Hey, I have a Cubot P11 which I received from a friend of mine a couple weeks ago. He had tried to flash a new ROM with SP Flash Tools but during the flash it hanged for a while. He thought that it had froze so he unplugged the phone and after that it won't do anything at all.
After a short while of searching I had found out how to go about flashing stuff on this phone and unbricking (coming from a few Galaxy's and Nexus phones I've never used SP Flash Tools before.) but all I keep getting is;
BROM ERROR : S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL (4032)
[EMI] Enable DRAM Failed!

and flashed it using sp flashtool for linux

ok i've got a note 4 clone i occidentally bricked it when i tried to flash an miui rom zip in cwm. now It wont turn on anymore ,but it gets detected at the device manager (Mtk usb v com) although it keeps connects and disconnects, what i have is a cwm backup i cant get spft to download the cwm backup i also dont have a scatter file i tried to load an mtk scatter file for the mtk chip 6572 didn't work either spft says there is a mismatch and sometimes DRAM FAIl error messages any ideas?

Hello, this is herna from XDA Assist.
I´m sorry for what you faced with your device, but this is the main problem about buying and using clone devices. I can´t help with that since there a ton of clones and most of clones use to be very poor devices.
My suggestion is you to try to reach whoever sent you the device or the company which created it, or try to search on Google for someone who also has the device.
As a personal suggestion, if you are out of money, next time you buy a device, and wanna custom it and play with it like you tried with your device, try to reach some Motorola or "most famous" device, where you will have a bigger development under it, and you will have solutions for almost all the troubles.
I wish you get back your device on working, and also wish you to spend a nice weekend.

I've got Tablet Manta MID713 on MT6572. Mobo version is cp-706-mb-v1.3 .
I bricked it while I was trying to flash with wrong rom. After it I get 4032 error in sp flash tool (BROM ERROR: S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL).
Had anyone any experience with tab like that and such error? I read that is preloader issue, I've downloaded some roms for that mobo but I've got error 4032 with every of them.
Help, please if u can.

I have a Huawei Ascend G730 (Model: HUAWEI G730-U10). No boot, No power up, No nothing, but when plugged in a computer, the computer detects it. It detects it as an MTK Device.
I tried flashing it with SP FLASH Tools (I used at least 5 roms), all failed. It's an SP FLASH Error (“BROM ERROR : S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL (0xFC0) ).
I tried searching for results on the interwebs but to no avail.
I also saw this (https://forum.xda-developers.com/general/xda-assist/brom-error-sftenabledramfail-0xfc0-sp-t3378499). But that guy was met with a stock answer.
If anyone knows. Pls do help.

Greetings and welcome to assist. Unfortunately I can not find any answers to your problem but several users who have had this issue with mtk devices. It does sound like your memory chip has failed unfortunately but I do hope I'm wrong

I flashed my device with wrong TWRP on Infinix Note 7, after that I tried to flash the original firmware of the mobile from SP FLASH TOOL, I always encounter the problem "BROM ERROR : STATUS_BROM_CMD_STARTCMD_FAIL (0xC0060001)", I've tried by pressing the top volume and power button, the down volume button, both buttons and power, only power. But still always get the problem "BROM ERROR: STATUS_BROM_CMD_STARTCMD_FAIL (0xC0060001)"
Maybe someone can help me with my problem, Because I'm a beginner in this.

Look for bypass utility and its instructions. It will help beat this error
My problem is that I can't flash my firmware on my Cubot X18 Plus in either the SP Flash Tool and in the Miracle Thunder.
After I have downloaded different kinds of firmware packages especially for the Cubot X18 Plus, I tried to flash it in SP Flash Tool.
And that didn't work out and got me an error like "ERROR STATUS_DA_HASH_MISMATCH (0xC0070004)".
I know that my bootloader is still locked and that the "Development Options" ain't activated are. Sadly I can't change it.
And in Miracle Thunder I get the message "BootData ERR (change port set)" when I try to connect the phone with the volume up
and putting in the USB-cable in my PC. What's wrong, hopefully you could help me out with this issue.
The problem has been solved.
