I have unlocked my bootloader and rootet my device and also have twrp recovery (no custom rom/kernerl/etc...)

I tried last nite, after full wipe, clear cache, everything and install rom,rom install complete when reboot just stuck on virtuos unity boot screen so long, what happen?any solution to make this rom done?Actually I just wish to port original sense 3.0 back to my current 4.0.4 rom~Help help help~
Your best options are to use the RUU to get your desire S back to stock rom and settings and then use one of the tutorials on XDA to downgrade your HBOOT so you can root and S-OFF, then install custom roms with clockwork
Did you unlock via HTCdev? You have to flash the boot.IMG (kernel) with adb seperately.

Today i rooted my HTC One S (S3) with moonshine, but my wifi don't turn on. I've searched how to fix, but i don't find it. I flashed twrp recovery too and i see on moonshine folder, "boot_backup.img".
What should I do to get my wifi back?

You shoud try gto get a matching RUU / firmware to bring your phone back to stock. If WiFi is working fine you can flash a custom rom again

I think RUU is too dangerous for me. There's another way? Can I rollback my boot with "Boot_backup" created by moonshine? If yes, how?

May you post a link to "moonshine" ?? I think its to gain S-OFF and not to root your phone.

Which firmware instalation was installed on your phone? Did you successfully gain S-OFF / unlocked bootloader / Superuser access?
Moonshine.io provives the feature to install a modified stock kernel. the boot.img backup is the original kernel. Just flash it using fastboot.
"fastboot flash boot boot.img"

You must search a twrp-backup and flash twrp and put the backup in twrp folder and and restore it with twrp recovery

The options I have under HBOOT are FASTBOOT, RECOVERY, FACTORY RESET, SIMLOCK, CHECK SMARTSD, IMAGE CRC and SHOW BARCODE. When I select FASTBOOT I get the following: HBOOT, RAMDUMP, REBOOT, REBOOT FASTBOOT, and POWER DOWN. None of the options except for HBOOT, FASTBOOT which flip between two menus and SHOW BARCODE do anything.
I'm struggling to update my new E8. I think it's from China. I need to update the RUU so I can install the latest version of Viper. I've tried the RUUs on your site, snoopy, and my bootloader says "no image!" for the three files I know aren't there. For 0PAJIMG.zip, there's no error message, but after a minute it goes back to the bootloader and nothing seems to have happened. There's no "would you like to install" message or anything. Do I need to find someone who's created an TWRP backup using a MEC_TL version phone? (can a TWRP change the RUU?). How can I find an MEC_TL RUU? I need to update the RUU to use wifi on Android 6. Thanks!
I have a rooted s-on China Unicom m8sw which I was using on kitkat. Finally got around to upgrading to lollipop by flashing back to stock using the RUU and letting the OTA update run, then flashing TWRP and rooting.
Instead of leaving well alone I restored an old kitkat TWRP backup, then decided I would get back to lollipop again by the same process of relocking the bootloader and letting the RUU run in hboot. Unfortunately, I got an error that the hboot version was too old. I hadn't realised the hboot must have been upgraded when I'd previously upgraded to lollipop. So the RUU wouldn't flash.
Now I seem to have lost my system altogether and my bootloader is relocked, and I am stuck on the white screen with the options to hboot, reboot, reboot fastboot or power down. Nothing works since I can't get into recovery and the phone can't boot into the system.
Have I bricked the phone for good? Feeling very desperate and would really appreciate any advice please.
Can you flash twrp and restore a clean backup

Thanks for that. I am such an idiot. I worked myself up into such a blind panic I completely forgot I can still use adb to manage my phone, unlock the bootloader and flash as you said. Thank you so very much for that mate!
Hi!
I have E8sw:
RELOCKED
S-ON
HBOOT: 3.19.0.000
RADIO: 1.24.30306251.15G
OS: 2.33.1402.3
HTCCN703
Before taking my phone paperweight owned Bindorida 4.4.4 and TWRP . After installing Bindroida 5.0.2 firmware and device stands on the logo . I restored the original recovery and can not deal with the repair of the phone. I would like to restore TWRP or run it into the system, but I have no idea how to do it .
When I use the command fastboot flash recovery error pops up (failsignature verify fail)
Do you have any suggestions?
