISCLAIMER] I use this for my T-mobile LG G Stylo this also works for the MetroPCS variant, I don't know if it'll work for any other variant. therefore I'm not responsible for what happens if you decide to use this, as always please make a backup before proceeding. You also must be rooted in order for this to work.
This is what I use to increase my volume I forgot who was the originator of this file but
HUGE SHOUTOUT TO HIMHIM!!
These are the steps I was told to take :
1. download ---->THIS<----
2. open your file explorer [I use root file explorer] and look for the file you just downloaded "tweak2.AUX.mixer_paths.xml" then copy and paste it into SYSTEM-->ETC
EVERYTHING WILL BE DONE IN THE ETC FOLDER
3. Find the "mixer_paths.xml" file copy the name then rename it "mixer_paths.xml.old"
4. Find the "tweak2.AUX.mixer_paths.xml" file and rename it "mixer_paths.xml" or just paste the text you just copied.
5. After you renamed the file, find it and Change permissions as seen in this screenshot, after that hit "ok"

Go to setting >> about phone >> Heat 5 time on build number >> now you activated developers mode option
Go to the link and download this file (addonsu) for root your phone
(sorry im new user . I can't write the link in post !!!) you must enter the link without space
Select cpu model of your phone and download that
For example my cpu phone is ARM
su (arm) 16.0 addonsu-16.0-arm-signed.zip
Now you must copy the file (addonsu-16.0-arm-signed.zip) to your phone memory in root directory
Reboot phone and go to recovery TWRP
Install addonsu-16.0-arm-signed.zip
Reboot phone
go to setting menu >> system >> advanced >> developers option >> root access >> select Apps and ADB >> ok
Now your phone must be rooted . If again isn't root , just got to recovery and install last version of Supersu-v2.82 and check again
Enjoy :good:

Or you could just flash Magisk in TWRP: https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/magisk/official-magisk-v7-universal-systemless-t3473445
So Ive tried to boot TWRP to my Xperia XZ2 however when trying to do so, I am greeted with this

The phone is unlocked, it has an UBL
Upon trying to actually go to the recovery mode, The phone will cycle once and on the next cycle just go to the android home screen. I never see a recovery menu and as such I think the recovery partition is either Kaputt or completely gone. How screwed am I? I just want to flash Existenz to it. Not sure where to go from here.
Stock Recovery doesnt appear even after flashing a stock rom.
have you even read the last comments ?
